The School Club Posters From Yandere Simulator - Part 1

Games can be a wonderful world-building experience. Creative graphics are a great start, but creating a world is all in the details. In Yandere Simulator, the world is mostly confined to a high school, but players aren't bored stuck in a single location because the school’s environment is built up with several viewable details. For this article, the decorative school-based club posters from Akademi High will be examined. The non-school constructed clubs, such as the Delinquents and Info Club, will not be featured.

Cooking Club

All the club Presidents are featured on their own posters. Amai Odayaka is the leader of the cooking club. Students will receive a colored cooking headscarf when they join. Members must wear aprons while operating in the kitchen club room. There, students plan, prep and create individual special dishes or treats. After completing their creations, all members travel throughout the whole school and share their food with everyone on campus.

Drama Club

This club is practically its own cult with every member containing purple hair in swirl-related styles. Kizana Sunobu is the leader of the drama club. Members are gifted a rose broach or pin they wear somewhere on their person. The club operates in their miniature theater room where students host a meeting and share acting tips with each other. Outside the club room, the members go to the gym and rehearse scenes for the school’s upcoming play on stage.

Art Club

Geiju Tsuka is the leader of the art club. Each member gains a French beret hat. The club room is an art studio. As a club, members put on aprons and gather their desired art supplies in the studio. Afterwards, the students create various works of art together, like sculpting. When the club members aren’t together, the students will often split up around school to work on their individual projects (drawing, painting, etc.) inspired by various things throughout the campus.

Music Club

Miyuji Shan is the leader of the music club. Members wear a music note hair barrette clip or pin somewhere on their person. The club has their own light music room to practice in. Students each play a part in the club’s band where they practice their skilled instrument and original songs. Currently, the band is of the rock genre. It’s unknown if members can practice other types of instruments, use other music equipment, or if the band is willing to play other genres.

Occult Club

Oka Ruto is the leader of the occult club. Once students join the club, they will receive a gothic and moon embellished accessory to wear on their person. The club is literally a cult which operates in a dark club room. There, members often preform rituals in an attempt to summon a demon, but the students are never successful. Outside the club room, the gothic loner students search for objects and locations throughout the school, which are rumored to be haunted, in an attempt to make contact with or experience a paranormal activity.

Newspaper Club

Back in the 1980s, a newspaper club used to be in operation. Jiichiro Takahashi was the leader of the club. In the past, students would receive a classic press hat if they joined. The club once functioned in their own press office, which also served as a publishing room. There, students would write and publish the next edition of the school’s newspaper. Outside the club room, members would split up and act as investigative journalists in hopes of reporting their uncovered story.

Student Council

As stated on the election candidate poster, Megami Saikou is the Student Council President. Members wear a white uniform lined in red. The council operates in the meeting room. Not any student can join the student council as each student is carefully selected by the present based on their morals and physical capabilities. Each member monitors the school grounds in search of misbehaving students or danger to enforce the rules and protect campus students.
