Did a transcript of Jensen and Misha's comedy trolling at Jibcon 12 of the idea of them collaborating and the serious talk about their friendship including creative talk, that they would love to collaborate, but that it's not predominantly about that, that their friendship, and friendship with the rest of the cast, is personal and beyond the professional art collaboration and discussion. Because this needs to be highlighted, for one thing because I think they are going to collaborate at some point, and I am very interested in how they talked about this, and for another, because of stans in different lanes who are just plain weird in their denialism on how close Jensen and Misha's friendship is. Seems like it might be good to have this handy. Also, because they're hilarious and I adore them. Enjoy.

Question: do you ever discuss your creative work or collaborate

Misha: No Jensen: loses it laughing for at least 30 seconds Jensen: It’s funny because it’s true. No, we neither collaborated nor wish to. Misha: What about talking about our process. I can imagine showing up at your trailer and being like Jensen I really wanted to share Jensen: I really want to work through this Misha: Sometimes when I’m writing a poem— Misha: makes sound of door closing and slamming Jensen: completely losing it laughing, practically falling off his chair for another 30 seconds at least … Misha: That’s how it would go so we don’t collaborate … Misha: I would love at some point, Jensen, to collaborate with you, or even mentor you through that process. But we I would say do talk about our creative work and support each other. Like when I was—I was not going to do another show this year, I just wanted to take time off to be with my kids, to recalibrate … but I called Jensen and I was like, ah shit, there’s this role, that��s so good. I wasn’t going to do another show right now but there’s this role that’s so good. And we had a long talk. I was on a hike, and we had a long talk. And you were like, dude, I think you gotta do this. And so we have those conversations. Jensen: Big life conversations. Misha: Big life conversations, and I’ll make suggestions to Jensen that he won’t listen to, but it’s very much a two-way street. Jensen: There is a, I would say that the relationship that Misha and I have, and also that we have with some of the other folks on the cast and in this world that has been so beautifully curated for almost 2 decades now, it’s not necessarily about, like, the minutae of creativity, of like “Hey you know, what was your approach for this role, or—” because he has his talent. It’s clear. He doesn’t need my advice on how to approach his artistry. He’s has that…he’s got a very deep handle on that and he’s very very good at it.
