I love Kurt, but there's one thing that bothers me about the way his character is written...

I've already talked about it very briefly in another post, and I get the impression that nobody talks about it. I don't know if it's because it's taboo in the community or because people like it?

But Kurt's relationship with Jimaine/Amanda??? She's HIS SISTER???

I know they're not related by blood, but they were brought up by the same mother, they drank milk from the same breast, and he considers Stefan to be his brother, but not Jimaine ???

I don't know what you think, but don't hesitate to enlighten me on the subject.

Yeah gonna need Marvel to retcon Kurt and Amanda/Jimaine the same way they retconned his parents. He grew up with her as a SIBLING. He considers Rogue his sister even though they met as adults but not the girl he grew up with since he was a baby? Chop chop, Marvel. Fix that mess.

Just a silly little hc where Stephan is still alive and well and very much magical talented. He loves portals and going to other dimensions and portal traveling makes it easier to visit Kurt and Amanda.

The TVA propably got him on their list but since hes at best a food-traveler they leave him alone.

When he visits they make every german-learner cry. They talk fast and with a dialect ;-;

In order to save Nightcrawler, Pixie, Jackie Chopra and Doctor Nemesis who had been held captive by Orchis; the mutants - Legion, Blindfold and Banshee seek help with Mother Righteous even though Legion doesn't trust her. Then, Legion and Mother Righteous set off to Orchis space station where Legion breaks the captives out while Mother Righteous holds Nimrod off by using her magic and talking down to him. The rescue mission goes well for Legion until he encounters Margali who beheads him with a sword before throwing Legion, Doctor Nemesis, Pixie and Jackie Chopra out of the airlock. Margali tries to take back Nightcrawler until Mother Righteous appears and sucks the magic/soul out of Margali. After a brief fight, Mother Righteous brings Legion and the mutants back from the orbit.

Nightcrawler mother relation : Margali Szardos

I've got an animation in the works about Kurt and Margali, and I realised that his relationship with her breaks down very quickly in the comics?

I mean, she found him as an infant, raised him from that moment on as her first child and even GIVEN HIM THE BREAST???

I know that with the new issues we learn that Mystic didn't want to abandon Kurt, but I find the way her mother-son relationship with Margali is brought up so unfair?

Sure, Kurt "killed" his adoptive brother, Margali's biological son, and that's what broke up their relationship, but I get the impression that even after she knew the truth about that, the writers made sure she no longer considered Kurt her son?

And I won't even mention the weird and (to me) incestuous relationship with Jimaine/Amanda💀💀💀💀

Knowing also that it's thanks to her that Kurt is such a charming gentleman, look at how perfectly she's brought up this mutant?😩

learning more about margali and marvel is so fucking stupid for giving kurt 2 evil moms

itd be way funnier if she was still evil but continued to love her children with all her heart, so like, when theres an evil team up with her involved this makes the xmen specifically send kurt so that when he gets hurt margali would safety bubble him and then blow the whole building up
