it seems like it would be too soon for it to actually be making a difference but i feel really good (but not too good lol), like the kind where you suddenly realize how bad you felt now that you no longer do. so hopefully that doesn't change

#most things do tend to have an effect for me within 2 or 3 days so i guess it is very possible #just surprised #it'll take a while to fully settle on dosing for this one but im always nervous to play with anything consequential #realistically this is probably safer than iron because the consequences are similar but the doses are way lower #and i did just fine with iron #so I'm not really that worried about it logically it's just unfamiliar to me therefore somewhat scary lol
