So, I just finished watching Mark's 4 hour, 21 minute, and 21 second emotional, hilarious, and beautiful rollercoaster of a game, Hearts and Hero's. I won't go too into detail about the game, because I don't want to spoil anything, but I did take two screen shots. The first one is Mark at the beginning of the video, and the second is of him at the end. I think both photos sum up the entirety of the game, and how appreciative Mark is of everything. How proud he is of all of us. I mean, he did such a teary job at the end of explaining himself, but I just think its so amazing how much he really does love all of us. Watching YouTubers, Mark, Sean, Felix, Ethan, Wade, Bob, everyone... Its so grounding, and so amazing to see how much they really all do care for us, and really appreciate all of us. To see how much we matter. To see that, while we might think we only have small parts to play, that it really does have a huge impact on them. And on the community. We all love each other, we all do, and I'm never really that good at putting my thoughts down, but just watching and seeing the affect that the people we admire, the people we love, the youtubers we love, they love us too. And they're all so proud of us. To just go along for the ride is enough, but, I can only speak for myself but I'm sure I'm not the only one, getting thrown straight into the fire with my community and the guys that I look up to, that believe in me, is so much more amazing than I could have ever hoped. I love my community. I love all of you. And I love my YouTube guys. Thanks for reading of you stuck around this long, I was probably all over the place but Tl;Dr Thank you all for loving, supporting, and being there. I'm glad to be apart of this community. We are awesome.

@musiccityyogafest was exactly what I needed today after a very long Valentine's Day of working hard. I saw so many beautiful people I haven't seen in a while, and I enjoyed the sunset at the after party. The best 6 Days of my Sports Life by meeting 2 Legends in Seattle Sports History & Sonics History in @gary.payton.20 & Coach Lenny Wilkins. Something that i never thought in my Wildest Dream that i would ever meet in person & truly admire & Respect in what they have done for the City we all Love, Our Community that we love & connect with one another (My Church’s Motto, “Connect With the People”) & become the Biggest advocates in Bringing our Sonics home where they truly belong. It’s no surprise that ALOT of Fans showed up especially the Die-Hard & Devoted Fans like myself. This just shows that our Love for the Sonics, The NBA & Basketball is still there (And will be there forever) and we will continue to fight for our Sonics to return home within the next couple of years. (I believe before 2024 VIA Expansion & get our History back) Awesome to finally meet my man @206empire who’s been covering this entire Saga since Day One & developed a Friendship because of it. Fireworks

As I was watching the firework show my small town community puts on every year, I realised that, as I was younger I would cover my ears the whole time. But now as i’m older I learned that the big “Boom” a firework makes is a Beautiful sound that makes me want to get up and dance. As I've said, I live in a small valley, that means on all sides of the town, there are big mountains. And when a Firework goes off the echo is HUGE. Which means you hear the amazing boom go off twice. Even as i’m writing this, i’m sitting outside listening to the all the fireworks go off. Where i’m from, this community of about 5-9 thousand people (all from different towns close, very close together) love every holiday and make it last longer than is needed, although I won’t get any sleep tonight due to all the “Booms” I will love every minute of it.

Behind the Noise

Rowdy, populous and simple – words that best describe what is like to be in our community. It may not be the best but we can be the best in our own ways. Smile flashes in our face but the difficulties in life were crept into our eyes. Just like any other typical barangay around Quezon City, most of the people in our community are facing a hard time on finding their peace of mind because most of the residents here are not aware that they sometimes distracting the tranquiity of their neighbors. Despite of the roaring sounds of community issues, the true essence of being one as a community will still be the loudest.

Rowdy. As you enter the gate, shouting voice of moms will welcome you. It usually happens in the morning, yelling, “Hoy, gumising ka na, tanghali na.” There you are, still in your pajamas, will have no choice but to buy yourself a piece of pandesal that you will dip in your hot chocolate drink. Afterwards, you are left alone in your house, meaning you are tasked to do the household chores while your mother is already having her morning chit-chat with kumares. Soon after, the crying noise of your younger siblings will echoed your house, saying, “sumbong kita sa kuya ko, sumbong kita sa ate ko, bayaran mo ‘yan.” Yes, that will be your morning theme song.

Populous. Outside the house, you will come across narrow streets. Narrow as you can imagine that only one person can pass through, also known as, ‘eskinita’. It is highly possible that it exists in our place, especially that our population is constantly growing. Growing population as the morning theme song will be high up in volume. Having siesta is not our thing. Kids are still scattered along the streets. Some are playing, some are having ‘kiddie fight’. So as their mothers, some are playing bingo, some are having a contest, which chismis is the most worthy. Nevertheless, the line, “uy mare, alam mo ba, yung anak ng kapitbahay mo, buntis na raw, nako iniwan pa ng tatay,” will be the most recently played in the playlist of chismis.

Simple. Now, grab a chair and observe. Look around and you will see the life we have in our barangay. You can clearly hear the rough noises caused by crowd. But when you look deeply, our houses, our surroundings and our living, shouting the one word we treasure to have. We may not have the expensive and extravagant design of houses, the well planted plants along our streets and the high-end life that others have, we still have the most simple living yet most of us wished to have.

We are deaf for the negative judgments of other people but we never cover our ears for our neighbors and fellow community members. We open our eyes wide enough to see each other’s conditions and never played innocent for the wrong things we have done. We willingly and open-heartedly support each other for the benefit of the majority. We use the noise we create to shout our music of unity that we are proudly to play for everyone to inspire and have their own version of being harmonious community just like ours.

Just a feel good moment!!! Back in late Spring 3 sheep on Cortes Island got out of there fenced in yard, they wonder the island aimlessly as many folks tried there best to save them. They were spotted at basically every corner of our Island. Honestly it was heartbreaking as we do have many predators. This week one of our amazing members of the community was able to save 2 of them and welcome them to her safe zone property where she will now care, love and adore them.
