#one of the things i hate the most abt anxiety is how much i worry over past actions#like i am aware there is nothing that can be done to undo it. there is nothing i can do to change what already happened and i still worry#over it as if i had a way to change it when i am aware there is nothing i can do to fix it#and i beat myself up over all the things i could've done different at the time knowing that i just didn't do it#which is... idk weird bcs i feel like i'm punishing myself over the things i didn't do and i can't do now bcs the action already happened#like the best i can do is do things differently next time and even if i'm aware of that i'm still gonna beat myself up for not doing it in#the first place#like now. i'm worrying over smth that i already sent to my prof. it's done. no takes backs and i still have a chance to fix it if she sends#smth back. i can do things differently next time but i still feel that i messed up big time and i can't rlly fix anything bcs i already did#smth different from what i thought afterwards#and although i know all i already said before i'm still beating myself up for smth that can be different a next time#having anxiety and being aware of it is so wild bcs yeah i'm anxious abt smth yeah ik it's illogical to be worried over that yet i can't#stop it. i wish i could but i just can't#sigh... i'm so normal#jo.txt
