We need to end the ‘loud/obnoxious character getting headcanoned as adhd and the quiet/nervous one getting headcanoned as autistic’ industrial complex
#did u kno. autistic ppl can be loud and annoying etc#idk it just feels like ppl only use the MOST surface level shit to make nd headcanons#rather than actually thinking about why the characters do what they do#and it’s often in a way that ignores more stigmatised traits of autism like. being a gross obstructive loud weirdo.#vice versa w adhd like ppl can have inattentive type and like be ‘immature’ generally or socially w adhd#just I can speak on that less#I’m not advocating that we like ignore the main traits of either disorder#like some ppl go too far and act like ANY trait of asd is covered by adhd#and vice versa#but consider also that some of u guys headcanons r fucking boring
