#I need to get up and clean the living room#my partner is pulling a clopening shift#which is just what we’ve taken to calling closing late and then opening the store in the morning#meaning I won’t have any help from him until tomorrow evening and the living room desperately needs to be reset#but my foot hurts so bad right now I genuinely don’t think I can handle sweeping up and bending down to pick anything up#I feel so silly complaining since it’s just a small injury#it’s just a broken pinky toe and a weird cut with some stitches I’m being such a baby#but I’ve been up on it a lot today with cooking and chasing toddlers around and stuff#I’m going to just have to hope things feel better in the morning#and I’ll have the kids help me with what needs to be done#i really don’t want to mess things up further but also it’s frustrating being limited by such a dumb thing
