#so i saw my dad today for the first time since just before xmas (or june when he sat in his car outside my house and we spoke for 10 mins)#i was hoping it would just be him but he came with his girlfriend#well now fiance bc he opened with the news of their engagement#n then followed up with the news of his brain tumor#and apparently its not looking good for him in the long run#and im really sad bc obviously hes my dad and i love him#but also bc hes prioritising his new fiance and her family n his sister n her kids n not me :(#like he talked about his plans for moving forward and enjoying his time now hes retired#but none of it seemed to invplve me#like hes always talking about her kids and sayi g everyone wants to meet me but whenever i ask to go up theyre too busy :?#im sad and crying rn
