Resepi Ketam Goreng Telur Masin Mantap

Dilema mak2 tiap ari dok pikir nak masak apa. Fenin feninnnnnn😴

Meh, order je kat cik abang..kita masak ketam telur masin. Takde ketam, udang pun bolehhhh.

Bahan

=====

1. Sekilo ketam

2. 3 biji telur masin

3. 4-5 tangkai daun kari

4. 2 sudu mentega

5. 1 cawan susu cair

6. Tepung jagung 

7. Cili (ikut tahap kepedasan)

Cara

=====

1. Gaulkan ketam dengan tepung jagung dan goreng sehingga kekuningan (nak senang makan, ketuk dulu kulit ketam bagi retak sebelum goreng)

2. Rebus telur masin dan hancurkan

3. Cairkan mentega dikuali panas 

4. Goreng daun kari, cili dan telur masin ke dalam mentega cair

5. Masukkan susu cair, biar sampai menggelegak

6. Masukkan ketam goreng dan sebatikan.

80-seater ferry from Pulau Ketam jetty to Port Klang. Allowed me ten minutes to cross the road and take the KTM Kommuter train back to KL Sentral.

Ferry cost 12 ringgit, approx 45 minutes
