FEB 4TH @ 5:00 PM EST THROUGH FEB 8TH 5:00 PM EST will be the period of time in which the discord event server will be open for interactions. ( all interactions are assumed to take place at the party, February 8th )

If you’ve NEVER participated in an event with us before, please refer to the old event threads at the bottom of the Kingsboro discord server as an example to how this works.

There is a GUIDELINES channel available in the server that lays out the rules of rping through discord.

Please let an admin know if you have any questions, or need more clarification!

There will be several activities for single people, including speed dating booths, as well as activities for those boo’d up, including private rooms to get naughty. So everyone is welcome!

Aaron and Landon were hanging against the bar at the Holiday party once they finally found the time to have a beer together. If you knew Aaron and Landon, you knew that they were the best of friends. Like Joey and Chandler. They had a lot in common - soccer, their tv show (shared trauma as some would call it), their incredible kids. Did they want Elle and Des to get married? They already felt like brothers, but that would make them actual family. “Des’ gift for Elle is super cute. She wanted to make sure something instead of going to the store to pick something out. I think she’ll really like it.” They had been chatting about their daughters’ extensive Christmas lists. “Anyway.” Aaron said, before taking a swig of his Heinekin. “Listen. I’ve got to tell you...” He was already a little drunk, but he hadn’t given Landon an update in a hot minute. “So I’ve been sugar daddy-ing way too much lately. “One. Ellie...technically...before she started dating her ex.” He put his thumb out. “Sugar.” Index finger. “And those two hot baristas from the Grind -- Oh shit. You know, Roman well. Man, he’s so sexy.” He smirked before nearly finishing his drink, looking over at Landon to look for a reaction.

Jaycee was a hot mess at the festival and when I say hot I mean HOT!! Girl needs to find herself a real man and stop messing with all these boys.

We interrupt this program for an important public service announcement. There is a winter storm warning in effect from the early morning (around 2am) of December 13th to the early evening of December 13th in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey. With winds up to 40 mph (64 kph) and heavy snow (up to 3 feet/1 meter), it is advised that residents of these areas stay inside until the warning out of effect. With wind and snow like this, it is likely that the power will go out. Please make sure you have plenty of blankets and flashlights (and maybe someone to keep you warm), as the temperature is expected to dip well below 30 degrees (-1 degree Celsius).

The power outage takes place after the holiday party into the next day, but you have as long as you want to write your threads.

Being stuck inside means that whoever your muse goes home with, they will be stuck together up until the storm ends (which, in roleplay time, will be the early evening/late afternoon of December 13th). After that, life can return to normal for Kingsboro residents on late Sunday/Monday.

This will take place on the dash. Threads for this event cannot be written in discord.

You may write and open or closed starter if you chose.

You may begin interactions for this event after the Christmas party is over (December 14th at 12pm EST). Again, take all the time you need/want to write. There is no time limit.

As always, this is an optional event.

You will have about 24 hours to plot with others until interactions open, so we can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Alison knew Aaron was going to expect details. That was how their relationship went, they always told each other things. Alison knew that Aaron wanted her to hook up with someone l, but that just wasn’t what Alison was about. She believed sex should be between two people who really truly cared about one another. “Whaaaaaat?” She asked, the dopey smile still spread across her face. “I know what you’re thinking, but no I’m not planning on going there right now.” She teased. Alison took a sip of her champagne, “But damn, Aaron. I’ve never fallen for someone as fast  and as hard as I’m falling for him.” She admitted. Aaron had watched Alison fall in love with the twins father and see her get her heart broken. But, even with him she hadn’t fallen as hard as fast as she was for Lemon. 

It was so weird how Alison and Aaron got along so well, yet were so fucking different. If Aaron were in Ali’s shoes, he’d be trying to get into Lemon’s pants fast as fuck. He knew that Alison was a hopeless romantic. Anyone who listened to her music could put that together. But both the Hart-Haynes’ had  shit shows for love lives. Aaron could understand why his was so messy, but Alison’s? She was such a catch, anyone would be stupid to hurt her. Mostly because they knew that Aaron would have it out for them if they did. Life the father of the twins. Fuck that guy. He wouldn’t dare show his face in New York again, would he? “C’mon. You should take him home. Give me a tour of Ali Haynes’ pent. That’s a move I always use. Works every time.” He snickered. “Well, pretty much every time.” He laughed to himself before topping of their drinks.
