𓂂 ˳ — The Game Caterers X HYBE is a television special of the variety series The Game Caterers featuring artists from HYBE. LE SSERAFIM were one of the artists who appeared on the special. The special aired on July 15, 2022 till July 31, 2022.

Welcome to HYBE Company’s picnic! On a hot summer day with the sun shining brightly without a cloud to be seen, HYBE is having a picnic today with six HYBE groups to play games and have fun!

The six girls of LE SSERAFIM are now ready to go out of their waiting room. They are wearing red tops with different designs, Eden is wearing a red crop top with white cargo pants.

“It’s so hot.” Kazuha said fanning herself.

“Right, I want to drink ice Americano.” Yunjin added, a girl who loves drinking ice Americano.

“Okay, everyone get ready in one minute. As soon as you go out, there’s a bunch of cameras filming you, so please be conscious of your moves, the way you speak and how you interact with the other idols. So basically everything.” Their main manager once again reminded them to avoid causing trouble.

“Okay!…” the girls replied and get up off their seats.

Eden is holding a small white fan, she took deep and heavy breath before they went out of their waiting area. As soon as they went out to the filming area, they started greeting all of the staffs they past by with a smile on their faces as they were the first ones to arrive.

The camera caught Eden looking like an absolute princess while greeting everyone.

“Woah woah woah we get a tent.” Eden said full of energy, “this is perfect.” Sakura added on.

“I’m so nervous.” Eunchae said while clinging her arms to Eden.

“Oh, it’s Na Pd-nim! I’m finally seeing him, oh my gosh.” Eden says excitingly when she him not far from them. while covering her mouth with both of her hands. Eden is a huge fan of the Game Caterers and Na pd, She thinks he is funny and has enjoyed watching his shows.

“We’re the first ones.” Sakura said roaming her eyes around the area.

“Look at her.” Yunjin pointed at the amazed Eden looking around the filming area.

“eonni-ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.” Eunchae laughed at the older girl and followed by the rest of the girls.

“What? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.” She laughed at herself too and tried to calm down herself because she’s getting excited.

As they reach their tent, Yunjin noticed a cooler in the back, “wait there’s a cooler behind the table.”

“Is there anything in it?” Eden asked putting her fan down and walking over to the cooler.

“Is it ice cream?” Eunchae asked walking over to the cooler too.

Yunjin opened the cooler, “huh?” Yunjin looks at Eden confused. “There’s only cold water in it.”

Eden shrugged, “Maybe it’s for one of the games.” She guessed.

“Let’s guess the game.” Yunjin and Chaewon said at the same time. Setting down on their seats, While the rest of the other girls were trying to guess the game, Eden saw of one of her closest friend in HYBE make his way to the filming area. She waved both of her hands, the other group did the same thing and greeted the rest of the girls.

“Long time no see.” Yeonjun said patting his friend’s shoulder as his group proceeded to their seats, and bid goodbye to her for the meantime.

The remaining group’s Seventeen, Enhypen, and Fromis_9 appear in the same order as Hwang Min Hyun comes out along with Seventeen, Baekho already at their tent, and Lee hyun comes out last as the three of them make a team.

Then the girls heard Na pd-nim on the loudspeaker, “Since you all are here before we start, we want you to do an entrance ceremony. Each team will enter one by one. You can take some time now to coordinate what you will be doing. Don’t worry! There is no pressure!” He said reassuringly.

Then the girls started planning.

“Do you think it’s Fearless?” Yunjin ask.

Eden nodded, “I’m sure of it is.”

“Then we should do the chores with some flare.” Chaewon suggested, they saw the other groups practicing.

“Ahh…this is a lot of pressure.” Sakura said as she stressed out, “You must bet your life on this!” Eunchae teased her,

“Guys, this isn’t a big deal; let’s just show them what we can do.” Eden said simply, but of course, this is a competition. So they just ignored her.

“But we gotta look cool here.” Chaewon argued.

“Ooo, Zuha, you can do a ballerina move.” Yunjin suggested.

Eden gave up trying to calm everyone down, joining the conversation. “What part of the song are we doing?” She asked.

“Eden eonni, you should be the center!” Kazuha said.

“Should I?” She asked the group, and they all agreed. If LE SSERAFIM wanted to look cool, Eden was the person to go to. Then the girls finished the final details of their “performance.”

“Alright, is everyone ready?” Na pd asks, all of the groups replied yes.

“First of all, the first team…Fromis_9!” Na pd said as everyone clapped and cheered as the girls began with the move they practiced in the forest.

“Wooooahhh!!!” Eden cheered the loudest as she stood up from her seat after their performance was complete, making the staff behind them and the girls laugh.

Next were TOMORROW X TOGETHER ( txt ) as they remained seated when their song good boy gone bad started playing, they got up to pushed the tables down and began running to the field doing all of types of things.

“Woahhhh!” Eden and Yunjin said at the same time covering their mouth with their hands. Next were Enhypen as they started stepping forward a few steps until blessed-cursed started to play and began free styling to the middle. “Wooo!” Eden cheered them on along with members of Seventeen and TXT. Enhypen finished their dance everyone clapped. As Jay of Enhypen started arguing with TXT as Seventeen’s song began playing.

“Why are we going after them?” Chaewon said, “What do we do?” Eunchae said nervously too.

Seventeen began their entrance after a few deep breaths while bringing fans along with them, one big, and the rest small, “woooo!” Eden cheered them on while putting her hands beside her mouth to make her sound louder while the groups that have already went cheered them on too. As their new song hot started to play, the members started fanning one member as the group’s next song played and Eden started clapping along with them.

“This is more nerve racking than our debut!” Kazuha said with her hand on her chest to calm down her breathing.

The rest of LE SSERAFIM agreed, except for Eden, sitting there calmly and smiling.

“Let’s just have fun, okay?” Eden said with a smile, “I’m sure they will like it.” She added hopefully. Eden felt a little pressure being the center but didn’t want the girls to know about it.

Now it was LE SSERAFIM’s turn.

“Leader-nim hold the banner.” Eden said suggested to Chaewon, and she nodded.

“Let me remind you again, this is just a picnic.” Na pd said.

“That doesn’t help our nerves!” Eden yelled at the Pd and sent him a glare making everyone laughed.

Eden stood looking confident as she stood in between Chaewon and Sakura, the staff called out their group’s name. Eden’s look changed almost immediately. As their debut track began to play, they started to walk confidently especially Eden. Eden stopped at the whole line, once the music stopped and their group name was heard. Eden did a one-legged back tuck to a full, followed Kazuha showing off her flexibility as all the other groups clapped and yelled in shocked. The girls finished it off with their dance to fearless with Eden in the middle.

“Wow they are really good!” Nagyung said with a surprised face.

“Eden, she’s so pretty and cool!” Hayoung said clapping.

“Her confidence is on other level! It’s so different from a second ago. She’s good!” Said the leader of the group, Saerom.

Jiwon couldn’t stop staring at her, and blushed at her beauty.

Jiheon thought that Eden was really cool.

After LE SSERAFIM did their entrance, they introduced themselves. “Hello, we are LE SSERAFIM-ibnida!” The other groups clapped for them.

“How’s the promotion going so far?” Na pd asked the six girls.

“It’s fun. We really are having fun because we got to see our fans every time we perform, and hear their cheer.” Chaewon answered with sincere.

“Is this your first full day shoot of variety show—wait ㅋㅋㅋㅋ-Eden-ssi, why are you looking at me like that?” Na pd asked which made everyone’s attention to Eden.

“She’s been smiling so widely since she got here, and she’s too focused on me, I feel so pressured.” Na pd said, Eden just laughed while shaking her head.

“She’s just a fan, Pd-nim. She really likes this show so much.” Sakura explained for Eden.

“Ani~I’m a fan of yours. I’m not a celebrity.” Na pd is now getting embarrassed with his ears getting red.

“You are a celebrity to me.” Eden teasingly throw a little wink at him but end up laughing at herself too.

On the other hand, the other idols are being whipped by Eden. They have been seeing Eden’s reaction since they stopped in the middle and laughing.

“She’s so cute.” Mingyu said while laughing softly.

“She really looked so excited, look at her eyes.” Dino said laughing, pointing at her.

“We heard that LE SSERAFIM are full of talented people-”

“We have three former members of Izone, Eden, Sakura and Chaewon who have debuted for the second time. Kazuha was a ballerina. Yunjin was an opera singer and Eunchae memorized your debut song in 10 minutes.”

“Wow…”

“They are indeed a talented group.”

“Legends.”

What Na pd said received a couple of compliments not just from the other artists but also from the staff in front of the of girls which made them shy a little bit.

“Is that right?” Na pd asked them.

“Nae!” The girls answered and giggled.

“Wow…we are really looking forward to you today. Let’s have fun!” They all clapped again and now the girls move to the side.

As the highlight of it all, the TT team began walking when love me by Nu’est began playing holding up finger hearts, and then holding up a finger in the air when Lee hyun’s song played.

“Wow…really looks like an…” Eden began, unsure of how to continue her sentence without sounding too mean but the editors took the words right out of her mouth.

“Stop the song! Stop the song please!” Lee Hyun sounded desperate. He won’t get a break today will he, Eden thought.

The idols, however, continued their swaying, now opting to close their eyes and really basking in the beauty that is Lee Hyun’s voice.

The girls cheered, holding in their giggles at how uncomfortable the trio looked in the middle of all of them.

“Now the HYBE picnic has officially begun!”

Everyone cheered loudly.

“That was the 95% of the opening ceremony. We only have 5% left…!”

Eden tilted her head to the right, “That wasn’t it?” She whispered to Kazuha, who shrugged her shoulders.

“eonni, just smile and nod.” She whispered back and Eden held back a laugh.

“For the opening address, he claims that he provided the foundation, if SM has Kangta, then HYBE has Lee Hyun…” Na pd announced.

They laughed in delight as they listened to Lee Hyun’s very inspiring address, many falling to their knees from the atmosphere.

“Let’s go!”

Eden watched suspiciously as the staff members rolled coolers to the middle of the field, “What is that?!”

“You might end up breaking your band.” Na pd said, and the first episode of HYBE x The Game Caterers came to its end.

today was the day.

when you saw it on the schedule, you couldn’t hold back your excitement. a sequel to hybe’s game caterers was happening, and you were ready. surprisingly, all the current promoting groups were attending. but let’s be real, you were only looking forward to one: boynextdoor.

your friends had been talking a lot of trash all week leading up to the event.

you were ready to show them up and impress your seniors. being a kpop fan at heart, you respected every single one of them. of course, you knew their dances. too bad you were also super competitive. you may have dialed it down for r u next?, but you were itching to make illit the most entertaining group.

you arrived at the venue, which had cute tents that reminded you of your high school sports events. your staff guided you to your tent, placing individual fans and props on the table.

“this is so cool!” iroha exclaimed, looking around at all the cameras. you patted her head, smiling at how young she was.

“y/n, didn’t you do a lot of sports in high school?” yunah asked.

you nodded with a smirk. “i could’ve been an olympic athlete in another life.”

your members deadpanned, then started chatting with each other. you pouted, but just then, you heard a familiar commotion behind you. you turned towards the entrance and saw your boys making a scene.

“for the love of— jaehyun, don’t embarrass us in front of our co-workers,” sungho pleaded as he watched jaehyun attempt some mixed martial arts moves. woonhak laughed and joined in, mimicking his leader.

you stifled a laugh and sat beside your members. as they passed by your tent, jaehyun and woonhak made silly faces at you, while riwoo and sungho waved. taesan and leehan, both wearing sunglasses, chose to walk past you with a chic flair, tossing their hair before sitting in the tent next to yours. you couldn’t help but scoff.

you chatted with your members as more hybe artists arrived, standing and bowing respectfully as they passed. once everyone was settled in their tents, na pd-nim kicked off the picnic games. “everyone, please be ready to introduce your groups!”

you watched as your seniors had epic introductions: seventeen with “maestro,” txt with “deja vu,” le sserafim with “smart,” enhypen with “sweet venom,” and tws with “if i’m s, can you be my n.”

finally, it was boynextdoor’s turn. you leaned forward in your seat to see what they had planned. the chorus of “earth, wind & fire” started playing.

jaehyun jumped out, striking a pose that looked straight out of atla. “earth!”

“wind!” leehan struck a pose while sungho and riwoo used paper fans to make his hair blow dramatically.

woonhak and taesan came out strong, doing some martial arts moves before striking the finger-connecting pose from dragon ball z. “fire!”

the seniors went wild as the boys transitioned into their choreography, finishing with superhero poses.

you couldn’t hold back your laughter and clapped for them. jaehyun glanced back at you with a coy smile, as if saying try and top that. you had to admit, it’d be tough, but you had energy and zero shame.

“last but not least, illit!”

you sprinted to the center with your toy mic. “everyone, who do you want this time?” you asked, pointing the toy at the crowd as the chorus kicked in.

“YOU!”

your members joined you, and you started doing the choreography. at each “you,” you pointed at different seniors. for the final verse, you showcased pairs from your group who shamelessly did aegyo. at “baby, don’t say no,” you and iroha threw in a small spoiler for enhypen’s comeback (everyone, except enhypen, thought it was just a gesture).

you noticed jungwon’s face go blank (he secretly spoiled the comeback to you, and now he’s internally freaking out about who else might know). you giggled as na pd-nim cued the picnic oath.

everyone returned to their tents as the game caterers staff set up the refreshment event. just then, you got a text.

you glanced at the enhypen tent to see jungwon wiggling his fingers at you. you turned to your members with a tight smile. “guys, we might be cooked.”

wonhee raised her eyebrow and giggled. “does it have something to do with your friends bullying you?”

you glumly nodded and sank into your chair. it was supposed to be an all-illit party…

𓂃᜔ Joohyung actually came a bit late since she was doing her individual schedule, so she was to walk in front of everyone to get to her group's table. "Ah, how embarrassing!" She ran to her table with her head down. "Noona you came!" Kai met her halfway with his arms open. The rest of txt stood up and hugged her, "it was starting to feel empty without you noona." Yeonjun smashed his cheek with Joohyung's cheek, and started rubbing them together making Joohyung laugh. "Ok, ok, I'm here now." After the group settled down they started looking at their surroundings.

𓂃᜔ Joohyung saw how much Hybe grew as a company since now they have/made more groups after being just a two group company.

𓂃᜔ "Noona they really called you out!" Beomgyu started laughing at her because of the banter BTS sent out to them. If you first read it it's a nice banter wishing them good luck, but unfortunately Taehyung added a little p.s for Joohyung specifically.

Joohyung-ah~ make sure to make friends and hyungs wish you luck

Joohyung instantly shrink into her seat covering her face, "ya! Why would he do that!" Members laughed at her while playfully hitting her. "Wow~ you're so cool noona."

𓂃᜔ of course all the rookies were in 'awe' with the message BTS Taehyung gave to Joohyung while Joohyung in the other hand was ready to punch Taehyung.

𓂃᜔ As it was time for the groups individuality introduction themselves they had to brainstorm first on how they were going to do it. "Woah look at them." Joohyung nodded her head towards fromis_9, as they were lifting up one of their member. As Joohyung wasn't paying attention to her members and just looking at fromis_9 one of their members saw Joohyung was looking at them. "Hello Joohyung-ssi~" Hayoung waved at her.

𓂃᜔ Joohyung's eyes widened and bowed at Hayoung, "hello~" Joohyung nervously waved back at her, causing Hayoung and some of the other girls catching the interaction laugh at Joohyung cutest. "Joohyung-ssi can we call you unnie?" Jiheon asked and pointed at three of her members that are younger than Joohyung. Joohyung was in shock because of how they're social butterflies, "yes you guys can call me unnie."

She gave them a heart gesture before Yeonjun came. "Noona come we have to tell you the plan." Yeonjun pulled her away, but she didn't forget to wave 'bye'.

𓂃᜔ "Your outfit really stand out noona." Soobin pointed out her full purple set. "I know! I was filming something and they didn't give me time to change, so now I stick out more." The full group was now looking at Joohyung's purple outfit. "You look pretty though." Yeonjun reassured her. "Yeah you might even get more screen time too." Beomgyu pats her head. "Thanks." She did her little iconic bread smile

𓂃᜔ When TXT explained how they were going to introduce themselves to Joohyung, she was instantly met with embarrassment. "You got this. If Soobin can do it you can too." Taehyun encouraged her. "I mean...I guess." She laughed.

𓂃᜔ The music started nice and Joohyung started cringing at how she had to act cute before the song changes to GBGB, which she helped flip the table and started running and still trying to do cute poses.

𓂃᜔ Joohyung loved watching the other groups do their introductions because they also got embarrassed

𓂃᜔ After finishing and cheering for the last group they finally got to sit back at their tents, but as they were walking back Joohyung didn't miss hearing Le Sserafim's Sakura saying, "Wa~ she so pretty in person." Joohyung didn't know that they were talking about her until she looked up and made eye contact with Sakura. Sakura started freaking out a bit, "Ah thank you and I could say the same for you." Joohyung smiled back. "Thank you!" Sakura eyes were big as she bowed at Joohyung.

𓂃᜔ "It's hot. Do we have water?" Joohyung tried waving her herself with her hand. "Huh?!" Yeonjun opens the cooler. "It's empty!"

"Huh?!" The rest of the members yelled. "Don't tell me we have to play for drinks." Joohyung pouted. "Noona's social battery to going to run low soon." Taehyun laughed.

𓂃᜔ As the staff explained all the rules and how to play, Joohyung decided that maybe she should try to make friends with her female coworkers. "Hi, I'm Joohyung." Joohyung walked up to Le Sserafim. Le Sserafim all covered their mouths in shocked that Joohyung went up to them. "Oh hello!" They bowed at her. "Ah...you don't have to be so formal it's ok. You guys can call me unnie."

𓂃᜔ During the game Joohyung just stuck with Soobin throughout the whole thing, but her main goal was to get the case of water. Joohyung luckily got her case of water and immediately dropped them into the cooler.

𓂃᜔ "Um, unnie I brought you guys watermelon." Eunchae smiled, as she passed over the plate of watermelon. "Woah! Thank you Eunchae-ah." Joohyung ran to the other side of the table and hugged Eunchae. "Here I brought candy from my previous schedule have some." Joohyung ran to her bag and ran back to Eunchae with a handful of candy. "Thank you unnie!"

𓂃᜔ Knowing that Joohyung wasn't really going to do much this round of games she made herself comfortable sitting close to Soobin with her little fan. "Are you done for today?" Soobin asked her. Joohyung nodded and hummed, "Taehyun-ie was right my battery is running low."

𓂃᜔ Joohyung made sure to cheer Beomgyu on as he was running to get 1st place. "Wow! Beom run!" She was waving her arms around.

𓂃᜔ "Kai too cute~" Joohyung wanted to squeeze their maknae with his Pokémon impressions, Joohyung was seen with her arms out wanting Kai.

𓂃᜔ "Mine Kai and Beom!" Joohyung met them halfway as she ran to hug them. "I'm proud of you guys!"

𓂃᜔ "Steal a cookie for me please~" Joohyung pouted at Beomgyu who was having the same idea. "Me too." Yeonjun patted his back, as Beomgyu started to stand up. Beomgyu tried doing the challenge first before ultimately failing and stealing two other cookies with him.

“wow,” the boys’ cheer in admiration as they walk up to the open area of the park. seven different pavilion-like structures have been set up in preparation for the games, lining the back edge of the fence. 

“oh, le sserafim is here,” taehyun comments.

yeonjun runs slightly ahead to get a better view. “do you think we can ask for a handshake?”

soobin chuckles as he jogs slightly to catch up with the others. “y/n-hyung’s here too,” kai chuckles. 

“hyung?” he repeats; immediately perking up at the mention of your name. “which tent?”

beomgyu points towards one near the edge. he chuckles as soobin begins running in its direction, ignoring the various cameras set up and questioning looks from the staff in his wake. 

you notice soobin before he reaches the edge of your tent. he watches as your lips quirk into a bright smile and you step into the sunlight to shorten the distance between you. he’s quick to wrap his arms around you in a tight hug as soon as he’s close enough, nearly pulling you down onto the ground with him in the process. you stumble over each other’s feet; laughter mixing together as you tumble to the ground. 

“i love you, hyung,” soobin whispers. 

“i love you too.”

the grass you’re sitting on feels scratchy against the small patches of exposed skin on your legs as you tug your knees up to your chest. the sun beams down on you from above as you watch your friends playfully dancing to various different songs that play through the loudspeakers beside you.

yeonjun slips away from the field along with jay and sunghoon before he silently moves to sit down beside you. you smile, handing him a bottle of water. “you did good,” you whisper. 

“before we move on, a great competitor was lost this round,” producer nah laughs as he turns back to face him. “yeonjun, what happened?”

you pass producer nah’s mic to your boyfriend, chuckling at how a light flush decorates his cheeks. “do you have anything to say to all of your new fans?”

“honestly, i just did my best,” he smiles. he reaches out to grab your hand when his eyes meet your own for a few seconds. “but i wouldn’t have been able to do it if y/n wasn’t here to cheer me on. so, thank you.”

“i love you,” you whisper.

“i love you too.”

the sun beams down on you from above as you walk along the finely cut grass until you reach a small clearing of trees. your manager coaxes you over, subtly hiding your body behind a thick tree trunk as he walks over to kneel down beside producer nah to whisper something in his ear. 

“ah,” the man smiles as he sits up a little straighter. “before we begin, we have a… surprise. beomgyu, please come to the middle.”

you chuckle when his eyes widen in shock; curiously glancing at soobin for confirmation before he hesitantly crosses over the line and steps into the middle of the field. your manager’s hand brushes against your shoulder for a second before he gently pushes you into view. 

“hyung?” beomgyu whispers in slight disbelief.

You both met backstage, and as the maknae and the oldest you both are VERY different. You both are basically polar opposite. It was quite obvious that Jay had some kind of feelings towards you because of the amount of times he was caught staring and sneaking glances at you. But fans were even more surprised when you both were seen hanging out, both the companies neither confirming nor denying any claims. You both try your best to explain your groups lores.

Jake : Le sserafim

Listen, fans always knew that Jake had a thing for you. Like in the game caterers thing, there were a number of moments when Jake was just, staring. Maybe it was just curiosity because you had stayed in Australia for around 3 years. He was the one who came up to ask for your number. You both have many similarities and became close quickly. Now to no ones surprise you both started going out and were quickly caught on one of your late night endeavours. Fans weren't shocked at all but pretended for the sake of it. You can't blame them it was just too obvious that something was going on.

Yunjin could and would unalive him if he hurt you.

Sunghoon : Ive

This is an overstatement in the kpop world, but you and sunghoon are basically the same person in different font. Not only did you two used to be figure skaters, you both have the exactly same personality. And hence Wonyoung introduced you two, but she wasn't expecting you both to make her feel like the third wheel. Sunghoon had always thought that you were pretty but seeing you in person gave him a mini heart attack. And despite being introverts you both talk non stop 24/7, to the point the staff had to kick you out of sunghoons rooms because of his mc duties. It was the first time that Enha saw hoon being a simp for someone other than himself. Just like Jake, it surprised no one that you two were dating.

Sunoo : Itzy

You both (along with Yuna) were classmates, and know each other since his rookie era. As the gossipers of their groups, it was obvious that you two would be best friends. And fans were aware that you two were friends and everyone just basically adored the friendship between you both. What they didn't know was that you both started going out on dates which were NOT friendly at all. But whenever anyone spotted you both they would think 'oh what a cute friendship'. You and Sunoo love to read theories your fans make about your relationship, and be amazed at how some of them are very accurate. And it was a huge surprise to the fans that you two were dating, but they were still happy and supportive. You both love to watch kdramas together.

Jungwon : Kep1er

You were a trainee under Pledis who debuted in Kep1er, and you were once asked to come to Hybe to talk about your contract reneval. But unfortunately you got lost in the maze like wall of the building, just at that moment Jungwon saw you and he obviously recognised you. And even though it wasn't professional, he couldn't stop thinking about cute you were, like you were basically drowning in the oversized hoodie with the most confused expression. He helped you find the meeting room and throughout that time you both had a fairly good conversation and just when you were about to enter the room he stopped you to ask for your contact. You both were very secretive about your relationship and fans didn't have a speck of knowledge until you both confirmed it.

Like Niki once stumbled upon you dancing alone in the practice room and the song certainly wasn't your groups song, the choreography of that song was very hard and Niki was just mesmerised when he saw you. Then thing is you weren't even being serious about it but you flow and style still caught his attention. You both became friends due to your familiar interests. Familiar interests being dancing, lego and bungeoppang. Now initially many interactions were very awkward as you both did not have many friends and did not know how to act. But fans shipped you and Niki to the point that the company was thinking of making you both fake date, only for popularity. What no one knew that you both were already dating for a couple months.

I have loved Le Sserafim since the Hybe Picnic aka Game Caterers x HYBE. I enjoy their attitude and their chemistry, and I’m fascinated by their histories - the fact that Sakura and Chaewon were previously in a different band together, and that they knew Yunjin as well, and then you’ve got Kazhua speaking another language, from a totally different world of classical ballet. And Gold Maknae Eunchae too of course! 

I would be really interested by a fic about them and their interactions, be that a slice of life or something more complicated, ‘canon compliant’ would be fascinating but I could imagine wonderful things with e.g. X Files AU, buddy cop AU, omegaverse - or a canon-divergent where they meet under different circumstances. I would love something shippy, for any combo of these 4 including poly (to be clear: not anything shippy involving Eunchae though).

So, confession, I’ve only watched the first few episodes of this, having got interested in it from seeing it in the tagset, and I am HOOKED. I love the humungously inescapable queerness of the premise, and I also adore a good historical court intrigue drama, so this looks perfect. I am spoiled for the ending, I know it doesn’t finish with rainbows, and I’m going to go out on a limb and request any fic of your heart, writer, that you would like to write to bring the queerness back or enhance whatever it is that gets in there. Again, I’m not deep into this enough to know how some of the supporting characters develop, so I’ll take any ship which would reasonably come under the ‘queer’ umbrella (including Jang Bong Hwan in the Queen’s body having feelings for women and/or for men), or something about reincarnation/fixit involving Jang Bong Hwan and a male reincarnation of Cheoljong. 

DNWs: This is a tricky one because clearly elements of death and potential suicide are canon, plus the general dub-con of the marriage etc, but please treat this very lightly/gently
