in chances like these I always love to know about peoples ocs, so please tell me a little bit about Tatsuki, Jasmine and Juno

yep! I talked a little about Tatsuki in this answer

Juno is one of those characters I really love despite their problematic personality and history. She’s just a human disaster but I love her. She was Ryo’s partner and also Gingka’s mother.

She is sort of a mix between a mercenary like Chris, who uses beyblade to complete missions sometimes, and also an adventurer like Ryuto? She also doesn't shy away from robbing tombs or people in general, her list of crimes she committed is very long I imagine.

As a head’s up: she’s not a good person, pretty much abandoned her family to continue living the life she had before them. It’s a little more complicated than that, and I didn’t come up with every details yet, but yeah :( In my au Gingka has some father issues but also mommy issues that he isn’t aware of until Juno shows up in his life again. They have a lot in common for characters who didn’t interact with each other in 14 years. I like to think about the fact that Gingka spends a lot of his early adult life being a vagabond, pretty much always traveling, like his mom always did. Of course their lives are very different, but that need to always move and not settle down is a big part of them, even if they come from different histories.

She comes from a very impoverished family and had a very tough childhood, had to fend off for herself very young. Her father had trouble with the law and abandoned his family, leaving Juno to live with distant family relatives. She set off on her own very young and started working as a mercenary shortly after.

Gingka has the same eyes as her.

I have more about her and Ryo’s backstory I wrote once on my priv twitter to not forget it but I think I need to rewrite it, maybe I’ll do a special lore post dedicated to her.

Her bey is an Inferno Sagittario. I gave her a name and theme related to the goddess Diana/Artemis, I really like that aesthetic and it suits her well I think.

Jasmine is the head of the European WBBA division. She’s french and is fluent in English, Arabic, litany, Japanese and Spanish. Just a girlboss really, she worked very hard to get to her position, so you can imagine that her reaction to Ryo becoming the head of the Japanese division – with little to no qualifications for it – was… something. She can’t stand Ryo and he can’t stand her either, I love them for that. Jasmine’s very snobbish and never misses an opportunity to belittle Ryo and his work at the WBBA. Every time they have to call the other for meetings and important decisions it’s a competition of who can make the most passive aggressive comments, and Jasmine always wins.

I think she took Sophie under her wing, which is funny to think about if you’re a Hikaru and Sophie are sisters believer. They’re just the best of friends and so happy to see each other every time, knowing full well that their boss/mentor hate the other’s guts. But also Sophie doesn’t like Ryo either and Hikaru is very much done with the way Jasmine talks about her boss and, incidentally, HER work at the WBBA.

But yeah, love her, she’s a very petty and sarcastic person but she’s very very good at her job, very hardworking and has a lot of charisma. I think she plays the violin and the piano too.

She is NOT! A carbon copy of Lucifer omg that really annoys me badly 😭 its every hellaverse character with parents i swear they always look like the twin of only one parent like- anyway, her color thing is yellow with an orange secondary! I also added blue pants cuz i think blue fits her well idk. Her wings are folded to look like a halo (her other mom Eve passed that curse trait sadly). And yknow. Goat features, everyone does rhat with charlie and I love we all agreed that Charlie should be goat inspired. (Stars on cape. Get it? Cuz. MorningSTAR? EH? Ok.....)

You maybe. Might. Perhaps. Be asking about her skin tone change. Well, its because her moms are the first humans! WHY ARE THEY WHITE??! As a christian im offended /hj but like seriously. There is no possible way they would be white. (The art of Lillith and Eve in the olden times depicted them as white. Those are FAKE. FAAAKE. BEGONE. WHITEWASHING. THOT.)

Alt/pajamas design! Her pajamas (unlike Vaggie's) i dont really like. Hell, i dont like my ver much either. Ill probably change it. But, the mini bowtie in the show.... thats what makes me wanna start a fight. I dont know why but it gives me a hatred i dont know how to explain. Yes she has a tie here. But its not... a mini bow tie. They knew what they were doing and im coming after them 🥰 her legs and shoulders/upper torso are darker than her main skin. So would that make her have vitligo? Probably, just not accurately moreso puppet wise

I've been inspired to share fairytail redesigns by @fanstuffrantings own redesigns (they're amazing go check them out :3)

Anyway, I really enjoy Juvia's appearance in Canon, I love the fur accents and her hair is wavy like water which I enjoy, honestly I mostly have a problem with her outfit. Now as a lesbian, of course I enjoy her thighs. Who doesn't love thighs? And the fairytail stamp being there is very nice Mashima, but I personally enjoy a more modest look for her. I think it especially compliments Gray's stripping habit. I feel like Juvia would be more shy with her body, even after she grows more comfortable with the guild, there's more way to show character development and confidence then stripping off clothing.

And it just suits her more, she's a very polite person, and has a sort of formality to her, not in a cold sense, but as a show of respect.

This is just a headcanon of mine, but I feel like she would get cold often, hence the kinda winter-ish outfit (again, a nice parallel with Gray who never gets cold duh)

Also, the scene of her crying and making many of the teru teru bōzu dolls is ingrained in my brain and makes me sad, but please, please give her some kind of sewing hobby! Maybe she makes her own clothes, she could have trouble finding some that are as long or as fuzzy as she'd like, so she started making her own!

Give her something outside of Gray. She's a water mage, maybe when she's stressed or upset, she goes swimming and just sinks into the water. For awhile, she resented the rain and the way it drowned her. Show her hesitate when it comes to the beach, a pool, anything, hesitate to sink into it because she feels guilty for all the years she wished for a drought. It sounds dumb because shes a water mage but thats just it! Shes a water mage! Make her hate her magic and then lesrn to love it again.

Make her interact with sea creatures. Tell me Erza doesn't scold her for bringing home random sea creatures. PLEASE JUST MAKE HER A CHARACTER OUTSIDE GRAY.

Her relationship with Gajeel! Expand on that! Her relationship with Cana (and maybe she finally drifts away from Gray and begins experimenting with new things because she's always been pretty sheltered, forced away from people by the rain so maybe she wants to try something new...and let's be real Cana's down with whatever and whoever).

There's so many things to do with Juvia, and I love her.

An up and coming trainer from Floccesy Town that shines! 👑☀️✨ Azura sees herself as the "princess" that’s going to break how Gym Leaders only specialize in one type and create her ideal Pokemon league. Started crushing on Nessa of Hulburry after substituting for her once.

Nessa and Azura start off as fast friends, with Nessa acting as a mentor to our “princess” teaching her how to have better synergy with water-type Pokemon. Their relationship soons blossom into a romantic relationship once Azura confesses her feelings to Nessa after she takes another heartbreaking defeat from Milo during a major Galar league tournament. N claims that have taken care of her for a brief period of time when they were both small children, and vividly explains that she ran away from home. He sees “Azureia” (a nickname only her parents called her) as his little sister. Azura says that she no recollection of these events and claims that it’s impossible for them to have actually happened since she lived with her father in Lavaridge Town prior to moving to Unova (Azura’s parents had remarried) at age 15. Nessa fully believes N’s memories and fully accepts N as her “Brother-In-Law”. If a traumatic experience had happened to Azura to cause her to loose some of her childhood memories, she simply does not remember it. She has made peace with the fact that her past may be a mystery to her and instead wants to focus on her bright future she’ll make with her own hands.

OMG YOU HAVE BILL KID OCS??? 👀 PLZ CAN I KNOW ABOUT THEM?

I DO- The gist of it was its an au of beyond the falls (has no name) but in this case Loretta and Bill accidentally ends up with quadruplets (I haven't fleshed out HOW accidentally happened it just did LMAO) and they decide to co-parent to try to be better than their own parents- They reside somewhere in a stable part of the nightmare realm/outside of gravity falls and its kinda like a tangled situation where the kids don't go out much BECAUSE of the reputation of their father (and you know being a wanted criminal).

I mainly focus on the dynamics of the siblings because I think it's silly. Bell (the pink one) is the most fleshed out of all the siblings because I had a storyline back in the day when she ran away to try to figure out her father's past because of how mysterious it is. She wants to get in touch with her own roots as half/Euclidean/Flatlander and half human.

All the siblings bear a different piece of their father's abilities. They all have the pyrokenesis but they all are strong in their own abilities. Bell is the dream entering/mind stuff, Ace is strength and form changing (the violent stuff), Wyatt sees the future, different timelines, and has the sight stuff, and Cytherus (or Cee for short) has the intelligence and duplication ability!

PS: THIS IS NOT CANON TO BEYOND THE FALLS LOL. I highly doubt if Loretta and Bill could they would have kids. Both have their own issues revolving around parents, and both are WAY too afraid to face that. Also in the BOF timeline they have SO MUCH GOING ON. No kids for them. Although the concept of Bill being not the best dad is something I enjoy from time to time :))

I do need to redesign them though- I originally thought Bills top hat was apart of his body so I made it his genetics FOR the kids. I don't think that would be the case anymore. Wyatt and Ace can keep their top hats though (because Ace likes to copy his dad anyway and would) and Wyatt copies his brother Ace-

i really like the idea of trans tim, but he never tells anyone bc he passes too easily, and BATMAN doesn't notice on tim's files or anything bc they're too busy fighting crime and shit. but when bruce finally finds out, he goes on a transboy dad mode and makes sure that tim has everything that he needs. the bathrooms of the manor are stocked with menstrual hygiene products (not only for tim bc im sure selina mentioned getting her period at his house ONE TIME, and he asked alfred to stock up). bruce redesigns the robin suit to have a safe binder that would be comfortable for tim.

tim doesn't get top surgery until he's living at the marina because he finally felt safe enough knowing there would be a community that not only understands but KNOWS how to take care of him post-surgery. i dont think most of the bat family knows that he's trans (but that's just because he forgets about it too), so he demanded a week off from the vigilante life in order to get top surgery and recover (it takes a lot longer than that, but you know how tim is) and the bats that didn't know started freaking out wondering what the fuck was going on.

jack drake also completely forgot tim was trans (as in he thinks tim amab) so when tim asked to go on T he was like???

anyways, these are my headcanons for now, i could probably talk about this forever lol i have not made any art for it yet, but 6 pride month, so maybe i will. altho, like i said, im queer 24/7, so i might pull up with trans art anytime

Third art, from the left side, is an old art that I did when I was still quite new and haven't watched the full show yet as I tried to draw Hiromi(OC and also an old design of hers) and Alastor in Vivzie's artstyle and it turned out down right awful lol. 5/10 👎 jk

Okay look, I know I usually put the old version of the design first, so it's like reading it from then to now, but that means when I get a notification on the post, the old art is what shows up in the thumbnail, and it kinda throws me off, sooo I'm changing it. New art first.

Anyways first up is Tawnypelt!! She is one of the most redesigned cats, I have such a hard time getting a design I like for her. Sorta same story as in the previous post; I like her old design, but not enough for her as a protagonist, if that makes any sense? If she stayed as a side character then I think I'd be fine with the old design the way it was, but now that's she's a protagonist I wanted to change it. Then is the one and only Moonpaw!! :3 Her body design has stayed pretty much the same throughout design testing. Next is fixing up the new kits to follow the Super Edition's allegiances preview thing. I put Leafkit on the new one even though her design didn't change so that I wouldn't need to pull up two separate images in any drawings. Branchkit and her are now twinsies! And Grasskit is described as auburn?? Gave that a shot, most of her body design is taken from Branchkit's old one, I thought it was a better blend of their parents than Grasskit's old one. Then is Rapidkit, Floatkit, and Troutkit. Rapidkit and Floatkit pretty much swapped most of their design elements, and Troutkit got some spots and color changes. And thennn Russetfur!!! Wow! I did NOT like her old design, so here's a much better one.

Y'all,, okay, so Tawnypelt's design gave me so much trouble omg.... You can see I started tweaking it in May, three months ago. All of these were Tawnypelt design concepts that I didn't like for one reason or another. I knew I wanted some yellow in there for her mother but that was kinda it. I know split face is popular with her, but with Moonpaw being split faced already I didn't want to make Tawnypelt also one. Too much white in the face was the problem with the first two, then not enough, then I took a break and came back at it with a full page of just throwing stuff at the wall (and a scrapped Branchkit idea hehe). I sorta wanted her to also have some brown, but I couldn't get it to look right so I scrapped it, then I tried a sort of lykoi style, which I thought looked cool but ultimately decided against, then got to the last two where I was trying alternating black and brown, and I liked how the first one on the end looked on paper, but when I put it in digitally there wasn't enough black so I ended up going for all black instead. And here we are now 😁 I very much hope that I like this design enough to keep it around for a while.

I know there's been a lot of the lack of Vaggie's self-worth, which I wish was explored into more. I just think the Vaggie(3rd) episode just wasn't needed at all if it didn't even have an impact. Don't get me started on that episode, it was rushed, too early to have character arcs already, and overall not needed or even should have existed periodt.

I hope they explore it next season because GOD this woman needs TO LOVE HERSELF. OR ATLEAST CARE ABOUT HERSELF LIKE????

What would you personally love most if changes were to happen? Like with patterns and hair and colors and stuff.

I’m not gonna speak on cultural stuff cause I’m not from any of the cultures that natlan takes inspo from, but I would just love the same amount of effort put into playable characters that Hoyoverse puts into their enemies in terms of diversity.

Most of the characters would look amazing with darker skin, but I think Mualani would look soooo cute with like really really frizzy or like super curly and thick hair. Genshin has an issue with making anything thicker, coats, hair, characters- but I don’t care :3

I’ve seen Mavuika with like markings on her chin- which is a cultural thing that o don’t necessarily know the complete significance of, but in terms of design I genuinely think it looks so nice. I also would love her with darker skin ofc and something done with her hair. Idc if it’s like a protective hair style, or just putting her hair UP I just ehhh idk how I feel about it just like being there but not having anything to it. I saw one redesign giving her like fire hair like Idia from twisted wonderland which I LOVED and then another design giving her like braids which was sooooo fucking pretty, ooo especially if she had like clips or crystals in her hair with braids? Can you imagine??? That would look so pretty, and fit so well for an archon. Overall her design needs a revamp imo though, because while she looks cool, she doesn’t look like she’s from genshin, and she really only looks like some sick ass biker lady who would help me fix my tire while in the middle of nowhere rather than like… an archon.

Chasca needs a whole revamp, but I do LOVE her hair in terms of colors, and I like her ears a lot- but I saw this one BEAUTIFUL Chasca redesign by @ NGreentail on Twitter who also makes some sick ass mods for pc players. Seriously I love his ganyu mod sm- but anyways, he made a really nice redesign for Chasca that is like also what I would’ve wanted for Boothill sigh

Same personal also made a really pretty Citlali design, and I think that was really nice for her- idk I don’t have many comments on her cause she’s not my type of character :’)

I looooove Kachina’s design I think she’s soooooo stupidly cute, and I love the colors- again, not speaking on cultural stuff and ik she has some cultural issues but I think that’s with her animations, but I think some dark skin would do her so much justice in terms of just design. Make it so we can actually see her hair color against her skin, they look too damn similar :/

Kinich is by far one of my favs cause I love my stupid green guys, and he just looks cool as fuck- but obv some dark skin would do him justice. As far as I know his design is fineeeeee(????) and I like his hair how it is, maybe just making it wavier would be nice.

Ororon/ Olorun just… needs to be… fixed… so bad. Give him locks, give him dark skin, bitch actually make him Nigerian if he’s based off of things from Nigeria and a literal African god PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

My fav is Xilonen, and she just like… needs a lottttt. Like she would obv look better with dark skin, she is supposed to be Brazilian because I believe her makeup takes inspo from like carvival makeup? I think, that’s what I was told, I could be wrong- but if that is what it’s based off of then I think she should have like MORE, y’know? Maybe vitiligo in some places like leopard print, claws, all that- I mean there’s a billion amazing redesigns that I’ve seen because a lot of people like her, so I feel like my comment on this in a purely design aspect is ehhhhhhhhhhh since there’s already sooo many people with so many ideas.

Like it's totally fine if you simply dislike it and let people enjoy things that are not your cup of tea, but if you seriously HATE this show and the creators other work with a BURNING passion, I suggest that you don't interact with my blog or maybe even block the tags and stuff. Like, if you despise Viv, just ignore her stuff and move on with your day.

•Redesigns: Redesigning/reimagining characters can be a great thing for putting your own twist in them. Also for character design practice, expressing creativity, and for having fun. However, it can also be used out of pure hate, saying they "FIXED" them, or saying that their art is "BETTER" than Viv's which bothers me a little. Saying "OMG THIS LOOKS SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL" "I REALLY PREFER THIS DESIGN THAN VIV'S. SHE LITERALLY CAN'T DO CHARACTER DESIGN FOR SHIT!" "LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER OMGGG!"🙄Like, you can still critique the designs of the characters while being respectful and constructive, that's fine. I have a few critiques myself actually.

•Vivziepop: Vivzie is one of my favorite artists. Her art really inspired me so much ngl. But I'm very aware that she's flawed and not perfect. I hate when people dig up all of her controversies just to make her a villain and make her look bad. I really don't. She also responded to criticisms from antis on Twitter. In my opinion, I don't think she should've replied to them. It could be draining and also unhealthy for her mental health. I'm honestly worried for her. Maybe she should hire a social media manager or something idk. I very much care about her well-being. And some even don't support her because of her controversies.

I know you can like a show, but not the creator. I like Viv. I only support her dreams and achievements for making awesome cartoons, but maybe not her as a person. I hope she can improve and do better so she wouldn't receive any more hate.

•Guilt: Every time I see so much bashing and negativity towards Hazbin or Helluva, I would end up dwelling on it, feeling extremely guilty, ashamed, embarrassed for being a little fan. It can be very draining for me and a risk for my mental health if I constantly dwell and soak up their negative opinions. And I hate that feeling. It makes me question why I shouldn't enjoy the things I love. And it hurts.

So yeah..I don't normally post things like this, but I just needed to get that out of my system. Don't worry, I'm okay.❤️😊

I really appreciate how it seems everyone seems to have their own priorities when it comes to Fairy Tail redesigns tbh, like mine are "what if they were butch" half the time or "what if their outfit was more functional"

What's your take on Irene I'm curious? She's the latest woman I'm hitting with the butch beam but in general I haven't really seen people redesign her much despite her fucking ATROCIOUS outfit

The easy part is my mentality with redesigns, I usually just go for what I personally find aesthetically pleasing while adding in visual storytelling with their personalities. Like all the dragon slayers having varying levels of draconic features for plot or lucys main fit being an equestrian horse riding uniform to allude to how she ran away from home.

Idk for me it's kind of rule of cool at times and just me messing around until I start thinking abt the plot and incorporating more and more ideas into the designs ig

Ok so I have gotten asks about my opinions on Irene and silver and all that so the tldr is that I don't actually remember a lot of the late ft stuff bc I genuinely just got bored and didn't like it.

I plan on rewatching a lot of this but FROM THE LITTLE I DO REMEMBER here r my thoughts:

From jump I think bringing back Irene or silver is a detriment to both erzas and grays character arcs. They happen at a point in the series where we were never even remotely interested in who their birth parents r and seemingly neither did either of them so to bring them up out of no where feels like shock value to me.

There's just very little emotional investment because again AT THIS POINT in the story both of them r suppose to have grown where they see the guild as their family regardless of blood ties. This is kinda emphasized/ addressed by having erza be like the only parent I recognize is my guild master but also then y make it her mom in the first place if it doesn't hold any emotional stakes??

Specifically Irene, I think making her related to dragons is cheap and weird, erza before this has never been hinted at to have any kind of connection to dragons so again we have this weird shock value nonsense feeling

Like ugh if u WANTED to make it work then at the very least they could have made Irene more mother gothel energy where she's actively trying to coax erza into loving her and playing the role of the loving doting mother only to turn out to have been evil the whole time or something to at least CHALLENGE erza emotionally since so much of her arc has been learning to let ppl in so having it back fire this late in the show would have been interesting to me.

I'm rewatching the Irene fight just for this and I'm so annoyed now omg let's talk abt it

Irene just taking over Wendy's body happened so fast and easy also u can't tell me that Irene has never heard of the other dragon slayers so what would it have changed to just make this her plan all along and that's y she wanted to get close to erza and gain her trust. Like give it an arc or something with the twist at the end that she was grooming wendyas her new body and make the ritual more involved that it needed some level of trust or willingness from Wendy which would in turn make erza feel awful for putting her trust in Irene at all

I'm spitballing idk but all this to say that having a main supporting characters parents come back from the dead to be a nothing villain that they defeat the same as everyone else is lame

I forgot this is the fight where erza destroys a meteor with one arm I'm not even going to touch on that theres just so much there.

Ok onto silver omg

I simply hate the switch of like, o it's grays dad wait no it's actually deliora wait no it's actually actually grays dad fr This time guys-

Like idk commit to something bc again, this whole fight is like 10 minutes so all this info is just thrown at gray with no time for him to process until his dad dies again like idk can we plz have some internal struggle that lasts more than a single fight

I don't hate giving gray some kind of closure to his family dying but he also literally never mourned or talked abt them before hand bc, to me, it was implied he didn't really grieve them and just jumped right to revenge and training with Ur and when she died her death kind of consumed him so he stopped thinking abt his parents?

Idk again, if u wanted to make it work, literally just throw in some guilt abt his parents deaths where gray feels like he could have protected them or something or even resenting his father for not being strong enough to protect them and thats y he always pushes himself to do better and is willing to sacrifice himself to save his family at every turn bc he wants to be a martyr so bad guys-
