I only played one year and got placed in B2. What really grinds my gears is when I get matched with obvious bronzies that flame me everytime I make one mistake. News flash: if you are matched with me, then you are as much of a noob as I am.

I sometimes say no to a surrender vote if there's an AFK on our team who rage quit. This is to keep them in the game as long as possible so they can't queue up again for a while. It's really petty.
