Chapdi Undhiyu
Chapdi Undhiyu is also called ‘Tavo‘. Its famous dish in kathiyawadi.(saurastra). 
Ingredients
Chapdi
2 cup wheat flour (thick), 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 6 tbsp ghee or oil, 1/2 cup milk, salt, oil (for deep fry)
Method:
Make stiff dough from above ingredients. Make chapdi (thick puri) with hand. Deep fry chapdi in hot oil at low flame.
Undhiyu
Ingredients
1 potato, 1 brinjal, 2 onion, 1/4 cup green peas, 1/4 cup carrot, 1/4 cup udad dal, 4-5 tomatoes, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp dhanajeera powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2  tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp green chili-ginger paste, oil, salt, 2 tbsp coriander
Method
1) Boiled udad dal.
2) Put 2 tbsp oil, add finely chopped potato, carrot, brinjal,green peas,add salt,turmeric,red chili powder, mix it well.Add 1/4 cup of water & pressure cook for 2 whistle.
3) Put 3 tbsp oil, add garlic roast for 30 seconds. Then add chopped onion, roast it for 1 minute. Then add tomato purey, cook for 3-4 minutes.Add red chili powder, dhanajeera powder, turmeric,green chili-ginger paste. Add boiled & crushed udad dal.
4) Add vegetables ,cook it for 4-5 minutes, add coriander.
Red Chutney
4-5 fresh red chili, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 tomato (chopped), 1 tbsp jaggery. Crush all ingredients to make paste.
Tadka-  1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds,pour on chuntney.
      Serve chapdi with undhiyu, red chutney, green chutney (coriander, green chili), sprig onion & chas.
