i have a bunch of jane concepts and they all have different birthday song concepts so here is a post for a lot of them :3

pigtails jane has a blue themed birthday song costume !!

raggedy jane is all red and cutesy.. kind of clownish style..

circus jane!! she is kind of eclectic and all over the place

baby doll jane is matchy matchy and pink

catholic-school-heavy jane is lacy and pretty and she doesn't get a hat because she's already wearing a headpiece (its meant to look similar to those worn in catholic churches..)

freaky corpse-y jane.. have not talked about her before but her whole costume and face is bloody and her tnbs constume is the only clean thing she has through the whole show.. the cupcake gets blood on it because she touches it with her hands (and during tbojd she gets VERY fucked up so she gets it everywhere until after the savannah scene when ricky helps clean her up)

lala loopsy jane is incredible eclectic and colorful and looks handmade by a little kid :3

ballerina jane is super pastel pink and has a ribbon on her hat to match her ballet shoes!!

spooky ghost girl jane's is black and white and ruffled.. i have so many concepts this isnt even all of them oh my god..

Has a pullstring for a voicebox (she uses it at the beginning of the Ballad, but does not require it to speak or sing)

Speaks in that weird sort of way that women in old Hollywood movies do lol

Their makeup is kinda 1920s cabaret inspired but not really

Her eye makeup on the bottom right is supposed to mimic the effect of TV static? idk how well it turned out

Day One: Your own Jane Doe

I have a few responses to this one!:

I think that my own Jane Doe, out of the actresses who have actually played her, would be a blend between Sarah-Jane Pelzer (2011-2013 Canadian Tour) and Emily Rohm (2015-2019 American Tour).

But for my own Jane Doe that's original and largely not based on anyone? Would be a little something like this. :)

Name: Jane Doe

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/Her

Age: 17

Sexuality: Asexual lesbian

Appearance: She wears a grey knee length high waisted v-necked pleated pinafore over a white Juliette sleeved high necked lace blouse with black ribbon accents on the collar and puffs. She also wears white knee high socks and black Mary Janes. She is thin and tall. She has a small chest. Her skin is pale and dull. She is headless, and wears her dolls head as a replacement. Her heart-shaped face is porcelain white and paler than the rest of her body. Her eyes are big and round and appear completely black, including the sclera. (They are actually just empty sockets.) Her hair is chin length light blonde ringlets with fluffy curved bangs that fall above her eyebrows. It's styled in a way that almost looks like a heart. She wears a thin black headband. She has long black eyelashes (including drawn-on lower lashes) and her thin eyebrows are black as well. She has a button nose and rosebud lips. Her cheeks are pink and her lips are dark pink. Her nails are short. She carries a headless doll dressed in a white floor length high necked lacy dress with puffy sleeves and a square bib collar. She moves like a broken marionette, with head bobbing, mechanical head turning and tilting, side to side walking, barely bending knees, blinks a lot, staring rather than looking, neutral facial expression, occasionally parted lips, mouth moves up and down like a puppet when she talks, dangling stiff arms with fingers that don't bend often, when she walks she sometimes leads with her head. Her voice is echoey, singsongy, and dead. She is cold to the touch.

Personality: She has amnesia due to losing her head, and cannot remember who she was, not even her name or what her face looked like. She is often confused. She is creepy, morbid, and gloomy. Despite this she is quite sweet and kind of silly. She has a melancholy air to her. She has the personality equivalent to a shattered mirror. She is lonely. She has accepted that she is dead and that she will never know who she is as no one else does either. Despite this she has this slight glimmer of hope that one day she will. She does not understand personal space, nor social cues. She is touch starved and seeks warmth like a moth. She is curious and asks a lot of questions. She is book smart and often shares morbid facts. Probably autistic.

Backstory: The one unidentified body of The Cyclone Roller Coaster Disaster. Everyone knew everyone in Uranium, but no one could recall this member of the choir. There were rumors of a girl who joined at the last minute, but as the choir conductor, Father Marcus, died of a heart attack seven hours after the accident, therе was no one left to verify. Somе believe that perhaps she was never in the choir at all. All one knows for certain is that a body was found in a Saint Cassian uniform without a head. So... a mystery.

The most forgettable girl in town.

Facts:

- high pain tolerance

- very light and can be picked up easily

- sleeps with arms over chest like a corpse

- mutual crush on Ocean but is unaware that's what it's called

- likes horror movies

- watches said movies silently without any reaction to the scares

-relates to many of them

- Noel and her are besties as they both like drama

- picks up wild animals/tries to pet them

- puts things in her mouth that's she's not supposed to

- she has the head of a porcelain doll while her body moves like a marionette as she is essentially puppeting her own dead body

- she joined the choir the day of the fall fair

- she was quiet, and after failing to get to know her they just assumed she would come out of her shell when she was ready, and shifted their attention to the fair instead

- because of this, they don't know her name, and can't really remember what her face looked like

Day 3 of @janedoeweek : I don't rly know if I wanna post this but there you go :I

So it's yourself as jane doe right ? Okay, so.

Even if my digital art skills are poopy, here's myself as jane doe. So she's not really different from the others choir members, except her smile. It's actually something I already done with another Jane but it's really something I would like to see, bc I can't stop wondering if I'm the only one who can't stop smiling like it's literally annoying 💀💀

So anyway, she has this kind of this bloody mary vibe and I don't rly know what would be her doll or if she would have any bc I'm scared as fuck of those- but I love Jane. Wtf is going on inside my head.

So yeah, and while the musical is playing and the others are singing, the smile slowly start to turn down bc she realize that she doesn't have anything like the others, absolutely nothing. So the second part of the ballad would be an angry mess of her trying to figure out why. And the first part would be just her being ashamed of having nothing so she tries and all of the lyrics sounds awkward.

Do I project myself on her ? Absolutely not, it's not related, why the fuck would you think that ^⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠^

i have so so many hcs for her but i will be brief..

she is always cold. like ALL of the time freezing off her ass

always wanted to dye her hair but is too afraid to, so she cuts it instead

only eats plain foods like buttered pasta and bread

has super dark eyes, thats the one similarity between her and jane (it made ricky sort of trust jane because it sort of unconciously reminded him of penny.. even though he didnt remember her..)

even though she doesnt know if she believes in a religon or not, she talks to god instead of talking to herself. (like a "hey god, what the fuck" sort of thing)

incredibly impulsive and curious about everything. she would be the one in a horror movie that walks straight into the haunted house because she thinks it looks cool

she eats dry cereal more than any other food group combined

gets all of her clothes from a donation center

when she comes back it is a while after the accident actually happened, in the real world instead of her head being gone she is just completely missing. no one believed ezra that she was in choir, they just claimed she had run away again

i like participating in weeks at the wrong time. anyway unrelated to the jane doe week i decided to make a picrew of what i might look like. the thing was i knew by the time we could actually put this on I’ll probably look different and so will my idea for the character so i was like “lol… what would happen if we had to do it like. tomorrow.” fun fact that is the reason behind the doll because the only doll i really have is one akin to that one HELP
