I usually prefer bl (although they kind of share that really 🤪) but I personally never knew about all of this and I'm glad people are speaking up about it. Stereotypes are boring af

see, i would even maybe just make the distinction that blouies to me are a very specific group of people in this fandom who carry this title like it's a personality trait. the majority of them are louies who really don't care much (at all) for harry (plus your rare haddy blouies, who are basically het harries reading larry fic when they should just read y/n and call it a day i'm sorry to say) and have taken things beyond a fic preference.

but i've tried to be clear that i don't care about people having a preference for t/b, nor do i care if that preference is b!l. and i think that's the case for most people. but rewriting entire personalities and identities in order to do that AND insisting that it's reality is just not it.
