webbed sites will be like “things you can do to protect yourself from long covid!!!” and then when i’m like yeah that ship has sailed, what can i do when i already have it? they’re like girl idk suffer i Guess

#posts by me #oh yeah btw i most probably have long covid. life update or something #it's all ''yeah idk go see your gp'' which i already did;;;#3 different doctors have told me that basically they don't know and it'll go away by itself in various weeks or months #which?? it hasn't so far!#it's not that bad right now i'm just a bit worried abt long-term damage to my ❤️‍🩹#it's no one's fault it's such a new disease ofc they don't know yet. it's still just frustrating #it's like a small horrid animal came to live in my chest and i have to figure out how to appease it until hopefully it deigns to leave #so far i've found out: the beast likes Constitutional Walks of about 20 minutes #it does NOT like SHORT bursts of activity #it for some reason likes my cigarettes. but that might just be the different beast that lives in my brain
