Last night me and my friends were talking about midnight mass (cus one friend is watching it for the first time with her bf whose watched it before and I’m also rewatching it rn) and almost all of us were raised catholic and were talking about how the mass parts of the show are like, comforting or just familiar/nostalgic cus of our childhoods, but the one friend whose watching it for the first time is Greek Orthodox and was just like ‘what the fuck is going on in that service???
