Why is Target selling this 0.5 gallon "aquarium"?
Target is promoting harmful pet products and misleading consumers. The 0.5 gallon Nature's Aquaponic by Penn-Plax is not a "healthy environment" for betta fish.
There's no space for bettas to swim, nor is there room for a filter and heater. Toxins accumulate rapidly in the low water volume, but the marketing of this tank gives people the (wrong) impression that the plants alone will sufficiently filter the water.
Will Target discontinue its sale of under one gallon betta fish tanks?
Target currently lists four under one gallon tanks on its website (all by Penn-Plax): 0.5 gal Nature's Aquaponic, 0.7 gal 3-1 Betta kit, 0.7 gal SpongeBob kit, and 0.7 gal Finding Dory kit.
Bettas need 5+ gal, a filter, heater, and lots of environmental enrichment like plants and hiding spots.

Texas troopers are being asked to do "inhumane" things to stop migrants from crossing the border, a bombshell report released on Monday said.
ABC13's partners at the Houston Chronicle headlined the piece, "Texas Troopers told to push children into Rio Grande, and deny water to migrants."
The report, written by Benjamin Wermund, cites an email that an unnamed trooper sent to superiors, which reads, in part: "I believe we have stepped over a line into the inhumane."
The trooper also said that "traps" of razor wire-wrapped barrels have been deployed in the river in Eagle Pass to keep migrants from reaching land. [...]

If the UN, an international human rights organisation created to ensure international diplomacy and prevent crimes against humanity such as genocide and ethnic cleansing, has a 'bias' against a state it may well be because the state in question is violating human rights and carrying out crimes against humanity such as genocide and ethnic cleansing 😠😠😠

Research done about Area 51 and experiments for Rough Script in Brief
Area 51
Area 51 has been used for military purposes, pretty much from it’s very beginning and conception.
The area was developed shortly after WWII, because the US wanted to improve it’s weaponry and to have the best technology they could during the cold war against Russia.
One of its “Employees” said that there was secret Alien research going on around there, but this was later disproven and to be found as a lie.
Still, the mysteriousness of the area made tourists and Alien enthusiasts come to the area, to see if they can find out the truth – what is out there beyond our stars and sky.
There is still research being done there to this day, but the truth may not ever completely come out, always then leaving people wondering.
EXPERIMENTATION ON HUMANS
During WW11 the Nazi doctors experimented on humans in the concentration camps to increase “Human knowledge”. Most of these experiments caused disfigurement, disability and often death. They were also very cruel and inhumane
Also, to this day in North Korea, they do many human experimentation. One of these was given 50 healthy women some poisoned cabbage and they were all dead within 20 minutes.
In the USA near Savannah, Georgia and Avon Park, Florida, A group of researchers released a heap of infected mosquitoes from a base into the areas. Many people had still births, fevers, breathing problems and even death.
