degrowth feels almost like the guilty consciouness of americans and europeans who have truly had it too good too long and you know it ehe but im sorry dude you cannot be fr telling the rest of the world to cut emissions or industrial activity when it barely fucking exists here while you reap the benefits of it all. when development has been cut short and actively prevented in so many places like my home so you mfs can have it easy and not have to compete w us for our own resources. degrowth is suicide for us and mass murder for you. you want degrowth so bad? kill yourself! just kill yourself. do your part or whatever and hopefully well do our part here attempting to make this shithole country better even if it costs us carbon emissions or whatever. as if we werent held back from it at every turn and as if every time weve tried america or canada or europe hasnt swept in to take everything weve produced for themselves.

I think from now on if I do YCH's I'm going to do it with a fat body just to force people to go through my gallery to see if I draw skinny body types because im tired of having to do the same to see if they can do anything other than jacked and anime waifu.

every time i hear anything art-related on tiktok, i immediately get really like... upset? annoyed? idk. unpleasant feeling because it's literally always "we're making fun of this child/beginner for their anatomy or how they color" or whatever else or pretending that an artists deserve to be treated like a piece of corporate media.
i know tiktok is literally the devil and hell incarnate, but i don't think any artist deserves to be targets of mass harassment especially not people who are just starting out (and even more especially not children).
if tiktok was a thing when i was younger and i was posting my art on there, i would never fucking draw ever again. my art career would've ended after a few months of drawing "seriously," and i really do mean it lol. call me sensitive or whatever, but a 13-15 year old does not need to hear whatever criticism you think they need to hear i promise.

have u ever tried giving al something like a fatter neck/double chin? it mite make his head and body look more cohesive if ur having issues with the scale of either :?
I have! I struggle with necks in general so idk how to give him a bigger one than he has now and still make it cohesive, my other issue is his hair often covers it (bc i promise i draw it thick before its covered...) and it otherwise isnt Clear that its thicker bc it gets covered up (and i wanna learn how to make it evident regardless instead of always having to put his hair out of the way ykwim)
Then with the bigger neck comes the same issue...either head too small on neck, head and neck look too small on his body which is also meant to be big, or they overpower his body... This all applies to his cow form too t_t
He's big all around when usually with character design you have to pick what parts to emphasize, so he has been and is going to continue to be a challenge to chip away at for a long while i feel!

was listening to this 1 hr analysis on all the hades 2 character designs and its so funny how absolutely op’s voice was so clearly enamoured and screaming and crying and shaking when describing how aphrodite looks even more naked and alluring with the additional minimal suit of armor, and if that doesnt describe the whole hades 1/2 experience idk what does
