My game Approaches just reached 5k downloads on Itch. I'm really happy with how this game turned out and am glad so many people gave this short little horror game a chance. Quite a few people did get hung up on the "puzzle", though, heh

Spice? A lot of spice? Fast-paced, intense, chaotic, funny—SEXY! Amon and Ara.

We hope the demo gives you a better idea and gets you to know the characters better! For now, I hope this is helpful! 💜

Past, present, or future. What fate will the cards uncover?

After striking up conversation with a wandering terrifying mercenary in a remote tavern, he's agreed to travel together for a while before you go your separate ways. 

That separation is approaching soon.  To commemorate your final night together you suggest reading him his fortune; might be useful for the road ahead, right?

Except neither of you are particularly looking forward to saying goodbye..

as you can see, im very particular about the colors i pick for things...

for lore reasons, Rot and things associated with it are now pink (they were previously orange)

however this means that the fizzy blast, which was previously pink but has nothing to do with Rot, has to be a different color

it's now red-orange to reflect the fact that it deals damage... this color has been used previously to represent the same thing....

in these damage indicators that appear whenever something takes damage. very consistent, right?

some other instances you may have noticed:

hp is always this shade of highlighter yellow-green

while star points are always lavender

Let's just be clear that "massively unpredictable viral success making an ungodly amount of money" does not equal "realistic and attainable benchmark" for almost any other indie dev.
