#rye.txt#just found out that pcos is incredibly comorbid with type ii diabetes and expressed concern to my mother#who gave me the sound advice of “exercise more” and refused to believe that type ii diabetes isnt caused solely by being fat#but she also insists that i'm not fat every time i refer to myself as such (i objectively am)#and tells me constantly that exercise doesnt take off weight#she wants me to lose weight more than anyone else in my life lol
