Tommy as the catalyst for Eddie realizing his friendship with Buck isn't a typical male friendship. He and Tommy hang out and shoot the shit over sports, they don't talk about his kid or about how he's doing in therapy or their childhood trauma. What he has with Buck is different. It's deep. It's to the core.

Tommy as the catalyst for Buck realizing not everyone gets jealous over a friend like that - that his feelings for Eddie are different than his feelings for his other friends. He doesn't care that Chim and Tommy hang out. He has no problem when Hen has to blow him off for Karen. But Eddie? It hurts seeing him laughing and smiling with someone else.

Something about the way Tommy brings out different aspects in both Buck and Eddie and those aspects are what make them realize their own relationship goes beyond friendship. Because Eddie can bro out with Tommy like he doesn't with Buck and Tommy with Eddie makes Buck jealous in a way he hasn't been in years, when he was worried Eddie was there to take his place.

Like... Till is the most sensitive of all the cast. Yet he has quite the violent streak. As a little baby he didn't seem capable of just flying into a rage

Sometimes I wanna draw the future turtles in fluffy romantic relationships but no character in the show feels right to pair them up with.

I both love the lack of romantic relationships in the show and feel slightly disappointed.

I have had a vicious gripe with the dbros ever since the 1st episode of season 4 where that "easter egg" "I'm just trying to be normal, Billy" can be heard on the TV in the background while Max is feeding her dog. Only for the duffers to apologize and say the easter egg was a fucking "accident."

In case you didn't know, that dialogue was from an episode of a series called Misfits of Science. The characters in this series have abilities.

In the specific episode Max was watching, there are characters named Billy and El (coincidence). Billy asks another character (Gloria) to use her abilities and they have an exchange like this (Which is the one heard on Max's TV).

BILLY: Gloria. Look, this is your old friend Billy talking here. You know, you just—it’s just a little favor and I don’t think it’ll matter.

GLORIA: I’m trying to be normal, Billy!

Again. This is the accident they claim.

Anyway the episode progresses and they travel to an ancient underground temple (in California btw) and there are symbols on the wall, when translated, mean something that would absolutely remind me of Billy.

"Will I leave only this? Like flowers that wither. Will nothing last but my name?"

As I said.

This was all a fucking "accident" and supposedly none of it means anything. And that's why I do not trust the dbags to put any thought into anything. Everything's just a coincidence. Or an accident.

They picked that specific episode to play at that specific scene in that specific moment from a show that has characters named Billy and El and they travel to California to a temple with symbols that translate to a sad quote that reminds you of Billy Hargrove's tragic death.

But Billy still showed up that season, so who is to say, really? They just lie I guess?

maybe it's because there were so many perma deaths in session 6 and also because i was too busy off breaking into fire lookouts in arkansas to be looking at spoilers on tumblr, but i feel like i have seen....two posts total about that weird glitch that happened to grian when he pressed the button and died at the same time. like, it's entirely possible i missed discussions of it since i was a few days late to watching session 6 related stuff, but i also feel like maybe it got lost in all the other wild stuff that happened (i.e. curse breaking)

anyway. what WAS that. a glitch, obviously, but omg. man really got knocked out of the land of the living for a moment. never in my life have i seen a more accidental-but-obvious example of Watching. it's like when he was afk in limited life, in the sense that he was suddenly present-but-not-present anymore. he briefly became a ghost. do you think, for a moment, he could see lizzie and jimmy and mumbo spectating the wither-warden fight? and knew he wasn't supposed to be there, he was supposed to be waking up in his bed as a yellow life (but maybe he was supposed to be there all along, not participating, but watching)

So, long awaited Fyodor's backstory.... Asagiri dropped the bomb on us just like that, huh?

First of all, he looks so fine. And we established he has a thing for being underground and chained up, et cetera.

For all we knew, he could be the very first ability user ever, or if he even the one who's created these abilities in the first place. Hence, his obsession and all these talk about "God, Men, and Devil" and why he's also there in alternate universe.

His existence is a crime and his punishment is to always continued existing.

I do hope he won't be the classic case of "I'm immortal and I want to end it all" and that only can be achieved in a world without ability.

Or, he simply misleading Sigma and in extensions, Dazai and Agency (unlikely though)

thinking about how Tubbo said he hasn't done anything that fun in a long time and Tommy responding with "you still got it" is giving major 'tubbo now both looks and acts like a dad' vibes. Like, nobody without kids talks like that, first off.

The way Tubbo talked during the stream really feels like he sees himself as getting older and moving past what he used to be like while Tommy seems to still be stuck in the past, hoping to return to a time when he was happy. Meanwhile Tubbo is being forced to accept the fact that's he's growing up because he actually went out and built a life for himself, getting married and having a kid, losing a partner, ect.

Tommy still feels like wil's little brother and I think that has kept him at a standstill.

The concept of Scara & Furina & Venti being friends has me in a chokehold. The potential dynamics are so potent, overflowing with hurt/comfort and having the space and understanding for the convoluted journey of healing, I wanna curl up and cry.

Two who were made by gods, were meant to be gods, but never could be gods, and now have to deal with the repercussion of a fate never lived up to and find their own identity without it being given to them by someone.

And a god who lost loved ones, who lost time and potential friendships to sleep, who modeled himself as a friend that died for freedom. Now there is the desire to be just like everyone else, cause there is not that much of a difference between a god and mortal beyond the obvious power and longevity. Gods have desires, dreams, ambitions, love.

Scara's brattiness, Furina's theatrics, Venti's willful tomfoolery. It's all a front, an exaggerated part of them to protect themselves from vulnerability. It wouldn't work at either of them, seeing exactly what the other was doing. They would bug the ever-loving shit out of each other to stop being hung up on a past that cannot be changed, opening up in ways they wouldn't realise until it was too late.

Just, the potential is making me insane.
