THEATRE FRIENDS CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT HOW FUCKING INCREDIBLE THIS IS???  For those of you that don’t know, Indecent is a beautiful, powerful, enthralling play about the Yiddish Play “God of Vengeance” which featured the FIRST KISS BETWEEN TWO FEMALES ON A BROADWAY STAGE and was SHUT DOWN opening night because of it!!!!

After the Tony’s (even though the director and lighting designer rightfully won), the hype for this play (and others nominated) died down and the show was set to close on Sunday. BUT due to the rise in ticket sales and support of the fans, the show is staying open TILL AUGUST. HOW FUCKING AWESOME IS THAT?? Having a show post a closing date and then stay open is UNHEARD OF!!!  Please if you have the chance/means, go see this show. It is so incredibly moving and stunning and I just can’t talk about it enough (and I’ve seen all other plays on bway this season). It’s staying open for a reason so GO SEE IT
