Dazzling antique furisode (probably a bridal one, or kakeshita), with busy and colorful goshodoki (all season flowers and ancient Heian court items). The hina-ningyo (dolls) are so cute!

Mental health origami. This is a kusudama, or flower ball, made of 30 small-and-simple shapes called sonobe modules that can be inserted into each other to make large 3D shapes.
Sonobe variation designed by Andriy Hechuev. The normal sonobe is fairly plain-looking, but this one is really delightfully curved. And easier to assemble. Really, really like how this one came out, I'll need to hang it somewhere in the home.

Origami "Japanese Brocade", or the Ishibashi Ball
We returned from England late Monday. The week since has been taken up with laundry, sorting through papers, taking my Lovely Assistant Kemuri for walks in an attempt to reduce her girth —she was fed a three month ration of kitty treats in three and a half weeks during our absence— and looking at multiple sets of instructions for a particular origami kusudama. Interesting article by Xavier from Archéo'Japon, overviewing the history and beliefs surrounding May 5th Kodomo no hi 子供の日 (children's day) / Tango no Sekku 端午の節句 (Japanese take on Duanwu festival) traditions.
Original article is in French but really worth a read through auto-translate if you wish to learn more about the origins of some of the Kodomo no hi rituals :)

At 90 units, this is one of the largest modular pieces I've made. Truncated icosahedron (⚽ shape) made from Tom Hull's PHiZZ unit. No glue involved and yes, it's gay.
