sometimes i wish i never became either a bayern fan or a dortmund fan. bc like,,, for the most part being a fan of them Both is the shittiest part of my tumblr life

idk i just. dont deal with conflict well. and ive always responded rly horribly to ppl (validly) criticizing things i like. and the way ppl talk abt the rival team sometimes gets too much for me i guess

and i know that i signed up for this by liking them both and actively following ppl who post abt their faves but. i cant rly help how sensitive i am to this kinda thing, in the same way that ofc these ppl cant help their own opinions and are absolutely entitled to post abt those on their own blogs. AND I DONT BLAME THEM OFC!!!! like. this is rly just a me problem

but yeah i dunno i just hate seeing the negativity from both sides. to the point that it makes me wish i could go back in time and just fucking pick one to stan and full on hate the other. but in that case, i cant even pick one to keep????? because bvb is my first club and if it were about club loyalty then i’ll always love them first, but bayern gave me some of my best friends here and i wouldnt trade that for anything. like i think technically the best thing for my mental health would just be to unfollow all the people whose posts make me uncomf but i like those people!!! in every other context theyre my mutuals n friends n just rly great people!!!!!!! and i respect that they have loyalties different than mine. and god i think im just a mess lmao

so yeah idk i know this is totally my fault but well. just sucks i guess when half my dash is talking shit and the other half is getting super offended about it and i dont even know what to think anymore. ugh. realtalk btw that bvb vs bayern is my least favorite fixture of the season for this exact reason lol i try to avoid tumblr during n directly after that

tears streaming down y/n’s face as she hears these words. there’s not a better feeling in the world than knowing your boyfriend has just won his first ever formula 1 race.

Y/n is still in the garage as everyone is out there celebrating Lando’s win. Not wanting to get squished to death in all those team members.

Eventually Y/n does run out of the garage to celebrate with Lando, if he will even spot her in the swarm of people wearing papaya.

Lando spots Y/n and immediately runs over to her. “I WON!!!” He screams as he hugs Y/n and picks her up, spinning around. “YOU WON BABY!!!” “YOU WON” “MY BABY IS A RACE WINNER! IM SO PROUD OF YOU LAN” Lando let’s Y/n down as he cups her face, wiping the tears off her cheeks. “Don’t cry sweetheart, I WON” he laughs. “These are happy tears lan, don’t worry, the happiest.”

He pulls her in a kiss as his hands move to behind her neck and hers tangled up in his curls.

“so so so proud of you love” Y/n says in between kisses. “couldn’t have done it without you my love” Lando says as he pulls away and looks at her.”

“Okay now go, celebrate with your team, they’re waiting, go go go” she says as she motions for Lando to go celebrate with his team once again.

As Y/n goes back to the garage, an interviewer runs up to her.

“Y/n, hey, how are you feeling?” “Omg I feel so so so good, can’t be prouder of Lando” She says with a huge smile on her face, still stained from all the tears. “Yes we are all extremely proud of Lando, his first f1 win, he’s been working and waiting for this for years. Any idea of how you guys are gonna celebrate this?” The interviewer asks, throwing y/n off a little as she hasn’t even thought about what’s gonna happen after this.”

“Oh god, I haven’t even thought about it, I mean we’ll probably go out like we usually do after a good race. Gonna see how Lando feels, he must be tired after this, but yeah we’ll probably go out with the other drivers, get drunk and just have a good time.”

“Sounds fun, alright, see you later Y/n” The interviewer says as y/n goes back to the garage.

Remus and Reg are doing one of their favourite activities which is judging passerby's as potential dating options because Regulus is always whining about being lonely and hating seeing happy couples bc eww 🙄🙄[Remus is just as bad, only less vocal abt it.] When James walks in, Regulus is immediately VERY unsubtle about looking him up and down. Remus is now judging him bc "Mate you cant even see his face."

my stupid, messy, and long-winded thoughts on jake having a crush on drew

to get it out of the way LOL: CANONICALLY, jake doesn't have a crush on drew. obviously. BUT this is just me taking how jake acts and trying to answer the question "but what if he did haha" bc im delusional like that. that's also why this essay is a lot more casual than my other ones (not much shorter tho, SORRY ABT THAT). probably won't talk abt canon events as much (other than the drakeup), but still lmao

ME, PERSONALLY, i think that jake would develop a crush on drew probably around freshman year-ish. bc, as ive said before, drew was the first person to want to be jake's friend. im sure it meant a lot to jake, especially bc we can assume that it was drew who talked to/approached jake first!!

(and lol, if jake started crushing on daisy bc she was the first person encourage him in middle school, itd only be natural for him to develop a crush on drew after he defended him from bullies, bought him things, and in general was his first close friend???? jk LMAO, but the point still stands)

i think the way jake would go about his feelings... he simply wouldn't do anything about them... besides hide them away and act like they were never there. but then again, that shit wouldn't work out, bc those feelings are so engrained in him.

bc jake really cares about what drew thinks, which is why he kept quiet about his past and his passion. and the crush would definitely be a part of that. like it's smth jake would view as "bad", and he would think that it's just an additional reason for drew to drop him. that's why, i think, he'd never purposely act on his feelings or anything. maybe the occasional gay thing will slip out of his mouth when drew's not around to hear it, but nothing actually intentional?

jake hid his passion for music and his crush from drew so they would be able to stay friends. bc, to him, it was the only way that drew would ever "like him back", even if it wasn't romantically. (he's wrong ofc, bc drew has a massive boycrush on him. but jake doesn't know that)

basically, all of that basically means that the one thing jake didn't want is for drew to call him a freak/for drew to leave. it just sucks i guess, bc everything jake did to make that not happen... became the exact reasons why it did happen.

and if we're gonna talk abt canon some more... i think this crush would add to jakes internal conflict throughout the series. like yeah. jakes got the club and he can be his full self with them, but since drew is his first friend (who he developed feelings for!!!), he finds it hard to let him go. which is why he sort of tries to defend/excuse the jomies, up until ep7 ("they're still my friends ... they're not like that all the time.")

Idk he gives off Dave Strider vibes hahah like, idk if you know homestuck but yeah, Dave is like, the coolkid of their session/group, but he's also really insecure w a lot of stuff and as stuff progressed he realized how messed up everything was, especially w his bro and how he treated Dave

And not to say Drayton was mistreated, not in that way ofc, but y'know hahah

It's just the vibes y'know, he acts all laid back and cool, being one of the strongest trainers of their school and being trained by a Champion too, he has a lot going on. Tho it's also the fact that he's so shit when it comes to class, I wanna say academics really isn't his thing, and he's trying so so hard to understand his lessons, but no matter how hard he tries he just couldn't, so somewhere down the line he gave up, and became lazy when it comes to class

And sometimes it gets him y'know, sometimes during class hours while he's at the club room, his thoughts would often drift off to Iris. Iris struggled with classes too, he knew that, she struggled so much but she persisted, and she passed, while not with flying colours, she still passed her classes. Why can't he do the same?

And, y'know, it's his pride, he wants to ask Iris for help, but he also kinda,, resents her a bit now y'know. As the years went by, Iris became so so busy w Champion duties, especially w all the meetings w the Champions, sometimes Iris doesn't have the time to be home for dinner, and he misses her. Sometimes he gets jealous of the other Champions too, how Diantha and Lance and Cynthia are all so close w Iris, the former two treating her like their own daughter, while the latter treating her like her sister. And it sucks for him y'know. Why can she find the time to be w the other Champions but not w her actual family?

It got to the point that one time when he's talking abt Iris, while he still looks up to her, he'd have biting words too; talking to Florian and Nemona, and how sometimes they often forget to visit their home again w how busy they are w class, their journey, and even their own champion duties, and he's just "well, guess that's the job of a champion, huh? Not being able to visit family. I'm sure my sis knows that, wonder how she's doin' right now," all w that smile, that forced af smile, but somehow people still see it as him being laid back

But he misses her, y'know. He just misses her. He eats dinner late, alone, waiting for her. His family thought he was just that lazy that he wouldn't even eat, but he was waiting for her, he's always waiting for her

Oughgh imagine one night Iris got home late too, and she saw Drayton there on the table fast asleep, and augh,,, your honour, that breaking Iris' heart, she forgot she promised they'd train together today, but w the League duties, and w Hilbert out of the region for a bit, she couldn't find the time. Imagine her either waking him up or carrying him to his room, and she notices how light he was. Has he been eating well? But like, she's there kinda kicking herself too, bc she forgot abt her bro y'know, and she wants to make up for it

Also omf bc this was my initial concept for my lil comic, that when he was a bit younger, around 14 and she was 17, when Iris gave him the jacket, it was actually supposed to be after a training session w Drayden, and how Drayton lost to him. Iris tried to cheer him up by getting him the jacket, and ofc that made him happy. But also, before Iris left, she told him that "whenever I think of the day I finally lose to someone, I always think I'd lose to you. I couldn't imagine anyone else be Unova's next Champion but you, Drayton. I can't wait for that battle."

And god did that just cbmdbd that gave him hope yknow, ofc, he was fourteen, he had so much hopes and dreams, but w how he is w class now, how he repeated his second year three times now maybe, how he gave up down the line, he thinks that maybe that battle w Iris won't ever happen. And he's starting to think if he becomes Champion, like, the real deal Champion, he'd bear those responsibilities too, and honestly, he doesn't really like that kinda responsibility. Maybe that's why their grandpa didn't make him Gym Leader despite his strength, unlike Iris, he wasn't good w his duties. He didn't even really call himself the BB League's champ bc he doesn't like responsibilities too lmfao

But yeah, in a nutshell, he's that cool kid that's like, one small problem away from crying but he doesn't cry bc he thinks it's not cool lmfaooo and he's like, Iris' number one fan, he'd always show off how his sis is the champion one way or another I bet that when he was much younger he also pulled the "my sis is the champion and she can beat your ass!" Card whenever he can I just know it hahah

I like to tease ppl if given the opportunity. Others say I’m flirty. Bold with it at that. I’m ambitious too. Kind of a big thing but I have npd (if you want to look it up without reading scientific papers, go on tumblr, bc the rest of the internet is filled with ‘demonic narcissism’ bullshit) and it influences the way I am. I care lots about my image and don’t have a ton of empathy. I don’t go kicking puppies, but it’s noticeable how I lack in this department. Sometimes people say I’m ’too nice to have it’ cause i do well with kids and do all the youth group volunteering. Also, I do some martial arts and other sports. Kinda sceptical of romance at this point cause I had lots of it and I don’t mix well with a lot of people, but maybe I could do something serious for once if I had the right person. I try to be responsible and respectful but I have no issue finding my place at a wild party or something. I'm pretty chill in general, but I can be soft-er if I want, like with children or if the few ppl I actually am close with (I've got many friend groups but I struggle to make meaningful connections) need me. Usually I just stay my highly analytical, laid back self and say my silly little comments every once in a while. Heard I’m pretty funny if I want to be. My love language is acts of service. I like small things and I do them a lot. I can do words too, but I don't care for them in return. Like, you can be an asshole (up to a limit, I know my worth) and it’s cool with me if I see you have your ways of caring like putting on a song I like in the car

Likes and dislikes: love movies like Fight Club (my fav), American Psycho and Donnie Darko; hate sharks, they freak me out; my fav book is The Catcher in the Rye; hate it when people push me to open up and be emotional; love music and unironically had a few guys play songs AT me and I actually like that too, tho I get why ppl clown on that

My type: I like people who are more negative than me and aren't afraid to shittalk everything. Just saying whatever, not caring if they offend ppl (up to a point, some issues aren’t debatable ik). Don't really care for morality (to a certain point, again) if you're charismatic and fun to be around, I’m along for the ride and happy to support whatever you get yourself into. I think I would get along with someone who had a little npd too, I like to be able to relate to my partner a bit. If they work somewhat similarly, I don't have to struggle with understanding some stuff, bc I already know how to manage an ego or grandiose behavior. As for looks. Idk, I don’t have a set type. should I read maloki because even though it's not the best adaptation I'm kind of curious. Is it worth reading

hmm it's really dependent on how much weird ship bait fan service (i think that's the term?) and general bad plot bullshit you're willing to put up with lmao. i go on a very long rant abt everything that sucks so umm yeah. everything i say is abt the manga unless stated otherwise

i'd def skip the chapter in the first season of the manga where loki gets cursed w a rune that makes him switch personalities cause it's really weird and bad and just weird. i'm not getting into specifics cause it's weird for me to describe but just like. skip it.

another thing thats weird for u to look out for is freyr's infatuation w mayura (who's a teen girl). in the anime its not as bad cause he's explicitly a teenager (he gets enrolled in her school with the purpose of saving her mystery club) but it's never said so in the manga so it kind of just looks like a grown man doting after this teen. actually on that, most of the gods are shown in some sort of shippy way with her at least once in the manga. narugami (thor) is probably the most normal occurrence since he's explicitly a high schooler in both the anime and manga. there's a scene where heimdall (who's also like a middle schooler like loki is) kisses mayura to make loki jealous or whatever. just to piss him off.

loki also gets ship bait with a lot of the female chars too like w mayura freyja and skuld. it's. yeah you know how it is

less weird things but just kind annoying plot things that happen are loki getting out of heimdalls assignation attempts with weak explanations and also the author doing the thing where you're assumed to dislike heimdall so the sometimes the plot just shits on him for no reason (there's a chapter where loki and heim get magically transported to a magic school and he spawns in already copying lokis homework and everyone yells at him for it. bro did NOTHING !!!)

i will say that after you get past that first season of the manga it's so much better on the weird bullshit tho ! ragnarok is much better abt it and doesn't have any so bad i recall immediately and shinsekai no kamigami doesn't either. that isn't to say the plots for those aren't kinda sucky too but they're better than whatever the first season put out.

the anime gets rid of sooo much of this weird bullshit and i think does some characters better (heim and freyr get more of a proper emotional bond with each other. as sad as it is i really like what they did with hel and i personally like loki and mayura's dynamic more in the anime) but unfortunately it's majority filler so the manga has a better plot so u kinda just have to decide what you're willing to put up with fsfsfs

actually on that freyja is better written in the manga i think than the anime once again we cannot win both versions just suck. she's still kind of portrayed as loki obsessed in the manga but not to the awful degree that the anime does.

there's the occasional homophobic remarks in the manga but that's few and far between and so i choose to just ignore it.

not fault of the author but also some scanlations have really weird translators notes on some of the chapters too.

as for what's good about it. it's really heimdall and lokis conflict. it's interesting i think because of lokis feelings towards heimdall out of guilt and drives a lot in the first and third season of the manga (it's a little bit forgotten in the middle of the anime lol). i think freyr and heimdall are funny characters and i like every chapter with them in it as do i like every scene in the anime with them in it. they sort of have that odd couple dynamic and it's nice to see heimdall warm up to freyr over the course of the show and become better friends. mayura without the ship bait is also a fun character i think ! she's a mystery obsessed highschooler who loves the supernatural and so she sticks around loki who's a detective a child and an exorcist! thor is also a fun char and he's lokis best friend and mayura's classmate who has a shit ton of jobs. yamino is jormungandr and he's there but to me he's not the most interesting char. i can't say much about the plot without spoilers but it's okay and gets interesting in ragnarok. overall the characters are what makes it fun for me and thus i ignore much of canon and think about them in the vacuum chamber of my mind lol.

but yeah that's my review ig of maloki. it's Not Good but i think if you're looking for something fun ragnarok is an okay read cause the characters are silly in that one and it's not so weird and also has the best plot probably. shinsekai no kamigami is also fun and i think that plot is super interesting BUT like i said its half unscanlated. and then if you're gonna start from the very beginning i would just skip any chapter that has the weird bullshit it's probably not plot relevant anyway. the anime is more lighthearted i think and has more character bonding time but it's also a lot a lot a lot of filler. so yeah.

As for relationships (as in interpersonals, not romantic), I think you answered your own question 😅 yeah he doesn't need the help of others, like Max. "Eddie thinks he's so smart and doesn't need others" - Eddie thinks he is this way. Clearly he isn't tho; and some part of him (one he's clearly not acknowledging) knows it because he's gathered people around him. He's in a band (a group), he leads a club (a group), he treats Chrissy with compassion and befriends her, he throws his lot in with the party (a group) when they give him the chance to. He doesn't want to be alone! He just thinks he's fine on his own, or maybe wants to be fine on his own (and god. that's a whole lot of heartache, because he's probably HAD to be fine on his own more often than not, let's dump some defense mechanisms on him, what can go wrong). Delicate balance, clearly easily toppled by supernatural murder ("easily" lol) throwing him into a grinder and making him realize oh shit he's NOT okay alone and DOES need other people. Doesn't mean romantically, just, you know. Humans need other humans and that's a slap in the face to a boy that thought he was different.

but yeah when i say dad loves soccer i MEAN it. he played when he was in school n continued to play after for the local club, a club made entirely of irish immigrants in new york. he is not irish. but he was rlly good so they were like aight. i have a ton a their trophies n yearbooks n stuff!! my dad was a goalie n helped them win a CHAMPIONSHIP (that he postponed his wedding for)!!! he got a buncha mvp votes n my opa has a plaque thanking him for being their biggest supporter :)) fun fact dads team played against usmnt goalie tim howard when he was younger. dont remember who won tho.

so yeah naturally being raised by this man means being raised around soccer. as a baby i had a little plush soccer ball n i actually took my first steps with it. its still lying around somewhere i think. i did play when i was a kid (goalie, ofc) but the fact that i have the atheticism of an asthmatic squirrel cut my playing career short. honestly, i regret not pulling through n playing more. i actually didnt get into european soccer till i was like eleven. up until then i was a DIE HARD mls/new york red bulls enjoyer. i went to my first red bulls game when i was literally an infant n went to damn near every home game for over a decade. which means i jus got to watch the man, the myth, the legend mr thierry henry more times than i can COUNT. i didnt realize till years later how fortunate i actually was!!

now the REAL awakening. so its 2014, either march or april i cant remember. i come downstairs from an absurdly long minecraft playing binge n like usual theres a game on the tv. i ask whos playing n my dads like its el clasico. n im like ??? he explains that barcelona n real madrid are two teams in spain with an intense rivalry n every time they play they call it el clasico. n that barcelona has a player named lionel messi, who many consider the best in the world, n that real madrid has cristiano ronaldo, who many also consider the best in the world. i watched the rest of the game with him, n i honestly dont know what exactly made me a die hard messi fan. my dads a serie a/juventus enjoyer so he didnt care enough to steer me one way or the other. but from that day forward i was the BIGGEST messi n barcelona fan. i remember the 2014 wc VIVIDLY, it made me the woman i am today n NOT in a good way. i also remember growing up watching msn n that was literal crack. the 2015 ucl final especially was an,,, interesting time in my house lmao.

hiii taku i come with bonten takeomi & natsu brainrot. also it’s a lot bc i can’t shut up abt them help. this is just copy paste of me being insane abt them to my qpp bc i’m too lazy to type it all again but yeah

basically their vibe is when takeomi is too tired of bonten's shit he visits natsu's tiny flat and she cooks spaghetti or smth that they have with wine before they slow dance to music playing on the old record player she stole from her parents when moving out and when they're sleepy enough they put on a shitty old movie and fall asleep cuddling trying to watch it. also they go to clubs together, they are friends though often get mistaken for a couple, and they have kissed quite a bunch of times. not sure if this part is canon but they might've fucked a bunch of times too and i can assure you if they did they both stood on a balcony to smoke together afterwards they 100% smoke and drink together (maybe a little too often) and their whole thing is pretty ride or die oriented,, they're together to have fun and forget the shitty parts of their lives. to be themselves for once. to have someone who understands and relates

also natsu is the oldest of five siblings and she fucked up all of her sibling relationships bc she used to be in a gang and her siblings are still all in a gang, all the same one, but a different one from hers. and yeah shit went down when their gangs fought and natsu's won. she'd now like to fix her relationship with her siblings but they don't even accept her calls most of the time and it's even more one-sided than takeomi & sanzu :(( but it's also one of the biggest things that make them relate to each other ajdkfkhsj i think they start venting to each other too bc they understand v much how the other feels yk

also more natsu sibling drama but even tho she left her gang her siblings are still in a gang as i've mentioned before n it's a LOT smaller than bonten more just beating up people for fun and some minor drug smuggling but natsu gets jumped by some gang members every other week/month n she's pretty good at defending herself but she still calls takeomi to pick & patch her up sometimes bc yk she just wants some comfort in her situation...

hehehehehehe okay so I’m still just barely thinking about this but heres some (disjointed) thoughts:

ive long held that iwa and daichi are college roomies their freshman year! I tend to see them and suga as going to sendai university (at least until iwa transfers to cali bc I’m still for sure on that) and its really. not a stretch to imagine them being gay together, esp since I think theyre both going thru their 'oh my god I’m gay' crises at the same time in early college

I’m also OBSESSED w gossip friends iwa and suga, and iwa dealing w oikawa moving to argentina has really sealed the college besties iwasuga deal for me.... suga fills the 'pretty gossipy nosy friend' shaped hole in iwas heart :,) and since iwa realized he was in love w oikawa right before oikawa moved away I think that maybe hes quick to act on it when he realizes hes feeling similarly towards suga 😳

suga I think has known he had a crush on daichi for a while by that time but kinda gives up by early college.... and daichi's new roomie is kinda hot uknow?? but daichi is also suddenly flirty too and oikawa (setter friends hehehe) keeps calling him to talk about feelings and its all such a mess 😭 he loves them all sm tho :,)

1, Honestly hard to say. Like, I'm proud of One Dog Night because it was the first thing I ever posted and like, really snowballed me into doing more and putting myself out there more. But on the other hand, Month to Love a Werewolf is the first multi-chapter piece I finished! And now Sirens' Guard Dog is on the way. I think those are my big three-- but as far as picking one goes?

It's really hard to say. I can't pick my favorite child lol.

Online? hell yeah i'm proud of being fully unhinged for my blorbo. almost at 350k in 2 years and like. ~300k of that is hans. my really sad sack awful blorbo who i love with all my little heart. stinky, stupid wolfman with a flair for the dramatic.

But IRL? I am a professional with a career you wouldn't catch me dead bringing up writing or fanfic in public. like, my folks asked me once over a holiday why I was on my laptop and what i was writing and i immediately had to bullshit that it was some stupid literary analysis to keep my skills sharp when, uh, it was really werewolf smut. very, very close to being busted but they aren't curious enough to press and i'm a fool not a coward.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION is when i am around those friends that are my enablers and don't care lmao. They think it's funny and it's on brand. Alternatively it's just one facet of the strange little gremlin they've let into their lives. I mean well--promise.

14, yeah. like, healthy or not i'm always out here comparing myself in both good ways and bad. some for learning new styles and tricks and broadening my horizons, but some for like. competitive purposes. and there's nothing to be competitive about but i've been in competitive schooling all my life and for a kid who grew up with little self confidence feeding on the praise of being "gifted" it really sticks with you. so there are many a conscious reminder that it's all for fun. that i shouldn't stress and that it's for me, even if some of that is a lie (i mean, come on--sometimes i'll write shit to brighten somebody's day but generally it's whatever catches my fancy).

but like, old habits die hard and i'm hungry for kudos and comments lmao. usually it doesn't get bad but if it does, i just bury my head in a different crafty pile of sand.

15, I HAVE A TIMELINE. we'll summarize it as exponential improvement and development tho lol.

nobody here will see the shit i wrote in middle school. we're talking paper journal self insert fic that i wrote chapters and chapters of (granted these were like, 100-ish words a chapter). talk about humble beginnings.

move to highschool and i have some fanfic and also a bit of OC work that I share in my school's creative writing club (bruh I STILL wasn't sharing fanfic).

in college I didn't write much. too busy under an engineering course load but i have a few things here and there. mostly fun little snippets of fluff to keep myself occupied.

but that said, now that i'm working and trying to live my best life, i've definitely gotten better in coherent plotlines, length, and fleshing out the details. i still have all the old stuff (even the paper journals, somewhere) and a decade+ later it's meteoric improvement lol. when i wrote One Dog Night that was the longest single story I'd written by a mile. and now i'm on a long chapter work i've updated weekly since i started it following an outline. i'm boggling my own mind.

but that said: i've always been creative and colorful, have not always been able to actually finish a story. funny enough, i've also never had a formal, regular beta and something tells me that won't change soon. (altho sometimes I do ask for a second set of eyes-- so thanks to y'all that have done it for me!)

can't wait to see how i keep growing!
