to be clear it's not csam (real children) it's fictional (drawn & in sims), but they're extremely creepy as a person & remind me of abusers in my past that exposed me to that same fictional material as a child. it's common for those that do have bad intentions to use it to blur the lines/make minors feel like it's normal/okay so that they're easier to groom & abuse. this isn't something that everyone that consumes this content does, obviously, but the amount of times they specifically have had questionable boundaries raises red flags for me. (Having a minor character in a fetish pose in a preview on a blog they specifically allowed minors to follow for cc, defending that by saying the original mangaka posed the character that way first so it was his fault not theirs, having a discord server with a dead dove channel that minors could access & saying it was ok bc they had to use a react role to get in, calling survivors that were uncomfortable with this crybabies, puritans & dumbasses, etc)

I never could finish the full post i was making about them bc it was frankly pretty triggering to me & I was dealing with my father's passing at the time, but I still have the screenshots despite them changing their name multiple times, wiping their blog of everything & changing their pinned to be 18+ only. There's also other people that have called them out for certain things (like the pose incident) before in the past. I'm not saying they're a predator or child abuser, since I know they'll jump to that immediately- but I am saying they're creepy and their history of a lack of solid boundaries between minors & the adult content they consume is irresponsible and unacceptable. I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable having them in the same spaces as minors in this community. I personally blocked them a long time ago when they were rentbunny bc I saw they (as a non-black person) liked posts that were calling me a c*on and telling me to kms, but the full extent of all the rest that was brought to my attention was staggering tbh.

When I figured out they were in my server at the time (members came to me with the proof & said they were uncomfortable/triggered), I banned them silently. They responded by publicly harassing me for weeks and claiming that I had bullied them. They openly admitted they had only been in my server with the aim of baiting people into talking about them, and then posted screenshots of... people saying their cc was too high poly, had too many swatches for their liking, and someone editing the buns off one of their hairs for personal use. And they listed off usernames of people that had never mentioned them/were not active, purely with the goal to get others to attack them. They also mocked me for being in mourning for my father that had just passed, and after I had blocked them continued to make passive aggressive references to my grief. And this isn't even counting all the cc issues, taking money for commissions & ghosting the commissioners for months, and miscellaneous bigotry & bad behavior they've been involved in. This is all now deleted & they changed their username to yin-shimo directly after acting a complete fool towards me. But none of my posts are deleted, and I didn't forget. A lot of other people haven't either. So overall, I think they have bigger issues in their own house to focus on before worrying about someone else's cc dress.

radmilla glares, even as she can feel her eyes start to water. she wants to scream, to swear, to tear elfreide's throat out with her teeth. she wants to run, run as far from this place that was once her home to anywhere that will take her.

"all that talk," elfreide says, petting radmilla's hair with gentle touches, "and yet, for all you have lost, your precious comrades in arms have gained nothing. at best, they remain the same as they once were. at worst..." she slips a finger below radmilla's collar, a feather-light touch against her skin. "i do so hope they managed to catch the tall one. she would look marvelous on her knees, don't you think?"

radmilla growls, muffled by the muzzle across her face, and tries to swing her head up, pull away. elfreide's hand tightens, cutting off radmilla's growl into a gasp of pain. she pulls the girl's head back, tilts it up until her throat is bared, forces her to struggle to breath against the tension.

"you *lost*, little traitor," elfreide hisses. she flicks the tag on radmilla's ear, smiles to herself at the whimper it draws from the once-proud revolutionary. "now look at you." she forces radmilla's head to turn, angles it so she can see herself in the mirror, a pathetic *thing* kneeling on the floor, collar at her throat and muzzle across her mouth. "bound and gagged at the feet of the very enemy you sought to depose."

tears run down radmilla's face, dripping onto the muzzle. elfreide smiles, leaning down and bringing her lips to radmilla's ear. "*this*, my darling little rebel, is what it means to 'live without the dignity of people'." elfreide brings a hand beneath radmilla's chin, tilts her head so she can lean down and kiss her through the muzzle, licking her lips to taste the savory taste of radmilla's pain that pool there as she throws the girl's own words back in her face.

"i do hope," elfreide purrs, "that you will find it to your liking."

Wukong was angry under that mountain, frustrated, and honestly probably depressed and scared. Unable to move, to leave to do anything.

His reaction to Macaque giving him a peach is understandable.

Macaque got mad too, understandable seeing as he's being yelled at.

Here's where Macaque was wrong tho, he should've come back. he should have cooled off, come back, apologized for his words and let swk rant and rave because in canon, from what we've seen, swk got the short end of the stick and deserved to be upset and angry. he was betrayed, and while Macaque was too by azure he's not the one who ended up stuck under a mountain.

Swk should have listened to Macaques advice about attacking the Jade emporer, he did end up losing sight of why he wanted power.

Macaque should have come back after cooling off, talked it out.

that's where they started to fall out.

I genuinly think tho that Macaque reaproached swk during the journey and they were okay for a while but something happened.

like maybe he wanted swk to come back to the mountain, saw the circlet and his "friendship" with the pilgrims as some sick leash and brainwashing.

could be why he attacked (if he did)

i also dont think swk killed him, did they fight? probably but i dont believe swk made the final blow.

it is beyond infuriating how anne rice seems to insist on marius being a positive force in anyone's life ever. like she can't fully commit to exploring the fact he groomed armand and has repeatedly taken away his consent for what marius thinks is best (take the end of TVA as an example) and just kind of flatly puts it in the narrative. there's not really much interest in how these horrific events make marius come across as the worst because EVERYONE loves him. for gods sake, lestat learns from armand exactly what marius did to him in TVL and then proceeds to go find marius and be super friendly to him in the same fucking book. even armand and pandora, two of the people who have MORE than enough right to hate him, do not. it doesnt feel like shes trying to explore the toxicity of the abusive dynamic he traps them in, it just is there. and like yeah ofc the toxic vampire romance series but i think that this should be handled with more care. and it is not ever really framed in a way that she is interested in exploring how marius should easily be one of the most horrific characters in this series because it kind of feels like sa/rape/grooming/other things of that sort are just put there to further plot and not to really get the respect that they deserve in a medium.

there is no one who will go through life without hurting someone else, full stop. a lot of people, understandably, feel shame when they cause harm. the unfortunate truth is that shame only ever obstructs us from real growth and transformation. shame results in appeasement, not accountability.

really take the time to study the difference. understanding that everybody harms and you're not a special villain for hurting others will cut the legs off of your shame a bit. and once you know that you do not want to just appease a person or situation, you can use the energy that you were feeding to shame to take steps toward real accountability instead.

in answer to a question posed by @metamatar, "what's the message for those of us who have done someone wrong and have to live with it?" i am hoping you find these messages herein: we have all been harmed and we all cause harm; causing harm is not exceptional. what is exceptional is taking true accountability. and thru it, repairing the harm you caused. every time you practice this, you will be less likely to cause harm in that way again and your relationships will become healthier as both you and the other party start to trust that you are someone who repairs harm when caused.

transformative justice is something i genuinely believe in. i'm not an expert but i am happy to point anyone to more resources.

it was quite the saying - don't shoot the messenger.

it'd been a short time ago when a young gabriel ardelean was indicted into the wandenreich. almost a week in she was tested on her overall abilities; mainly her supposed speed and agility considering her past duties. to her, it was a blessing she was only tasked to serve as an errand runner - at least until she, too, would rise up the ranks one day. granted, there were times where she would have to deliver messages in more... dire situations. this time just so happened to be one of them.

the message she was tasked to deliver must have been important - whatever the contents contained, she was instructed not to open it under any means until she reached her destination. it wasn't like gabriel minded that instruction, however, considering she was never one to pry while she was on the job... as nosy as the young quincy could be sometimes. and it seemed her destination was that of the jail himself.

the contents she was tasked with delivering was items to help quilge opie and the rest of his squadron on their hunts. and hopefully he was alerted that the supplies would be on their way, she was never informed whether or not he received a warning message on that front. then again she never interacted with a lot of the sternritters... not yet, at least. but to say the thought of interacting with a figure of authority like the jail was... rather intimidating.

yet the directions to her destination were proven correct, and she was right to think that he was intimidating even up close.

it was a dangerous area, but the job had to be done. "... you must be the jail, correct?" she nearly hesitated, her right mind half-expecting to have orders barked at her as well. "i brought what you've requested as promised, sir. my apologies for any delays-"

she was cut off by her arms being grabbed as her body is yanked forward and spun around, almost thrown back with the package in hand as gabriel... tries to process what had happened. it felt everything had happened in a matter of seconds; one moment she stood face to face with the sternritter she was tasked with delivering supplies to... the next minute she had been yanked behind him. who just so happened to have ran his spear through several unfamiliar faces... but they didn't look like they belonged to the wandenreich.

... they didn't follow her for the supplies, did they?

"that was rather reckless of you to let those vermin follow you," gabriel thought she heard him say once the deed was done, "but i suppose that cannot be helped."

"... fair point," perhaps gabriel was too into her own head to notice, and truth be told she was already mentally preparing for a lecture when she'd return to the wandenreich. "i didn't realize they were even there until i saw you run them through." and she wasn't the type to argue or have any excuses - she'd hold herself accountable for nearly getting herself killed, and that was it. "the resources will be over here for easy access when you or your squadron needs them. if there's nothing else you need me for, i'll... take my leave momentarily."

she'd keep a more watchful eye of her surroundings the next time she sends a message or delivery - that'd probably be the best thing to do as thanks for the unprompted protection.
