jealousy headcanons on how jealous the characters are

he's more on the possessive side of you, so when he sees someone obviously interested in you, he's completely bothered.

practically marches up to where you and the other person are, and will let a low growl out when they don't even look at him.

they try to brush him off, which gets him more irritated.

who do they think they are? when leona doesn't leave they finally look at him, about to tell him off but he doesn't give them a chance to before he's threatening them to stay away from you.

they practically run away when they see the look in his eyes.

gets very touchy after the interaction, hardly letting you leave his side for the rest of the day.

will force you to take naps with him, even if you're not tired just because he wants to feel you close to him.

however, there are times when he can't bring himself to care when he sees you obviously uninterested in anything the person is trying to say, and trusts you in order to defend yourself, so he ignores it completely.

there are more times where he feels the jealousy build up in him when he sees the people interacting with you. he knows you're not ugly and that a lot of people would want to be with you, but if he has anything to say about it they won't get the chance because you're his and he'll let everyone know it.

if he sees someone else so much as glance at you too long, best believe he's going to be next to you in a heartbeat.

likes to pretend that everything's normal even though he's still obviously staring down the person.

you barely even notice the other person looking over at you before azul was next to you giving them the death glare.

you have to physically pull him away so he's not in eye frame of the person anymore.

he eventually laughs it off with you and goes about his day like he's forgotten about the encounter he definitely has not

puts jade and floyd up to find the person and it's safe to say that you don't run into that person again.

no matter how much you assure him that nothing was going to happen with the person, he'll just chuckle and pull you closer to him, not saying much else.

sometimes he doesn't mean to get as jealous as he does, he just goes wherever his body takes him.

he does make it kind of hard for you to talk to new people, but he will back up if you get upset at all his hovering.

he just wants to make sure you're safe and that he has no competition.

he will leave you be, but know that he will still be keeping an eye on the interaction from afar.

definitely isn't that concerned seeing someone else talking to you, that's very obviously interested in more than just a casual conversation with you.

he knows the other person doesn't even have a chance because why would you leave him for someone obviously far inferior to him.

however, if the person doesn't get the hint of your polite laughter and tries to brush them off, vil will find himself getting annoyed.

can't they tell that you don't care? you're already with someone so why aren't they backing off already?

don't make him have to be the one who has to go over there to scare the person off, because no matter how polite he might seem in the moment, the fire in his eyes will be unmistakable.

will throw in sly threats when asking who your "friend" is, and lets the person know that extreme measures will be used if they don't back off, not saying anything too direct because he does have a reputation to uphold.

pulls you close to him just so he could feel you next to him as you walk away and starts chatting like nothing ever happened.

overall, doesn't really care who you talk to as long as their not crossing any lines.

this man probably doesn't even know what the word 'jealousy' entails.

he's still new to human emotions, so when he sees you talking with someone, he takes it as a new friend of yours and intends to leave you be.

he doesn't notice you getting uncomfortable at the encounter or how the other person seems to be getting closer to you with each sentence.

it's not until you lock eyes with him about to walk away when he realizes that something is off with the conversation.

takes him a minute to figure out what you were trying to tell him.

walks up to you in order to ask you what you need, causing the person to back up from you significantly when they see him walking over.

looks at the other person in confusion when they stumble over their words and trip over their feet backing away from the conversation completely.

when you tell him what was wrong he feels his mood shift into annoyance and anger that someone could be like that.

could they not tell that you weren't interested? he knows he's not the best at human emotions, but shouldn't people know when their actions aren't warranted?

let's you know that if anyone bothers you like that again that he'll be there for you in a heartbeat.

he makes a note that if he sees the person around you again that he won't be as nice now that he knows how they made you feel.

the moment doesn't come however, since you don't see the person again and he's just glad that he doesn't have to worry about them.

🐙 Azul is a fairly protective sibling in general, so when Jade and Floyd came up to him and said that they couldn't find his sibling around Night Raven College, he immediately went to the prefect to find out where you were

🐙 Hearing that you were taken from the grounds by a supposed student, Azul appointed the tweels to go with Rook, Yuu, and Grim in order to find you and get you back to Octavinelle

🐙 When he received the news that you were going to be returned soon, he was relieved, especially after seeing a photo of you and the tweels safe and sound

🐙 Your brother had bee-lined to the entrance of the college, he had stood there and shuffled on his feet, his mind full of what ifs

🐙 Like he literally rants to himself in his mind;

What if they were injured but I couldn't see it?! What happened to them?! Why were they even kidnapped?! What if I got there before?! Why would someone ever try harming them?!

🐙 This guy is literally making up scenario after scenario while waiting for you and the tweels to reappear

🐙 Once he heard the sound of you yelling and Floyd laughing, he jumped back out of his head and looked up from his phone. And he was happy to see Floyd giving you a piggyback ride as you held tightly onto him while he ran

" Azul! Lookie, we found Baby Octopus! "

🐙 Your eyebrows furrowing in agitation at the nickname made Azul chuckle as he walked up to you guys, motioning for Floyd to put you down

🐙 He was super happy that you were back, and while you did have some side-effects from being stuck in S.T.YX., he just smiled and brushed his fingers over the small scales on your arms

" I've seen you look far worse, little sibling. " " Yeah! Like when you accidentally sprayed ink all over yourself when we scared you all those years ago! " " Shut the hell up, Floyd! "

🐍 Was he peeved when he received news that you were missing? Absolutely.

🐍 At first, Jamil believed that someone was there to kidnap Kalim but ended up accidentally getting the identities mixed and kidnapped you instead

🐍 Once he heard about it, he had ordered everyone he knew to search for you, and hearing that other members of the College had gone missing as well, only made him worry even more

🐍 Was something else going on? If someone was just after Kalim, why would there be other students missing?

🐍 Much like Azul, Jamil begins to panic on what happened to you, making many different accusations and scenarios up in his mind on what had happened to you and where in Twisted Wonderland you would be

🐍 It was when he was just about to go overboard and possibly overblot again that he got a call from Kalim, stating that you were found and only had a few changes, but they weren't bad

🐍 That made his worries all vanish, and it also made the rest of Scarabia whip their foreheads of sweat, they were scared their vice-housewarden was about to go and hypnotize them again

🐍 Jamil immediately after hanging up with Kalim began to sprint down the corridor and through Scarabia's mirror, bolting straight for the mirror chamber, and when he saw you weren't there, he ran right to the entrance of the school

🐍 Which was where he saw you and Kalim hugging, you just trying to comfort him from crying so much

" Hey brother! " " Sweet Sevens, thank the world that you're safe. Kalim said you had no injuries that were major, right? You better not be hiding any of them from me, or I swear to- " " I'm really fine, Jamil. Just I little tired is all. "

🐍 That was when he noticed that Kalim was messing with something behind you, and when he looked back and saw that you had a small snake tail with a rattle, his eyes widened and he looked so confused

" Long story... " " Then you better start telling me now. "

🐍 Yeah, once you told him about everything that happened with S.T.Y.X. it's needless to say that he became a mama-bear whenever Idia came around

👑 Oh was he beyond upset

👑 Vil was looking everywhere in Pomefiore for you, so when he couldn't seem to locate you, even using your tracking system you both installed on your phones for safety, he got really mad

👑 He tried to asked Rook to go around and look for you, and that was when he noticed that his phone was pinging all the way over to where the Isle of Woe was supposedly located, and he started to get beyond worried

👑 Vil decided to try calling Yuu, who he knew you were close too. But, when they didn't call him back or give him a message, everyone noticed how it was affecting him

👑 It was so bad that the teachers gave him time off class because of how worried he was

👑 He wasn't even coming out of his room for anything, not even gifting a reaction when someone mentioned Neige being there (obviously lying, but still)

👑 By the time he received Rook's message of finding you and the others that were kidnapped, Vil was dead asleep, his room in quite a lot of disarray

👑 When he heard the sound of his door being knocked on, Vil woke up death-fully silent, he wrapped himself in a robe and hide his face behind the hood of the fluffy clothing

" (R/N), I don't care if- " " Hey Lover-Boy... WOAH. I can tell you missed me! " " Y/N?... " " Where in the name of the Great Seven were you?! You had been losing my mind! Do you know how worried I was?! " " ... ah damn... "

👑 Now you have to deal with your brother's scoldings. But, when he eventually saw the small burns from some technologies from S.T.Y.X. on you, he just smirked and complimented you

👑 And that got Epel googling on how much grief can affect someone's personality while Rook just laughs and talks about how sweet of a brother the housewarden is

🦁 As the last-born of your royal family everyone saw potential in you from the very beginning of your life

🦁 You were put on a very high pedestal, but, you were still held in a lower degree than your oldest brother Falena Kingscholar, so you and your second-oldest brother, Leona Kingscholar, and you bonded like nobody's business

🦁 It was because of your closeness that Leona was getting worried

🦁 The last time he had seen you was when you went with your friend Jack to class, so when Leona went and asked the wolf-beastman about your whereabouts and he only said he thought you went back to your dorm, he got upset

🦁 Your brother immediately grabbed his phone and messaged Ruggie, ordering him to put everything aside and issue a warning around the school; one that you were missing

🦁 That was how he found out about other students going missing, and when he learned that the magicless prefect and their cat was gone, he got angry

🦁 Was this some kind of devilish plan of theirs?!

🦁 During your time missing, he tried keeping it only known to the school, he doesn't need his and yours brother and his family to get the royal guard engaged in this, he could handle it himself

🦁 When you finally called him, Leona was curled up in his bed, contemplating ideas on where you could be

🦁 Hearing the familiar sound of your ringtone, Leona lunged for his device, holding it up to his ear to hear the sound of your voice

" Ah, Roi des Lions! Do not worry, I have old Princesse des Bêtes here with me, they're safe and sound. " " Where the hell are they you prick?! " " We're on our way back to the school, we should be back at around six heures et demie. See you then! " " Why you- DAMN IT! "

🦁 Leona stood outside the school awaiting your arrival. And while he was there with Ruggie, he gritted his teeth, allowing a bare minimum of his fangs to show

🦁 When he finally caught sight of you and saw that you had a small amount of fur along your body, he just sighed, holding you close before picking you up and dragging you to Savanaclaw

I love all your stuff, it fuels my Octatrio brain rot!

After reading your post on the Azul explaining that marriage contract post, I couldn't help but think of how the tweels would react to seeing people tease yuu about their "engagement" (I'm sure octavinelle students complained to their friends I the other dorm about the very loud mating happening) and some who don't believe it and are stupid enough to flirt with/bully Yuu.

Like Ace would tease them and say "should we call you Mx. Leech from now on?~" while Deuce is "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?! BLINK TWICE IF THIS IS AGAINST YOUR WILL" and Grim wondering how they can use this to get more tuna

Meanwhile an idiot from Savannahclaw or Diasmonia approaches you and says something like "So your whoring yourself out to non-humans? When's my turn with the magicless bi-" then his body is found at the bottom of a lake somewhere the next day.

Thank you for being a place for us octasimps to gather and spill our thoughts!

Oh, word gets around soooo quick, no matter how much the twins scare the dorm, Octavinelle students like to gossip. Besides, it's not like the tweels care, they want everyone to know that you're taken! Must be a merfolk thing, because you're trying to hide from the embarrassment of being known as the one who fucked not one, but both Leech twins.

You spend the entire first period ignoring Ace's jests and prodding, while Deuce continuously checked in. He wasn't convinced that you weren't swindled into a contract, please help calm him down, he looks like he's going to cry. Grim is actually disgusted, until he receives a platter of fancy tuna at lunch from an “anonymous” benefactor. Now he's down for anything as long as Jade and Floyd provide him with the most decedent seafood.

You eventually have to run an errand for Crowley during your study period, so you leave Grim with Jack to run it faster without the familiar's interruptions. That's when the scenario above happens:

You're cornered in a hallway by a small group of students, one from each dorm minus Octavinelle. They may gossip, but they certainly know better than the others. The group is jeering and whistling, a Scarabia and Diasomnia student reaching to pinch at your arms and thighs, while a Pomefiore cat beastman croons.

“Aw what's wrong? I thought you liked nonhumans? Huh, no? Well, then maybe you shouldn't have been such a whore for merman dick!”

A few more hands move to grab and push you, intending to take out their long festering anger with the twins on you instead. Intended is the key word here; two towering shadows cover you and the group when two pairs of hands reach for the group leader, the cat from Pomefiore. He screamed before being cut off by a crunch, collapsing on the ground as he groaned and clutched his ribs.

Floyd terrifying when angry, but it's not an unfamiliar sight. But Jade's always had a polite, soft expression. So seeing him with a blank face, but fury filled eyes was like looking into the eyes of the devil himself. Combined that with each other, the twins were like the antichrist given form in the shape of 6'2” sharped tooth mermen. Your mates made quick work of the group, growling insults and promising them that they're being much more merciful than they deserved.

After the whole ordeal, you find yourself being accompanied by Floyd draping his arm around your shoulders as you finish your task. Jade walked off, letting you know that he needed to make sure he reported back the students' behavior to their housewardens. Omitting their latest “scuffle” of course. They should consider themselves lucky that they only walked away with bruised ribs, black eyes, and only one hand and nose were broken! They really went easy!

Everyone knows not to mess with you after that. Everyone should know how protective nonhumans get over their humans, especially moray eels. The sharp teeth aren't for show, you know.

•Floyd will just smile at you and ask you what's the matter with that since he genuinely doesn't know what's wrong your scars, cause either way, you're still shrimpy! (Or a different nickname if you'd like)

•If someone ever made you feel insecure, you bet your ass that Floyd would not hesitate to get aggressive and get into a fight with the person who made you feel like that! (You're going to have to stop him if you don't want to cause a scene.)

•Seriously Floyd will not hesitate to throw hands if someone ever made you feel insecure!

•This dude is a war veteran okay? So he is bound to have some scars as well!

•Lilia will try to make you feel more comfortable with yourself with your scars since he thinks it's beautiful either way and he doesn't judge since he does have some of his own as well.

•He tells you that there is nothing wrong with your scars and that you should feel more proud of them! Of course he'll still understand if you're still insecure about them.

•If someone ever mentions about your scars in a bad way, he'll creep up on them and scare the living shit out of them and watch them scurry away while having an innocent face and pretending he doesn't know what he did wrong. (He knows what he did and he has no remorse.)

•If you'd want, he can show you some of the scars he has and he'll have such a smug face when you look at them in awe.

•By the way, when you first showed Lilia your scars he felt very proud since you were very very insecure about them and you were worried he would judge you for them. But don't worry, he'll never judge you because of it!

•Btw Lilia would most likely make you try out his totally non-poisonous food to make you feel better whilst you just decline and laugh nervously... (The Diasomnia dorm will pray for you if you ever eat it.)

•Leona already has a scar of his own okay? He doesn't care if you have scars or not since he has one of his own.

•If you're a women, he will respect you since women in his location are really well respected since they're the ones fighting most of the time!

•And even if you aren't a women he could care less about it.

•But Leona does know how it feels to be insecure of scars since he has one and it's pretty visible, he may not show it very good but he really does care for you a lot!

•He'll try to make you forget about your scars in someway or another since he doesn't like seeing you sad and really wants to make you feel better!

•If someone made you feel bad about your legs because of your scars; he will not hesitate to fight them, but if you don't want him to then he'll just drag you away to somewhere else and take a nap with you. (It's one of his solutions to make you feel better okay.)

•Leona may come of as someone who doesn't care but he really wants you to feel better about your scars and wants to make you feel proud of them! But he knows that it will take time, but he is willing to support you. (Even if it looks like he doesn't care and would grumble, he does care.)

•Whenever you feel insecure about your legs, he'll just drag you and make you tap a nap with him just so you could forget about it and just nap with him!

•You know, Leona still thinks you're beautiful even if you think otherwise just because of your scars. He really does! And he'll make sure no one messes with you as long as he's around.

•But overall, Leona will try to make you feel better by napping, and he really cares and he thinks you're more fierce with your scars!

Warnings: None really but maybe cursing

You were scared, terrified. Both Mrs. Leech and Mr. Leech was taking you by the arm on both sides and carrying you away throughout the mall.

They were buying you clothes, new shoes, jewelry even. WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THIS MONEY. You already knew Floyd and his family were basically in the fish mafia and you knew the money they are spending on you is probably obtained illegally.

This made you scared, because the moment they buy you stuff with that money now you’re officially in their gang. You’re dead, if the cops are arresting them you’re most likely gone with them. Is this a threat? Maybe.

You were at a cafe with both of the parents staring at you as you took a sip of the hot chocolate in front of you. This is extremely intimidating.

They’re both giving you the famous leech smile you’re familiar with from their antichrist of sons.

You offer an awkward smile, awkwardly let out a laugh.

“Sooooo, how are you both?” You let out a small laugh trying to break the silence.

“Darling, aren’t they just adorable?! Howd our son land such a cute darling fishie?!” Miss leech yelled clenching her fist clearly trying to control herself from squeezing you to death.

“Our son must have blackmailed the poor unfortunate soul.” Mr leech giggled in amusement.

“Aha” You fake laughed.

“You know when Floyd was still a tiny eel he used to steal human food and bring it to the ocean only for it to be ruined and soggy?!” His mother said, laughing uncontrollably.

“Yes I do recall how sad he was eating the cold and soggy, he tried it once from land that a human put down next to the ocean as a sacrifice.” He laughed uncontrollably.

You also started to begin to laugh as they told you the most embarrassing stories about your boyfriend.

Floyd was upset, the people who created and raised him took his one true love Shrimpy. And he was abandoned in the school prison.

Azul ended up going there to laugh at Floyd and Jade then paid the money after realizing who’s gonna give him free labor-

He found out through a rumor and from over hearing Trey laugh about it with Riddle who was honestly waiting for this day to come.

As soon as Floyd and Jade got out. Oh boy all hell was gonna break loose Floyd was gonna find his Shrimpy.

While you were laughing with his parents you got this horrible chill down your spine like something bad was gonna happen. And immediate panic set it- Oh shit.

“SHRIMPY-“ A familiar dramatic voice cried out from the doors of the cafe you were sitting at with his parents.

‘Oh god no.’

He immediately spotted you and like an abnormal Titan started running to you. You got up and was about to run away till he threw his big body on you and tacked you to the table.

You couldn’t breathe.

“Oh Shrimpy how I missed you so much- you have no idea how they treated us there. It was horrible.”

“Floyd it wasn’t that bad haha.” A similar amused voice said behind him Jade clearly amused.

Summary: Your favorite had embarrassingly made a mistake in potionology class, which ultimately resulted in them turning into a cat! They hunt you down to care for them, escaping their usual routine for the day.

- The first and last(not) time he’ll ever be your study partner.

- You had accidentally put in cats fur instead of moose fur, how you mistaken the two? we’ll never know.

-He turned into a persian cat by the way, long fluffy fur.

- But he definitely made it YOUR problem. Following you around with a loud meow whenever he didn’t get the attention he wanted, sneaking INTO your bag and leaving cat fur on literally everything, and went out of his way to flick his tail under your nose while you ate your lunch.

-You practically breathed Azul that day, and there was no escape, not since now he could track you down himself with that new nose of his.

-The only time he ever left was to go check on Mostro Lounge, he is a busy man after all! But the twins brought him right back to you, claiming they couldn’t understand his chattering and meowing (they didn’t care*)

- Mischievous but less destructive.

- Literally nobody knows how it happened, nobody. But what you do know is that he showed up at your door and KICKED the bottom of the door till you answered

-you know those videos of the cats kicking with their hind legs as a way to knock? yeah thats him

- it was so loud too, like it genuinely scared you so bad you didn’t even wanna open the door.

-just for this long, tall, and lanky siamese cat to walk right in like he paid bills, looking back at you and meowing as if to ask “are you coming?” before he continued further into your space.

-He enjoys sitting on your desk, watching you continue your routine and occasionally including him in it.

-If you wear makeup, he’ll maybe let you pretend to put it on him using an old makeup brush. Will paw at your hand to get you to do it again, purring and closing his eyes for the “eyeshadow”

-such a sweetheart (when he isn’t scratching the hell outta your furniture and hiding your shoes/socks)

-Suddenly your new cat friend left, and the knock at your door was Jade as his normal self pretending that nothing had happened.

-Still pretends to have no idea what you’re talking about when you speak of the cat that never returned.

Floyd Leech

- By far the hardest to care for and watch, dare I say worse than ace.

- Floyd wasn’t really at fault for the incident, but i wont say he was completely a victim either. He was so irritated until he saw you, suddenly not so hissy anymore.

-This boy immediate went with you wherever you went, and did not care about whatever Azul had planned that day. I mean, he needs time with his favorite shrimpy doesn’t he?

- He likes to slap you if he sees you asleep or focused on anything but him.

- Also likes to sit on your laptop while you’re using it, as well as anything you’re writing on.

- Sometimes he’ll knock a glass or two off the shelves, tables, and counters. Or maybe even scratch up your sofa in a spot you’ll only ever notice weeks later.

- don’t try bathing him, he’ll despise you the rest of the day. To him, having heavy wet fur is just not enjoyable, actually he hates it(ironically x2).

-and oh you thought his mood swings would stop as a cat??? Oh no baby it gets worse

-one minute he’s rubbing his face against your arm, the next he’s turning around and biting it.

- Him turning back wasn’t really anything special, but he wasn’t to fond of his little “day off” being taken out of his paycheck

'I'll stay for decades just to see you everyday. You've ruined me. You've engraved yourself into my heart, and now my stupid heart yearns for your presence everyday. You should face the consequences of your actions.

Leona puts the note into an envelope, sealing it and uses tape to put it on a small box. Today was just like any other day, where he was skipping classes- again. But this time was not napping, but was secretly preparing a present for the Ramshackle prefect. Inside the box, was a small but sharp custom made pocket dagger with (eye color) details. The envelope was black, and contained his short but sweet note and pressed flowers.

Leona Kingscholar was a man who liked taking naps, so he was almost, if not- always at his favorite napping spot, the botanical garden. Y/n passed by everyday, to either stop to pick some flowers or to chat with a student, you'd never go a day without going to the garden.

So it was inevitable that you and the beastman would enounter. Whether it was some back and forth banter or some random topic, he expected to be able to see your face everyday. He started staring at you whenever you would pass by, and commanded the sacanaclaw students to treat you nice and with respect. Soon, it became too much for him to ignore.

He had fallen in love, and it's all your fault.

Leona closes his eyes, imagining your warmth hugging him, and his face warms up.

"Damn you, herbivore."

Floyd was known for being seen as scary or intimidating- when really he just had alot of mood swings. It used to be lonely, but now didn't care.

However, Floyd leech found himself falling in love with a Shrimp who was just so...understanding?

You were one of the few people stayed with him no matter what.

The way you always listened to how he was feeling, and that you wouldn't give up trying to understand his feelings, the way that you would hug him and make him blush whenever you cheered him on. Th e way that you would make a witty remark back at him whenever you two were in a bickering type of mood. He loves you so much, it wasn't hard to see.

"Floyd, do you have a crush on the prefect?" Jade asked after Floyd just told him in detàil what you didn't and did like on pizza.

Floyd smiled widely, a faint blush reaching his cheeks. "Maybe."

"You don't want to scare them, maybe try sending them anonymous gifts slowly confessing your love so it's easier." Jade suggested one day, when Floyd was complaining about how hard it was not being able to confess his love without making it weird.

Floyd's face brightened at the idea, thanking his brother before excitedly making your gift.

The box was black, and covered in all kinds of stickers and was tied together with a messy teal ribbon. Inside, was a pair of gloves he decorated (with the help of jade and azul) and 3 packs of sea themed stickers.

Proud of his work, Floyd almost gave it to you in person before Jade stopping him and reminding him,

"Floyd you can't give it to them in person, it's supposed to be anonymous."

He isn’t sure what you’re doing, but he does it back. He thinks maybe it’s a new magicam prank and he wants to seem cool. If you do it to him repeatedly, he’ll probably just laugh at you over time

Deuce:

“Oh? Do you want a hug?” Immediately you are being hugged. If this was your goal, great! If not…oops? If you do it to him repeatedly, he will continue offering you hugs

Trey:

Stares at you before looking away. He pretends not to see it. If you do it repeatedly, you will eventually get him asking what you’re doing. He will not understand and will make no attempt to understand

“Stop that. What are you doing? This is unseemly, I demand you stop at once.” He doesn’t like it, he doesn’t know what it is, he just knows that it’s improper. He’s making headway in being lax but he will absolutely not tolerate this kind of silliness. If you do it repeatedly, you will get collared.

Leona:

He doesn’t really pay any attention to you doing it. If you do it repeatedly, you may get varying reactions from being ignored, laughed at, or picked up from under the armpits and carried around. Depends on if you’re interrupting something or not

Ruggie:

He understands and does it back immediately. If you do it repeatedly, you might get him to do it back but it’s honestly a 50/50 chance because he might be busy

Jack:

Doesn’t understand, also thinks you want a hug. Doesn’t ask, just ushers you into his arms. If you do it repeatedly, he may or may not notice as a whole? But he will silently offer you a hug.

Azul:

Hates this. Stop making yourself bigger, it’s threatening. He won’t do it back, but he does feel the urge to. Probably tells you to knock it off. If you keep doing it, he’ll probably just sigh and ignore it

Jade:

Unsure what this means. He’s not sure if you’re being silly, wanting a hug, or trying to start a fight. Probably just looks at you with his “you’re so stupid, this is adorable” face and continues working. If you keep doing it, he will eventually figure out what you want, but won’t indulge in it just to annoy you

Floyd:

Every time you do this, you are asking to be manhandled by Floyd. He might squeeze you (nicely?) or pick you up and carry you around, or he might do it back. If he’s in a bad mood, he will glare at you and tell you to scram.

Kalim:

He thinks what you’re doing looks fun and immediately joins. You now have a partner in crime, because Kalim starts doing it to you, to Jamil, to other people. He’s a menace. You have no option but to do it repeatedly

Jamil:

He hates this and wants it to stop but won’t say anything. If you do it repeatedly, he might begrudgingly do it back exactly once. You have to gang up with Kalim to do that though

Vil:

“Stop. You look stupid.” Another person who isn’t a fan and wants you to please not. If you do it repeatedly, he will literally just corner you against a wall and try out one of his old villain monologues to see if it’ll scare the piss out of you. You won’t do this repeatedly

Rook

“Excellent form! Beautè! Bravo!” He’s a fan of you doing this. Probably won’t do it back, but he will support you doing it. If you do it repeatedly, he might join you once when you’re doing it to someone other than him

Epel:

Does it back, no questions asked. Will continue your conversation completely normally, all while posed the same way as you. If you do this repeatedly, he might end up doing this specifically to piss off Vil

Idia:

Will do it back, so long as you’re alone with him. If you do it in front of someone (like at board game club or something) he’ll just flush and try and hide in his jacket. Unless it’s exclusively with Azul, which he will gladly do it with you so he can watch the octopus loose his shit. If you do it repeatedly, he will begin amping it up slowly by turning on kazoo covers of meme songs.

Ortho:

Doesn’t know what you’re doing, but Idia does it too so he’s joining. In your antics with the shroud brothers, at some point you will recreate this meme. Idia uses it as a react image on discord

Malleus:

Doesn’t understand, will never understand, but dragons do something similar when either starting a fight or attracting a mate. He’s both flattered and offended, and will do it back exclusively to see how you react. When you smile at him, he starts thinking you’re dating. If you do this repeatedly, he might ask you to meet his parents.

Lilia:

His response is to t-pose. He’s seen the youth stuff he’s hip with the kids. If you do this repeatedly, he will literally follow you around t-posing. You will end up birthing two memes at nrc

Silver:

He’s not paying any attention, he’s half asleep and annoyed. If you do it repeatedly, he will probably eventually ask you what you’re doing. Might do it back, but only when you’re alone (he will show up to your dorm, do this pose in the doorway, then wordlessly leave)

Sebek:

He gets angry and starts yelling at you about the indecency. Reaction very similar to Riddle, except Riddle had the authority and power to fuck with you while Sebek is just annoying. When he finds out that Malleus is happy with this, he will stop yelling at you but will still quietly hate it

♡ when it's your turn, you can feel azul looking at you even when you can't turn around and check it. you know that he's just as nervous as you. you can hear jade and floyd teasing him about how he looks even more anxious than you and you try really hard not to laugh. you take a deep breath and let the dark mirror make its decision. when it finally announces that you are now an octavinelle student, you immediately turn to azul and show him your brightest smile. it takes some time for azul to process what just happened, but when he realizes that now his beloved and precious girlfriend will be in the same dorm as him, he can't help but smile too.

♡ when you're finally sorted into octavinelle, you forget about all your worries and run to jade, giving him the tightest hug that you could possibly give. you're just so happy, you hope that jade is just as happy as you. his face expression stays the same, but he hugs you back and you know that he's happy to welcome you into his dorm. ah, you should take your revenge, by the way. you kiss him right on the lips, not caring what others might think. congratulations, you've managed to surprise even someone like jade. it's not like he's against this though. floyd whines and says that you two will never stop being this gross now that you two are in the same dorm.

♡ it's your dorm sorting ceremony, wow!! you really hope that the dark mirror will sort you into octavinelle, you want to be in the same dorm as your boyfriend so much.. also you're just afraid that floyd will break the dark mirror for sorting his girlfriend into a different dorm or something. you've already noticed him staring at it for quite a while. is he already planning something? you wonder if floyd can feel how nervous you are right now. what would he say to you in this situation? probably something like "you're gonna be fine, shrimpy, don't worry~"

♡ when it's your turn to be sorted, you turn around and see floyd looking right at you. when he notices you looking back at him, he smiles and it's very hard for him to control his excitement. his girlfriend is finally getting sorted!! it better be octavinelle. you walk to the dark mirror and pray that floyd doesn't get too sad or disappointed. of course, you know that you will still see each other often even if you get sent to a different dorm, but still, it would be so nice to see and talk to floyd anytime you want. you're sure he feels the same way.

♡ .. you're an octavinelle student now! you can exhale now. before you even do or say anything, floyd runs up to you and hugs you, making you both fall on the ground. you know that you should get up, you're not the last student to be sorted, but it feels so nice to just lie in floyd's arms like this. even if you two are lying on the floor right now and crowley is telling you to get up. come on, can't you get at least one cute moment with your boyfriend? oh well, now you know that your life in nrc will be full of cute moments like that.

he offered to take care of you if you sign a contract

remembering your former deals you crumpled it up and threw it as his face

sadly it did not make him leave

but he did make you a very nice soup, I mean as nice as food can be on your budget and with Grim trying to eat all of the raw materials

he even offered to help you with your homework and classes that you missed

you were wondering if you somehow managed to sign the contract or he talked Grim to sign in your name

he said he helped you for free from the kindness of his heart

your pretty sure he somehow found something were he can blackmail you into a contract

Jade

you do not know how he found out and are to scared to ask

he tried to take the advantage of you being sick to make you test new mushroom recipes

you are pretty sure the majority of them were poisonous and that he knew they were

you do not trust him at all

he also did not leave you alone, like at all

you always felt watched

it was a very uncomfortable time for you

you also saw him try to intimidate Grim

or force him into a contract which honestly would be the same thing

he also tried to feed Grim the poisoned food

Grim obviously ate it but nothing bad happened

you are very glad when this menace leaves

Floyd

either Jade wanted to torture you or Floyd was really bored or maybe it was just an unhealthy mixture of both

he will make your life hell and it wasn´t even on purpose

he got bored but instead of leaving he just decided to fuck with you

because making fun of a sick person was just really entertaining for him apparently

for example he dragged you to the Mostro Lounge and threw you into the tank

if he wasn´t so freakishly tall you would have tried to strangle him

he also made fun of you for not being able to swim so well

and he tried to drown you multiple times…

you were so glad when he saw Riddle and decided to torture him next

your definitely planning for payback as soon as you're better

Scarabia

Kalim

he sneaked over there despite Jamil telling him no because he doesn´t want to care for two sick people

Kalim, like always, ignored Jamil´s warnings

his first thought was to throw a get well soon party, you were very lucky he didn´t go through with it

but he did bring you some food Jamil made

sadly not food that someone who is sick should eat, he also tried to make soup

it ended okay at least, it could have ended worse

he also tried to remodel your Dorm but you quickly put a stop to it

you wished he didn´t come over

not because he sucked or anything

but he was just to hyper for a sick person to handle and he didn´t let you sleep

Jamil

you actually feel bad that he went to look after you, considering he always has to babysit Kalim

he wasn´t that annoyed at least, I mean he was being snarky and blunt so in short just himself

he took advantage of the fact that he´s alone with you to complain about Kalim and anything else

he even took you down in the kitchen so he can keep talking while he was cooking

you never thought he would talk that much

guess there is a first for everything

he also took no pity on you when both of you played games

just like with talking he didn´t hold back

you stood no chance against him...

While getting your broom, you shuffled music from the popular children's cartoon movie company Gisnep (please tell me you know what I'm talking about).

When Beauty and the Beast came on, you couldn't help from singing along.

You swayed to the music, twirling your broom around in a mock waltz.

Lilia, who was just checking up on you, appeared right behind you, intending to spook you.

While his scare attempt was a failure, he was pleasantly surprised to hear your singing.

It honestly wouldn't matter at all to him if you were tone-deaf or a musical theatre major because he was in love with your singing.

It was terribly endearing to hear you caught off guard in such a way.

You didn't even notice he was there until you spun your broom around at the chorus, screaming in fright when your boyfriend was hovering right next to you

You couldn't help from swaying with the beat, completely unaware that Jade had entered the room and was leaning on the counter, watching you fondly.

When it got to the chorus, you began to sing the words, dancing to the music.

You spotted Jade out of the corner of your eye and immediately stiffened.

You straightened your clothes and cleared your throat as he raised an eyebrow at you.

"Jade."

"Y/N."

You fixed your eyes on the floor in front of you, only seeing the black dress shoes that stopped in front of you.

Jade put a finger under your chin and lifted it to look at him.

You felt heat rise on your neck as Jade stared you down with a playful smirk.

"If I asked ever so nicely, would you sing for me again, my darling?"

You were doing your homework in an empty classroom, since Ramshackle was too noisy to concentrate with Grim constantly making a ruckus.

You put your earbuds in and tapped your pencil along to the beat of the song.

When Poor Unfortunate Souls came in, you smiled and began to sing along.

You assumed that no one would be there that late after class had ended, but you were obviously wrong.

Azul heard your voice from down the hall and peered into the classroom.

He smiled to himself when he saw you dramatically singing along to a song he couldn't hear.

You danced around a little before noticing the boy standing in the doorway.

When you spotted him, you pulled out your earbuds and cleared your throat in embarrassment.

He too was lost in thought and became flushed at the sudden confrontation.

You both stood there in awkward silence, neither wanting to comment.

"Sorry you had to witness my horrible singing."

"My only regret is not hearing more of it."

Your skin heated up at the compliment and Azul turned bright red.

"I'm sorry, was that too forward of me?"

He chuckled and smiled lovingly at you.

Over the holidays, most NRC students went to visit their family or friends.

You, however, had no family nor friends that did not reside inside the college.

So, you were stuck walking the halls of the lonely and unnervingly quiet castle for your entire winter break.

You put earbuds in as you strolled through the deserted courtyard.

It was chilly enough to warrant a jacket but not enough for discomfort.

You hummed along to Part of Your World, finding the lyrics had a sort of cruel irony in relation to your current situation.

Looking around to make sure no one would appear, you started singing.

You spun around aimlessly on the pavement, closing your eyes and singing lazily to the tune.

When you bumped into somebody, your eyes snapped open and you jumped back upon seeing Floyd's signature unsettling grin.

"That was awful cute, Shrimpy."

You huffed in embarrassment and looked to the side, avoiding Floyd's pointed stare.

"What are you doing here? I though everyone had gone home."

"Nah. Our family decided to go on a last minute trip to the Land of Dawning so me and Jade are stuck here. Anyways, you were singing."

You chuckled awkwardly and looked away again.

"So I was."

"Keep doing it."

You glared at him playfully.

"You know that I'm mortified and you want me to keep doing it?"

"Exactly! So glad we're on the same page!"

"I'm not even good at singing."

Floyd pouted and wrapped his arms around you, giggling when you buried your face in his neck.

"But I want to hear you. Everything that comes out of your mouth is pretty anyway."

You were doing tasks for Crowley because of something stupid Grim did yet again.

As you sanitized the cafeteria tables, you looked around and, realizing no one was around, you started playing music on your phone, not bothering with headphones since nobody would hear anyway.

When Once Upon A Dream started playing, you giggled and twirled around, adoring the nostalgic royal feel of the song.

You sang to the lyrics, dancing the steps you remembered from the movie.

You spun yourself around, pretending there was someone there to spin you.

As you danced with the imaginary prince, you were startled when very real hands clasped around yours, leading you in the dance (it's a specific Sleeping Beauty scene, reference at the end).

You spun around to see Malleus, smiling softly at you.

He bowed curtly and extended his hand to you.

"May I have this dance, my dear?"

You weren't sure whether the heat on your face was from the embarrassment or from how flustered you were.

Pretty crazy pairing if you ask me, I wouldn't be surprised if Azul is naturally intimidated by you. When it comes to your merman/maid/may form you are logically a lot bigger in size, octopuses and squids are ideal preys for sharks.

Azul will be scared most of the time but it doesn't mean he doesn't like you, in truth, I would imagine you two met around the same time he became friends with Floyd and Jade leech.

And because of your predatory nature, it would scare his bullies away as you are known to be one of the most dangerous fish species when it came to other fishes.

[Not humans, sharks are harmless if unbothered by humans]

Oh ! and ocean fact :

Sharks are cartilaginous fish with a torpedo-shaped body that can weigh up to 2,400lbs, while octopuses are cephalopods with eight appendages protruding from their heads that rarely weigh over 150lbs.

So yes, this proves you are a lot bigger and physically capable than him. And let's not ignore those sharp teeth of yours my goodness you could rip someone's head off under a minute !

Another reason for him to intimidated, Sharks usually eat octopuses by biting them once they've latched onto them with their powerful jaws.

And no, this is not a kink but an absolute phobia.

Don't go and try to bite him while you fuck because he will turn completely white.

Floyd Leech

you two truly are the terrors of the seas, scaring absolutely everyone to death. In fact, moray eel bites are infamously painful and can cause extensive bleeding. And your bite which could skyrocket close to 4,000 pounds of bone-crushing force.

But when compared, floyd is a lot physically weaker than you. You are one of his known predators after all, but your terrifying reputation is exactly what makes you special to him.

It would be a huge underestimation if he called you a shrimp.

Again, jade is also physically weaker than you. You may not be as long but you sure are huge in size.

Did I tell you that as a shark you have not one but two rows of teeth, no ? I didn't ?

Jade isn't intimidated the least as he is simply curious about how strong you truly are. One time, both of you decided to take a swim in his hometown once, and as you were strolling around.

You spotted a couple of mermaids who were a slight bit older than you bullying another young mermaid. Feeling furious about it, you stopped and swam up to the group.

Jade didn't react but right when he turned his eyes to look at you, He saw one hell of a fight.

It had only bit a couple seconds and you were already chewing down their fins the most violent and disrespectful way possible and slapping them with your tail.

Scaring the entire group away as you turned your attention to the young mermaid. Of course, the child was terrified by your actions but once you asked if they were okay or if they needed help in any way. It relaxed a bit, still feeling bad for showing such atrocities in front of the kid.

You volunteered to give them a ride back home, moving your back fin around as a signal.

Jade swam towards you and chuckled as the young mermaid laughed when you swung it around gently.

After bringing them home when they told you the directions, he promises to remember that event for a long time.

A shark who played the bad guy to be a hero.

The mocking coo of the eel was the only real warning Syn got before they found themself plucked up between Floyd's thumb and index finger, instinctively clutching on while their legs kicked slightly. Raised up to the eels dumb, smug expression, they felt their surprise give way to dismay.

"God DAMNIT," Syn groaned in exasperation. Given the spirit of Halloween, they expected that their parade of predators would each definitely try something, but they hadn't really expected it so soon from the candy that they'd been given from a lot of the other students.

They didn't even take any candy from Azul or the twins, how the hell did the contaminated lollipop get into everything?!

"Aw, don't be such a stickler, Shrimpy~," Floyd's pleased smile didn't falter. With his other hand, he grabbed a hard candy that looked like it was cherry and managed to unwrap it without needing the hand holding them. He popped it into his mouth and CRUNCHED into it, saying, "You got a trick, and I get a treat! How lucky.~"

Syn gave a grimace at the shattering crunchy sound the candy made as it was crushed between his shark-like teeth, ignoring the mostly dulled fear of ending up like it with the knowledge that he wouldn't actually bite down on them from the multitude of times they'd ended up in his jaws. There was still the innate fear, but by this point they were more scared of the height they were always dangled at than being eaten.

“Luck had nothing to do with it, and you know it, asshole,” they snapped, certain that one of the twins would blab about how they were tricked and call Syn dumb for not noticing something.They yelped as Floyd just laughed at their expense and popped them in his jaws. Apparently, for better or for worse, today he felt like getting right to the point instead of teasing them.

As they were tasted, they couldn’t help but wonder how many of their predatory ‘friends’ would try things, having a feeling that this was going to be a long Halloween.

Malleus is a really toned down guy who’s willing to go with the flow he wont be too much for you to handle

Upon meeting you and being faced with your colder aura, cant say he’s really phased. With silver coming off in a similar way you wont deter him.

His generally frightening and strong air might not leave you wanting to open up but he probs wont notice and come back to you anyways

Coming back to you over and over again he’ll get more and more friendly. The imposing air around him starts to clear and you start seeing him as sort of an oddball

Hes so intimidating yet so tame maybe you can trust him?

Hes lonely. He doesnt realize it but he is so hes always coming to you he wants to spend all his free time with you just to have you there so he wont be lonely. This feeling is so foreign to him but its like a weight has been lifted from his chest

Itll make him even happier if youre the one initiating quality time. It makes him feel like hes wanted

Physical touch too!

He could be lost in thought worried about you one day finding yourself afraid of him only to be met with you holding him having all his worries vanish

Showing you being vulnerable around him is the highest amount of trust he feels he could have gained

Sleeping with him hell probably hold you while hes still awake thinking about the difference between when you first met and now

You were so closed off, you’d hardly ever respond to him but now look, he always has you by his side, your so warm and kind to him, you trust him enough to be completely helpless around him leaving him to protect you in your vulnerable state.

Honestly 1) he just wants to hold you and 2) he knows about your anxiety and needs to make sure you’re okay you could say hes doing it more for his peace of mind than his for yours

Having anxiety or just feeling really insecure? Hell cancel everything hell make someone else do it if he has to

Hes overly cautious of you because your human

Hell hold you on his lap and let you talk if thats what you need otherwise hell just hold you close to your chest and let you breathe, drawing circles in your back, humming and playing with your hair he wants you to focus on him, you and him are all that matter right now and your all that matter to him.

He really appreciates that you can cook, he wants you to cook for him so you can yk, save him!

The first time he does though its just like he snaps, hes so mad, more mad than youve ever seen him

After whats done is done hell apologize for acting without your permission and say things like “Im sorry, you shouldnt have seen that!”

On his hands and knees bro dont leave him!

The next time something happens hell tell you to leave because he doesnt want you seeing but he cant just let them get away with creeping on you!

Deuce might not have a way with words but he tries, so when youre feeling down about yourself or anxious hell take you for a ride

It makes sense that hed only have one helmet so assuming that you dont have one hell insist you wear his along with his hacket so you do t get hurt and make you promise to hold on tight to him

Hell take you to his secret spot and sot you down and let you let it all out “Im sorry, I didnt know what to say so i just thought id help you run away for a bit” hell listen to you for sure

Hes a bit of a romantic so i see him smiling as he watches you get ready in the morning, watching you put on mascara as he makes the eyes at you

If you turn to face him hell look away though that wont change

He loves how gentle you are sometimes it makes him feel that youre delicate, like if hes too rough hell break you and you might run away
