#doc gave me a new med for my anxiety#just tried it (i uaually try any use as needed pill before i actually need it just so i know how it feels)#and holy fuck#i get like#horrible anxiety about sleep#like my brain reacts like im fuckin dying and i cant calm down and just sleep#so i have to stay awake until im about to pass out bc im too afraid to sleep#but oh wow everything feels fine im not shaking or crying or terrified of sleeping#like even sleeping pills dont help#i just get dragged into sleep but am terrified the whole time#this has just snuffed the fear out altogether#i dont think ive felt this kind of calm in forever#im gonna go to sleep now#willingly for the first time in a long time
