I was not searching for this, but the bubble head pic pop out on my feed and now I know why so many of us think A has an uncanny valley look: she has overdone with the botox. The GQ pics where L looked like a hostage and all commented that her smile looked forced?? It was not the unease in her smile it was her muscles trying to strech a bit but failing... Her last post where she tried to serve face but failed?? So much effort to look like hundreds out there, only to have your SO's co-star looking much younger than you... There, I've said out loud the petty thought of lots of us, my pettiness is only show here in this space, but yeah, she's so young to have those procedures.
Idk about Botox, but I do believe she's had lip filler. You can tell the difference in her old posts to recent days.
No shade to anyone's appearance, though! I just wish we'd have had a chance to see more of her inner beauty & substance.

Life Lens - Entry 200
I’m really tired of ugly. And I don’t mean ugly in terms of physical appearance; I’m talking about the deeper ugliness that exists within people. It’s the ugly hearts that lack compassion and empathy, the ugly souls that thrive on negativity, and the ugly actions that inflict pain without remorse. This kind of ugliness can be far more damaging than any superficial flaws.
I’ve encountered so many…

Unmasking the Lure of Perfection
Society's Seductive Trap
In our world today, there's a relentless pursuit of perfection, heavily influenced by society's rigid standards. It's a world where women often resort to plastic surgery and makeup, not merely as expressions of personal style, but as a way to conform to societal expectations of beauty. They are driven by a deep-seated belief that these enhancements will make them more appealing, or perhaps correct perceived inadequacies instilled by societal norms.
Men are not immune to this phenomenon. The pursuit of wealth and material possessions often stems from the same root - a desire to be more appealing, to fit into a societal hierarchy that equates success with monetary wealth and luxurious belongings. This pursuit is not just about personal satisfaction but about gaining access to circles and opportunities otherwise out of reach.
But let's pause and ponder - who sets these standards? Why do these hierarchical systems exist at all? It's a clever strategy, really. When society convinces individuals that they need certain things to be accepted or successful, it becomes all too easy to manipulate their desires and actions. This pursuit of societal approval has turned into a lucrative commodity for those in control, and they spare no effort in maintaining this seductive, almost hypnotic hold over people.
We're living in a world ensnared by these illusions of perfection, trapped in a cycle that benefits a select few while the rest strive to fit into a mold that might not even align with their true selves. It's high time we question these norms and break free from this seductive trap. Let's redefine beauty and success on our own terms. After all, true freedom lies in living authentically, not in chasing shadows of societal approval.

How To Do Inner-work
I recently found this concept called inner-work and it interested me. So I decided that I wanted to give it a try. I made notes from various sources on how to do this and I wanted to share. I would also like to add that some of you should still go to therapy and this is not meant to replace that. Enjoy~
Definition: Inner-work is shaping your emotions, beliefs, and attitudes to create a healthier and happier version of yourself. Its about adjusting and correcting your mindset so that it helps you better facilitate your goals.
Steps to Take:
1 ~ Start with a clear goal
2 ~ Identify your mental blocks
Idea: Free writing can help you with this
3 ~ Create self-awareness and re-frame your thoughts
Idea: Create affirmations or mantras
4 ~ Work on inner-work consistently
Idea: Reading books, journaling, gentle exercise, enjoying nature, fasting, and meditating.
5 ~ Learn how to properly self-soothe
When Journaling: Ask yourself questions like who, what, when, where, why, and how?
Inner-work is an internal journey to explore our inner self to understand, to heal, and to finally transform it. Every person’s journey will be different so learn to appreciate your own knowing that it will help you become the woman you are meant to become.
- Find your triggers
- Observe without judgement
The emotional trigger is not the cause of our pain, our unresolved hurt is.
- Go to your pains
Be honest with yourself
Be ready to be vulnerable
Have self-love be the foundation
- Accept and forgive
You need to take a step away and accept it as is. You can not change the past but you can change the present.
Forgive yourself and others. Holding a grudge does not heal you but only makes the pain stay longer.
Address the changes in your life that needs to be made and make them.
Then let it go and do not open it again. Continuously revisiting the past and reopening old pain does not let you move on. Do not dwell on your past triggers and bad life experiences but work to move forward.
Why you do something is entirely more important then what to do~
