TAG GAME: EIGHT SHOWS TO GET TO KNOW ME
Tagged by gorgeous @lordjohnwgrey. Thank youuu! 🥰
I am a film girlie in my heart and it's hard for me to sit through any series, so this task wasn't easy. Here you go:
Sex And The City - why? Because of the plot? Nah. Because I love fashion. This is what you need to know about me.
The Queen's Gambit - this is an incredible period drama. It's not about chess, as it might seem at first glance. It is about finding the strength to face your demons and stop running away from your problems. It's about friendship and loneliness. Anya Taylor-Joy's performance is nothing short of outstanding. Her character's outfits and the locations are something else worth taking a look at.
Sherlock - an extremely intelligent high-functioning sociopath played by extremely talented Benedict Cumberbatch and amazing Andrew Scott as Moriarty. I couldn't ask for more! The best and the only one modern film adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's stories that I recognize. It always makes me want to pour myself a cup of earl gray tea with milk. The first two seasons are the best part of it. I rewatch it every year.
Friends - because I'm old school and this is a classic. My comfort show. It's always there for me and I ALWAYS make references to it confusing my friends.
How I Met Your Mother - it's like Friends, but it's not like Friends. Hard to explain. It is just very good in its own way.
House, M.D. - cynical, harsh. Why did I even like it? I can't articulate my thoughts, but it's a masterpiece.
The Office - the best meme supplier. The creators of the show managed to keep the perfect balance between comedy and drama (80/20). Do you remember the time without smartphones and social media? Well, this show is a warm blanket of nostalgia. It's realistic and kind. The show is here to tell us that there's a lot of beauty in ordinary things and that we're all not perfect and it's actually okay. (It also has my otp #2 - Jim and Pam. Couple goals. And Pam has the best female character development I've ever seen so far.) Btw, season 8 doesn't exist for me.
Peaky Blinders - this is the real owner of this page. The reason why I joined Tumblr. I'll never get tired of saying that season 1 is the best hours of television history. And I'll also never get tired of saying how disappointed and heartbroken I was after watching season 3. Why did I keep watching this series anyway? 3 reasons: Cillian Murphy's acting, the cinematography, and the soundtrack. I think I have the same relationship with this show that Tommy has with Grace. I'll never get over it.
Tagging (no pressure): @i-just-look-at-pictures @almightytrashcan @doyouknowwhoiam2 @rousie @tommyxgrace-always @peakyv + anyone interested

In my opinion, Bruce should be above average height or at least average. But since he surrounds himself with demi-gods, aliens, meta humans, etc, he's just dwarfed next to them. Like maybe about 6'1 or 6'2, but that's NOTHING compared to Diana '7'3 feet tall' Prince. Or Clark '6'9' Kent.
All the tabloids claim he has to be at least 5 feet tall because the only photos they can get of him are when he's next to his giant ass friends.
It is also my personal headcannon that all the robins stay shorter than him, except Jason, who should be at least 4 inches taller.

walker being so much taller than leah allows for the perfect opportunity for annabeth to be completely baffled at how much percy grew over the last year. imagine annabeth punching that bully in the jaw bc he messed with her friend. only to turn around and be face-to-face with percy's chest. and he's oblivious to her confusion bc he's smitten and happy to see his smart, and pretty, and kind, and strong, and badass best friend. and annabeth is just fuming.
