it's the 15th March 44 b.c.e and life is good. the people love you and you just became a dictator for life. you leave your mansion, ignoring your wife's pleas for you to stay (venus above that woman is in love with you) and shake off the soothsayer who keeps following you around and talking about your doom (spurinna is obsessed with you). you swagger into work, sit down, and are immediately stabbed by a bunch of your coworkers. you stagger around for a bit feeling sorry for yourself, before collapsing down dead at the statue of the guy that you had that civil war against. what a way to go.

A Comic (thoughts of and a bit of hype?)

I talked about making this kind of post, and here we are! I won’t release too much info about this yet, but I have some bare bone sketches to share, lil peeks here and there.

What’s it about? You guessed it - Hacker. And his niece, yeah can’t forget that part. Essentially I wanted to dig into a bit of where Harmony came from, and why she has importance to Hacker. This story does come with a bit of a twist from canon though.

Symbolism has a special place in my heart…like Gardenias. I love flower symbolism and other things, so I’ll be putting that in. A good deal of it too :)

Emotions run high…Hacker journals…and I bring back that mirror him that wicked gave him in season 5. for a while there I was designing ocs, Hacker’s younger self, and other components to the story.

in the future id like to clean up more and post! Not giving a timeline bc well I’m not good at that, but I hope you enjoyed reading :)

İ want to messily rant about something which is the way this fandom treats canon ships.

Ships like aoikane are so very obviously canon from both sides (Aoi is so obviously inlove with Akane if you don't see that you have zero media literacy im sorry) yet they keep getting hate left and right, in some platforms (cough cough, twitter, cough) you will get jumped if you say you enjoy it.

Meanwhile a ship like mitsukou gets a completely different light and is just, you are auto expected to like it just because its canon? Just that, whenever someone brings up not liking mitsukou its just "BUT İTS CANON!!!!" who genuienely cares? İ straight up just don't like their dynamic im not too big on right person wrong time unless specific settings/an au

And it irritates me how those same people will deny aoikane or teruaoi or even Sakura's obvious pan/bi coding despite them being so obviously canon

And that behavior just pisses me off so much because in everyother fandom of ever, not enjoying a canon ship is completely normal and not a big offense but in tbhk fandom its a whole another story. And that makes me even more judgemental towards mitsukou because its fans are so annoying about it being canon.

İ am not fucking getting up everyday praying for mitsukou to not be canon because lets be honest it pretty much is. And i hate how these people are just so sticky to it thinking a ship can be liked just because its canon.

Accusations (Michael/Jeremy)

A/N — ignore the fact I haven’t posted a tickle fic in like almost a year LMAO

“You’re literally so ticklish.” Michael hummed and gently lifted up his head to look up at Jeremy from his quite comfortable position between his legs.

Jeremy’s face felt warm as he glared down at Michael, only half as intimidating as intended. “I’m not even that much. You’re overexaggerating it!”

“Was I overexaggerating it that time we were trying to practice dancing?”

It had been a few days before some school dance in sixth grade. Normally, Jeremy wouldn’t have even thought about going to one, but he wanted to at least try and see what one was really like.

That’s how Michael and him decided to practice dancing for it, not taking it too seriously at all. Until they jokingly tried a waltz and Jeremy would start giggling and squirming at Michael’s hands on his hips.

There was more to that memory, but Jeremy got distracted from it by a gentle squeeze being delivered to his side.

“Hey!” Jeremy squeaked out and grabbed Michael’s wrist quickly, face now going from warm to hot. “First of all, ‘overexaggerating’ wouldn’t even be how you’d say that.”

“Deflecting much?” Michael teased with a smirk as he gently lifted up Jeremy’s shirt.

The anticipation and tips of Michael’s fingers resting on his tummy seemed to break the giggle dam for Jeremy. “Michael!”

“Hey, I’m not tickling you.” He pointed out, resting his head back down on its original place on Jeremy’s tummy before the whole ticklish argument started.

Jeremy played with Michael’s hair, still coming down from his giggle fit as he played with the boy’s hair. “You knew what you were doing.”

“Nope.” Michael lied, eyes closed as he laid oh so comfortably on his dear Jeremy. He was laying the side of his head on Jeremy’s tummy, ear pressed against it.

“Michael, I love you, but this is making me feel pregnant.”

“How the fuck..?” Michael opened his eyes and moved his head to look at Jeremy again, now frowning. “You ruined the moment.”

“First of all, you ruined it first by throwing around these being ticklish accusations. Second of all, because it feels like you’re trying to listen to my nonexistent baby.”

“Well, to address your second comment first, if I were to lay down with my face directly on your tummy for a long time, I would suffocate and die.”

Jeremy’s tummy did somersaults as Michael poked his side with a smile.

“As for the first comment? That accusation can kind of be proven with this.”

And that’s how the giggle dam was broken once again with Michael’s blowing a raspberry on Jeremy’s tummy.

Either way, I just wanted more range in character analysis of Obito which is… not elitism at all? He’s a very important and multifaceted character that’s integral to the story of Naruto, how am I the worst for wanting to see those aspects of him that the fandom barely touches on? You seem to be an Obito fan yourself, why wouldn’t you want more exploration of his personality instead of the same 3 traits?? That’s so boring

Ok, about 230 words of LtA translated tonight. There was a paragraph with a giant complicated sentence that slowed me down a bit. Better than no progress at all though!

Bernard was introduced in what I translated tonight. I saw on the wiki that it seems he's generally referred to as Ky's butler, but I decided to render the word 「執事」 as "steward" instead because he does more than just cleans Ky's house and bring him tea biscuits lol

Bernard manages crime syndicate reports, compiles summaries of them, and works as an analyst for Ky at the former Holy Order HQ in Paris, too. That's way above a standard "butler," imo. It seems like the word 「家令」 more generally means what we think of a butler as in English anyway.

LtA hasn't referred to Bernard with「家令」 at all, but if Norimitsu uses that or「バトラー」to refer to his job later I'll change it.
