I finished Partitio's final chapter last night and I'm just here thinking about what it'd be like to be a journalist in that crowd lol

Like. Imagine: You're a reporter in the crowd, eagerly awaiting Roque Brilliante's latest announcement regarding the steam engine, pen and paper in hand. You're on the edge of your seat as he concludes, confident in your scoop

Suddenly, a mysterious man in a yellow coat arrives, waving a check he claims to represent 80 billion leaves from the famous Alrond Rondwell, and he insists on buying the rights to the steam engine. He and Roque start to argue like they've known each other for years, and Roque shoots down the man bcus he doesn't have the cold hard cash to pay with. And wow, you sure weren't expecting drama in your scoop today, but what a headline!

And then *Alrond himself* — who you have probably been trying and failing for ages to get an interview with — just swoops in on his *massive* ship, filled with *80 billion in cash*. He talks about how awesome this man with the yellow coat — apparently named Partitio — is. Then Partitio and Roque sign the contract to hand the rights to the steam engine over to the former. Your headline just got sm better

But then Roque is so mad about losing the rights to the steam engine and is suddenly snarling at you and the other reporters like a wild animal, demanding to leave him alone. And of course you can't do that, you're paparazzi! So you and a whole crowd of other journalists try to follow him. Next thing you know, the wall of the factory is run down by an *enormous train*, driven by *Roque*, and headed *right for you*. What even *is* a train? You don't know! You're running for your life!

i wonder if ryan gosling chews so much gum all the time bc he quit smoking. a customer told me yesterday that they had quit smoking 12 years ago and they still crave it and have to chew gum just to suppress the urge. 12 years!!!! nicotine out of their system for 12 years and they still get cravings!!! bro that's insane to me. ryan had to smoke 50 billion packs a day while shooting The Nice Guys, which ironically made him want to quit smoking but STILL that is a lot of nicotine for your body to miss/crave when you cut it out of your system

rinne fidgets with his abundance of bracelets and rings. he likes tugging on them, spinning them, all the good stuff. probably has a bunch of different rings that have different textures. loves the spinny rings

niki keeps like 3 different pieces of chewlery or other things he can put in his mouth to chew on when he cant eat and needs to focus. rinne got him a chewelry version of his unit necklace for his birthday

kohaku likes pen clicking and probably got a fidget cube at some point. if he doesnt have his cube or a pen he will play with his fingers (tapping, tugging, stretching, etc). also a skin picker

himeru is a leg bouncer and is super self conscious about it and tries to channel his energy elsewhere. it often fails very badly. sometimes wears different shoes to crazyb practice that make satisfying tapping noises (shoes that wont scuff or be hard to dance in but still make a pretty little tap sound. kohaku has been begging him to tell him where he got them so he can get a pair)

I think Sougo loving festivals suits him, because my first thought when describing his personality was fireworks. They make our heart swell, we use them for celebration, joy, and sometimes even mischief– forgetting all the warnings on the package of how dangerous explosives can be. It all depends on how you use them. Who Sougo is depends on who you are relative to him– he can be mischievous and warm, or he can be dangerous and destructive. Often he's both, motivated by protecting what's important to him.
