just watched ballad of songbirds and snakes and I really liked it, my only tea is that I don't think the narrative really is made for a good movie adaptation and it kind of shows, it probably would have been better as a short 1 season show or a double feature because the pacing from part 2 to part 3 is a bit awkward and just because there is so much content to get into, a lot of moments felt pretty rushed. loved seeing the main setpiece of the capitol street be a roundabout I used to work 1 street away from tho & a lot of buildings being slightly edited famous berlin buildings was a huge banger.
#myposts#thg#I think for a movie they should have shortened some things a bit#or just left out characters and scenes because there was a biiit too much going on#like some scenes clearly served a purpose but they could just conveyed some information better by saving time and saying it out loud#like the scene with the girl getting bitten by the snakes. her whole character basically just existed in the movie#to explain that these snakes get used to certain scents which viola davis could have just said out loud#or one of snows belongings could have accidentally dropped into the tank etc you know#i guess its also to show that viola davis character is ruthless and cruel but idk the rest of the movie already did that better#for some reason that scene even kinda made you question what even is up with her in a way the movie never really resolves#or like. the character of jessup just wasn't all that important to the story and his thing dragged out quite a bit#like they could have easily just left that out and found a shorter way to lure lucy out of the room she was hiding in#and theres a lot of moments like that that just drag the story a bit and then go nowhere#the guy carrying all the corpses into the middle isnt really that important afterwards#like yeah i like that the story shows that there always was rebellion on the side of the tributes but like.#the whole games could have shortened to what snow really saw while observing them etc like its not really what the movie was ABOUT#like the movie was about snows rise to power#and for that the movie occasionally lingered waay too long on things that had nothing to do with him#or his development as a character u know.

Still in hunger games analysis mode, do you guys ever think about what Seneca did Wrong. About where he failed at the job he was given.
Because I think what his true fatal flaw was, was he believed it. He believed in the game and all of the propoganda surrounding it.
And this was something that was bound to happen in Snow's kingdom eventually! He made citizens that were clueless and lost in his little cloud nine. You can't make killers out of your arrogant, privileged sheep population!
Seneca Crane believed that the games were about the great show, about making stars and entertaining the masses.
The cold truth that you and I and Snow are aware of, is that the games are one part of the great oppression machine. They're a good political tool to be in control of, they can be used as a punishment to target whoever you need to, you can manipulate the big show on screen in a crude mockery of what's going on in real life! You can crush the spirit of certain districts, you can keep other ones loyal to you. And the victors are an extremely valuable Product that you are endlessly creating, idols and mouthpieces for your horrible propaganda machine.
So that's what the games do! A good tool for a dictator to have, and if you're aware of all the context, then being in charge of them gives you a lot of power.
But Seneca?? Seemed to genuinely believe he was there to put on a big fancy show😭 He was so excited about it, he chatted to sponsors, he did the interviews, he picked themes😭
Like of course he gave Katniss a 12 after her stunt, he wasn't worried about the fire outfits or her popularity at All. Because he thought it'd be good ratings, and it was! That's what he thought the goal was: Get the best, most entertaining story possible.
All those talks in the Rose garden?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was not Seneca checkin in with the boss, that was the boss saying Hey what the Fuck are You Doing.
Because Seneca truly did not understand at all! How dangerous it would look for someone from district 12 to rise up that fast! (And Snow most definitely understood Very Quickly because he has been dunked on before by a black haired girl from district 12😭)
But even after that Very explicitly clear talk, Seneca kept allowing Katniss chances to tell the Mockingjay story. Because he is a fool, who thought he was there to make tv😭 And did not realise that the silly story they tell in the games, has very real effects on the districts.
Like the metaphor for it could be you hire someone to make you maybe pro-military, pro-war, propaganda films, and that goes great for years until they get a few generations in and the new guys are like "oh we're just making popular films here right?" And let your direct rebel enemy, star in a touching depiction of how great rebellion is😭 And then your movie guy goes "how was that boss? Lots of people watched!" ☠️

the patient - part 4
Tumblr media
toxic!loganhowlett x reader

Tumblr media
<< part 3 | series masterlist | fic masterlist | part 5 >>
summary: you and bobby are doing great but logan makes amends (he tries his damned best)
content: bobby and reader are having a grand old time but logan is suffering terribly at the hands of jean and he cannot seem to catch a break. reader is also extremely delulu towards the end.
warnings: 18+, mdni, apology sex, piv, lots of endearments used during sex, angsty sex, gentle sex, you'll-want-to-scream-at-reader-sex, all mentions of jean are actually referring to the phoenix who is extremely mentally unstable.
word count: 2.4k
a/n: this was initially going to be the last part but I think I have some ideas + if you have any pls let me know because this has potential, especially w bobby
the days that follow are thick with tension between you and logan.
you’ve put distance between yourselves, trying to avoid each other as much as possible.
you spend more time with bobby, and it's so easy with him. bobby’s sweet and patient, his presence a balm for the wounds logan left behind.
often you have snow fights in the ground with bobby and his friends, other times you curl up and watch a silly nicholas sparks movie or two.
and,,, the sex is pretty good too. bobby might not have near two centuries of experience but if it's a good dicking down you need, he's happy to provide. plus he does this thing with ice… just thinking about it makes heat pool in your core.
"oi!" he says, finding you in the library on a particular chilly morning.
it's warm in here and emily brontë makes for great company.
you laugh as he scoops you up off the bean bag you're sitting on, pressing you against the wall and stealing a kiss. and then another. and then another.
"bobby!" you hiss. "what if one of the kids walk in?!"
"mmm…" he moans softly into your mouth, sliding his cool tongue against yours. "then it'll be a surprise biology lesson."
you smack his arm and he laughs, finally setting you down.
"emily brontë?" he asks, taking the book from you, careful to slide his finger into the pages so you don't lose your spot.
"ye, you like?"
"i love." he replies, flopping down next to you and opening the book, reading out loud from where you've left off.
yeah. it's so easy with bobby.
meanwhile, in the other wing of the mansion, logan’s world is crumbling. jean’s power over him is overwhelming, even the professor is struggling to reign her in, and in her attempts to bring logan closer, she’s slowly unraveling him.
she pushes him, tries to draw out the animal within, thinking she can control it, harness it. but logan isn’t a tool, and the strain of resisting her is breaking him apart.
you hear whispers from the other students, talk of how logan’s been snapping at everyone, his temper shorter than ever. even the mansion’s teachers, who are used to his rough edges, are keeping their distance. you’re not immune to the rumors, and each one is a reminder that despite everything, you still care about him deeply.
even so, during this time, logan tries to make it up to you, in his own way. he doesn’t apologize directly—he’s too proud, too stubborn for that—but you notice the small things he does. he leaves a cup of your favorite tea on your desk one morning, the steam still rising from the cup when you find it.
and the best part of it all is that he’s careful not to intrude on your time with bobby, even though you often catch him watching the two of you with a conflicted expression.
there’s even a day when you find a small bouquet of wildflowers left on your bed, the note simply reading, “you deserve better.”
it’s clear that he’s struggling with his emotions, trying to make amends in the only way he knows how. but you’re hurt, and you’re not ready to forgive him yet. you tuck away each gesture, each unspoken apology, knowing that it doesn’t erase the pain he caused.
the tension between you two remains, a storm waiting to break. the nights are the hardest for logan. jean’s attempts to mould him into something he’s not have pushed him to the edge, and he’s barely holding on.
he's begun spending his nights alone, staring at the ceiling, unable to sleep. he's too overwhelmed by jean and obviously, he can't have you anymore. the mansion feels like a cage, and he’s trapped within it, suffocating under the weight of his own thoughts.
night after night he takes this until it becomes too much.
you’re lying in bed, trying to distract yourself with a book, when there’s a soft knock at your door. you hesitate, knowing who it is before you even open it. you felt him decide several minutes ago and the nausea of the wait has you shaking.
when you open the door, logan is standing there, looking more broken than you’ve ever seen him. his eyes are red-rimmed, dark circles under them, and he’s trembling slightly, as if he’s barely holding himself together. and he's sopping wet. you hadn't even realised it was raining but by god, he's drenched.
“logan,” you breathe, your heart clenching at the sight of him. he smells awfully strongly of whiskey and tobacco.
“i can’t… i can’t do this anymore,” he says, his voice raw with emotion. there’s no pretense, no walls between you, just the man you’ve always known, stripped down to his most vulnerable self.
you let him in, closing the door softly behind him. logan’s presence fills the room, but it’s not the usual intensity you’re used to. tonight, he’s fragile, on the brink of breaking. he stands in the middle of your room, his hands clenched into fists at his sides, as if he’s trying to keep himself from falling apart.
without a word, you step forward and take his hand. he flinches at the contact, but then he grips your hand tightly – too tightly – his eyes closing as if he’s drawing strength from you.
you lead him to your bed, and the two of you sit down side by side. logan’s head drops, and he lets out a shaky breath.
“i’m sorry,” he says quietly, the words so soft you almost don’t hear them. “i’m sorry for everything.”
your heart aches at the sincerity in his voice. this is what you’ve been waiting for — an acknowledgment of the pain he caused you, of the way he hurt you. but seeing him like this, so broken, makes it hard to hold onto your anger.
you don’t say anything, just carefully climb into his wet lap, letting him know that you’re here, that you haven’t given up on him. you can feel the water start to seep through your clothes but you cannot bring yourself to care.
logan leans his head against your shoulder, the weight of it comforting in a way you hadn’t expected. you can feel the tension slowly leaving his body as he relaxes against you, and for a moment, the world outside doesn’t exist. it’s just the two of you, sitting in the dark, finding solace in each other’s presence.
“been an ass,” he mutters, his voice rough. “didn’t mean what i said. never wanted to hurt you.”
you swallow the lump in your throat and nod, even though he can’t see it. “i know,” you whisper. “but that doesn’t mean it didn’t hurt.”
logan sighs, his breath warm against your neck. “just don’t know how to fix this,” he admits. “but i want to try.”
the vulnerability in his voice tugs at something deep inside you, and you feel your resolve weakening. “logan… i don’t know if we can go back to how things were.”
you think back to bobby. and then you quickly wipe the thought away. if you dwell on it too much, you'll sabotage everything all at once.
“i’m not asking for that,” he says quickly, sitting up to look at you. his eyes are dark, filled with a mixture of regret and hope. “i just… i just want to be close to you again. i need you.”
it’s those last three words that break through your defenses. you’ve spent so long longing for logan to admit that he needs you, that he cares about you beyond the fights and the tension. hearing him say it now, when he’s at his lowest, feels like a lifeline – for both of you.
you take a deep breath, knowing full well you're probably making a mistake. “i’m here. i’m not going anywhere.”
something in his eyes shifts, and for the first time in days, you see the man you fell for. he leans in, hesitating for a moment, giving you the chance to pull away. but you don’t. when his lips meet yours, it’s gentle, almost tentative, as if he’s afraid of breaking you.
but you’re not broken. not anymore. and as you kiss him back, you let go of the anger, the hurt, and the frustration. all that’s left is the two of you, finding comfort in each other in the only way you know how.
the kiss deepens, becoming more desperate, more intense, as if both of you are trying to erase the pain with every touch. logan’s hands are on you, pulling you closer, his need for you palpable in every movement. there’s no hesitation now, no doubt—just the overwhelming need to be with each other, to find that familiar comfort in the only way that makes sense.
when you finally break apart, both of you are breathless, your hearts racing. logan looks at you, his expression torn between relief and fear. “i need you,” he repeats, his voice barely more than a whisper.
“i’m here,” you say again, and this time, you mean it in every possible way.
logan’s hands slide up your back, pulling you against him as he presses his forehead to yours. he slips them under your shirt and undoes your bra hook in a quick practiced movement.
"lo…" you whisper needily, pushing your fingers into his wet hair.
bobby was good— hell, bobby was great but with logan this is just something else. it always will be.
"i know, pretty girl. i'll take care of ya." he soothes, pulling your shirt and bra off you gently.
he lips are on your neck within a second, giant paws coming up to palm your breasts roughly. he groans when you rock your hips against his, squeezing your waist to still you.
"patience," he commands, only letting go when he's sure you'll listen.
carefully, he sinks his teeth into your neck again, perfectly in the spot that he knows makes you wild. you whine his name and it makes him smile against your skin.
"missed me, sugar?"
"so badly, lo! fuck…" you trail off as he moves his mouth down to suck a pink bruise into the soft flesh of your breast.
and then he's tugging on the waist of your jeans, pulling them over the swell of your butt, taking your panties with them.
"fuck, baby, look at you. making such a mess already." he runs his fingers through your lips and holds them up to show you, your sticky need webbing between his fingers.
he puts them in his mouth, sucking the nectar off and pulling them out with an obscene pop. it would make you blush but logan's said and done much worse with you.
"logan, please… been too long…"
"i know, sugar, i know. just wait."
his mouth is on yours then, and the mix of his tobacco and your need makes you moan as he eats your mouth out. sex with logan is always filthy, it's hot and messy and you're desperate for more.
he makes you sit up so that he can pop his belt off, the buckle hitting the floor with a clink as he shuffles his jeans off. his cock pops out, ramrod straight and red with need. how long has it been since he's found relief? you ache for him and with your need for him.
"c'mon, babygirl, sit," he directs, guiding you onto his cock. you're slick enough that your pussy starts swallowing him instantaneously.
"attagirl…" he groans, going back to suckling on your neck, making you mewl and whimper.
he tugs you further down, his grip on your waist bruising. lower and lower you sink down on him, walls fluttering around his girth as you moan his name helplessly. his cock is big, always too big, and it makes you bury your face in his neck. but his hold on you is unrelenting, holding you in place until he's balls deep in you.
"logan, please… please…" you beg, desperate to get him moving. having him like this, so fully in you, is overwhelming.
"look at me, angel," he encourages, voice uncharacteristically soft.
your eyes struggle to fix on his, but you manage with a shaky breath.
it takes him a moment to collect his own thoughts before it hits you what he's going to say next and it takes your breath away.
quickly, so he beats your vision to the point, he whispers, "i love you."
and fuck. the vision took your breath away but hearing him actually say it out loud makes you tear up and bury your face in his neck.
the moment is so raw, his furnace hot body making you sticky with sweat. his eyes burn holes into you with such genuine intensity, you get so desperately overwhelmed.
realising how much he's affected you, he gets you moving. he always knows what to do with you, even when you're crumbling. rolling your hips together, he kisses you deep and raw.
"let it go, baby, let it all go. i've got you." he encourages, making you pick up speed, his hands moving you steadily.
so you do. you finally, truly, let yourself go. you feel 19 again, letting logan take you like he did for the first time in that hotel room in the middle of bumfuck, nowhere.
it doesn't take him long, grunting in your ear, to get you to the edge. he feels the telltale squeezing of your walls and sees your eyes roll back into your head and knows right away.
"just like that, pretty girl… come for me, just like that."
you slump in his arms, falling over the edge and letting him help you ride your high. you pant into the crook of his neck, entirely spent, moaning happily when his climax follows yours.
he tips back carefully, holding you to his chest and pressing soft kisses into your hair.
"i'm sorry," he murmurs, rubbing your back soothingly. "i love you."
your eyes snap up to him, narrowing, but his are closed and he doesn't see you. you try to read his mind and see if he means every last word of it. it isn't for the lack of trying but logan's gotten awfully good at blocking you out in the last few weeks.
so you take a deep breath and just like that, you forget everything about bobby and believe him. you believe him.

So I’m rewatching Rise of the Guardians and I wanna say something - a theory I have about the movie that is never verbally theorized or communicated but heavily implied,,, or they just made a mistake
SO- the scene I’m talking about is in the movie, when they’re all at Easter island or Bunny’s realm, Jack has to take Sophie back home.
Now for context; rise of the guardians is a movie about how Jack Frost becomes the guardian of fun and to protect that child immaturity or fun they have.
The other guardians include Sand man(guardian of dreams), Santa(guardians of wonder), tooth fairy(guardian of memories?, and the Easter bunny(guardian of hope)
Pitch Black isn’t a guardian but he is like a myth like the other guys and he’s the villain.
Jack Frost started out the same way all the guardians do and as Pitch Black does; unbelieved in. And when no one believes in you; you are both physically weak and no one can touch you or see you and the guardians cannot physically touch any humans either.
This is important. No one can see Jack Frost- so when we see him in action in the beginning of the movie with the kids and Jamie asks “who is Jack Frost?” It’s evident enough there, no one has heard of this dude.
Now an important fact with contributes to my theory- his mom is the one who mentions Jack Frost and she says that as she takes Sophie back inside.
But focusing on Jack - in this Easter realm part of the movie, Sophie has snuck into the Easter realm and plays with the guardians until she eventually falls asleep, now they must discuss who can take her back home.
Jack says he’ll do it - already not possible because still in this moment even with the other guardians, no one believes in him. YET. SOMEHOW.
Jack is physically able to touch and carry Sophie all the way back home.
So at that point in the movie or PRIOR; someone started believing in Jack Frost.
The working theory is; Jamie’s mom or even Sophie at the beginning of the movie believed in Jack Frost.
Obviously the mom doesn’t because she can’t see him - but after she mentions Jack Frost we no longer see Sophie on screen anymore.
This is interesting later when she sees everyone in the Easter realm- she ONLY addresses the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy. Not caring at all for Jack Frost or Santa. Not because she can’t see them, but because she’s a little girl who likes cute things; like bunnies and fairies.
She also has to believe in Jack Frost if he is able to carry her back home.
This is also important because as I established; it’s the children’s belief in the guardians that makes them strong.
That’s why bunny shrinks near the end of the movie, Santa’s age catches up to him, tooth can’t fly etc
But in the fight scene where Pitch Black defeats Sand man; Jack retaliates with a very strong ice attack and defeats Pitch Black - Jack isn’t sure how he was capable of doing something so powerful and I believe it was after the interaction he’s had with the kids-
Sophie heard her mom say something about a Jack Frost “nipping at your nose” and now that child associates Jack Frost with snow or frostbite - and you know how kids believe anything they’re told, even if it’s not to them.
So; final theory.
Jack was able to carry Sophie and be this strong because SOPHIE believed in him in the beginning of the movie.

ULTRA BEAUTY
Now on Netflix:
Tumblr media
Ultraman: Rising--The very name Ultraman is a madeleine for me, evoking powerful childhood memories, often thrilling, just as often frustrating. As a kid in rural northwestern Pennsylvania in the early '70s, I used to try to tune in UHF Channel 29 from Buffalo, New York, on weekday afternoons to see reruns of the late '60s Japanese TV series about the solar-powered superhero who battled all manner of bizarre kaiju threatening humanity.
When the weather was clear, especially in the summer, I would often have a good signal, and I'd get a clear picture of the weird psychedelic paint swirls out of which the show's opening title would take shape. When the weather was lousy or wintry, I'd usually get nothing but snow, and great would be my indignant disappointment.
In the early iteration of the show that I loved (1966-67), created by Godzilla special effects master Eiji Tsuburaya, Ultraman was the alter-ego of Clark Kent-esque Hayata, an intrepid member of the "Science Patrol." This agency was tasked with animal control duties on the myriad massive monsters that regularly inconvenience Japanese society and threaten its infrastructure. When the situation became sufficiently desperate, Hayata would excuse himself and press a button on the "Beta Capsule" he carried, thus transforming himself into the sleek android giant, who would then fight the creature in question with a combination of martial arts and a variety of rays he could shoot from different parts of his body.
Ultraman's might was short-lived, however. Very early in the fight, a small warning light in the center of his chest would begin to flash, and the narrator, in the English-dubbed versions I saw, would gravely intone (if memory serves): "The energy which Ultraman draws from the sun diminishes rapidly in Earth's atmosphere. The warning light begins to blink. If it stops blinking before he returns to the sun, Ultraman will never rise again!" Or something like that. It seemed pretty urgent, every episode.
The franchise has continued in Japan throughout the decades, over dozens of series with differing characters, as well as movies, comics, video games etc. I never followed any of them. This animated feature from Netflix, however, is of American origin, though it's set in Japan and is an unmistakably loving homage. Directed by Shannon Tindle from a script he wrote with Marc Haimes, this one gives The Big U a new alter-ego, a handsome baseball star named Sato, who is estranged from his father, a scientist who once had the Ultraman secret identity gig.
Early on, a winged monster's baby imprints on Sato/Ultraman (voiced by Christopher Sean) and regards him as his parent. The story involves our hero's efforts, aided by a flying robotic sphere (Tamlyn Tomita) to protect the baby from the schemes of the kaiju-hating Dr. Onda (Keone Young), and also to mend his relationship with his Dad (Gedde Watanabe).
The old show was deeply silly but visually elegant; this new feature is visually elegant but balances the silliness with a sincere attempt at solid characterizations and relationships. It's an entertaining movie, but it does have a large downside, at least for me: I found the baby kaiju grotesquely cutesy; it looks like a mutant human baby in a tacky Halloween costume. It's like an Anne Geddes photo gone nightmarish.
In general, I could have done with more full-grown kaiju action. But the finale of Ultraman: Rising is fairly spectacular, and there's a lot to like in this movie. I would welcome future installments in this series. I particularly like the idea of an Ultraman who treats kaiju as humanely as possible. Or, rather, ultra-humanely.

Evil Queen gets a subtle soft character reboot in The Villains Lair
In The Villains Lair by PattyCake Productions all the Disney villains are back! They are amazingly well done.
They all look like real life versions of the original characters and they are written to be in character. Some of them get expanded backstories and new goals but they all act like the would, in their original movies with the single exception of the Evil Queen.
In Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Evil Queen decided to have Snow White killed because the Magic Mirror said she was the fairest. In Tough Love, Evil Queen stated that she ordered Snow White’s assassination because she saw her talking to the Prince and she felt threatened by the idea of Snow White ascending to the throne.
Of course, she could have been lying or twisting the story. After all, other villains lie in the series. Prince Hans has told people that Anna chose to randomly break off her engagement to him to be with Kristoff instead of admitting he tried to kill her.
However, her explanation is actually consistent with her characterising within the series. Evil Queen’s goals are power and revenge. She was honest about killing Snow White’s father so that she didn’t have to share power. Why would she lie about why she wanted Snow White dead?
Cruella de Vil, Gaston, Mother Gothel and Yzma sang a song about making bad look good. Evil Queen didn’t. In fairness, Evil Queen couldn’t be there for that song otherwise Ursula wouldn’t have turned up to talk to the others. Even so, Evil Queen never brings up her own looks or asks the mirror who the fairest is.
The only time Evil Queen mentioned being the fairest, she was in disguise and she was talking about ‘fairness’ as in justice, not looks. She did glare at Snow White when she said people say the same thing about her but she never looks happy around the princesses unless she’s faking it.
Maleficent pointed out that the Magic Mirror called Snow White the fairest and she’s called Evil Queen old. Evil Queen didn’t rise to the bait about this, even when they were fighting.
Evil Queen is still very much a villain. In fact, she’s currently the leader of the villains but this version of her is more interested in stay in power and getting revenge than in her own beauty.

Meta: Help Rationalizing THG Worldbuilding
I originally posted this on reddit, even though I'm not really a redditor, because I've had trouble getting much traction on tumblr lately. I just made this sideblog, though, so I decided to share it just in case anyone wanted to discuss this with me.
According to the first book, all we really get about the history of the world of Panem is:
everyone kind of knows their education of history is propaganda, even if they don't have the word for it
Panem is in what used to be called North America, but an unspecified series of natural disasters and wars led to the rise of Panem's current regime
it's the 74th Annual Hunger Games, meaning that it's been somewhere about 75-80 years since the ultimate conclusion of the Rebellion of the Districts against the Capitol, implying that there was some period of time before the rebellion of the Districts and the "Dark Days" during which Panem was the seat of power that was risen up against
Before the existence of the prequel novel, I think that some of us sort of thought that this pre-Panem era might have been the dying days of the United States. However, it seems that it's pretty impossible for that to be true, given how different socially and culturally the Panem of young Coriolanus Snow.
I think it is implied that the excessive reliance upon Greco-Roman pseudo-language, nomenclature, and symbols, was part of a concerted effort on the part of those pulling the strings - people like Dr. Gaul and her ilk - to evoke certain theoretical states of being, directly and intentionally evoking panem et circenses as a mission statement and a weird if-you-know-you-know kind of dig at masses who were kept ignorant, both in and outside the Capitol. (Of course, this is really convenient when you're a YA author trying to drive home and teach a point at the same time.)
However, this had already started before the Rebellion, making it clear that the Capitol was rebuilt much in its own image, even if certain things intensified. And the Capitol of the TBOSAS movie is one that evokes both familiar imagery from the original film triology and a much harsher imagery that draws on very harsh federal and classical architecture, mixed with a kind of Soviet propaganda flavored art style and brutalism. (I'm using these words with a vague understanding of what they mean but an acknowledgment that there may be better descriptions of what I'm talking about.)
This, in turn, perplexes me, because I had sort of understood the Capitol's decadence to have been very... LA-flavored from the start. I had presumed that the Capitol had a hard time that might have more resembled starving in a resort, the way Katniss describes the situation when they're infiltrating the Capitol in Mockingjay. I had also come to the Aha moment, a couple years ago when teaching The Hunger Games (the first book) to seventh graders, that the "Capitol Accent" was a future-evolved version of verbal fry a la the Kardashians or something. I thought that the Capitol population might have been a "Hollywood Elite" run inland to the Rockies due to, I dunno, part of California falling into the sea. I thought that this might have also gone along with the idea that power is in spectacle, and there are conservative people all over who yell and scream about the Hollywood effectively being some kind of lefty shadow government, or whatever.
TBOSAS threw this perception for a loop, when one sees that the color and glitz and glamor of the Capitol, having healed and vampire-sucked the Districts for seven decades, seems to have had a weird original story with Lucy Gray and Dr. Gaul's warring colors, spectacle, and appeal.
While the Tenth Hunger Games are wiped from record as best as they can, the collective memory of Lucy Gray and how much the people started to become invested in her, along with the spectacle of the snakes, pushed and impression of a wild, freer aesthetic -- at least in terms of a first domino falling. At least, that's my current perception.
But, as described, it really challenges my prior conception of what the Capitol is, culturally speaking, and where it and the rest of Panem came from.
The Covey, also, may be an even bigger thorn in my side in this regard. I absolutely love the representation of something of my Appalachian heritage in the music that is depicted in TBOSAS. I also love the way it filters down into Katniss's story. However, the existence of the Covey also seems like something very anachronistic even for this imaginary-future timeline.
During what kind of era and circumstances where the Covey's parent generation - Lucy Gray's mother and others - existing?
Was in the the Capitol era before the Dark Days war? It must have been, right? But what came immediately before that?
The Covey seem to draw some vague flavor from pop culture perceptions of the Roma (which is kind of weird for the Appalachians but who knows and Roma can be anywhere they want), but it seems even more rooted in some kind of spiritual connection to - for example - the Carter Family becoming involved in syndication and touring with music that was previously unknown to the rest of America and the world. With Bristol, Tennessee/Virginia, being the "Birthplace of Country Music."
But that happened during the early 20th century.
One presumes that the timeline of Panem and The Hunger Games diverges from our own sometime in our own future, but has this perception on my part been wrong all along?
Is The Hunger Games universe better-perceived as something like the Fallout universe where it's sort of a nuclear-power-arms-race-punk divergent timeline well BEFORE the apocalypse that resulted in the present dystopia?
I would love to hear anyone's opinion on this, whether it's a reassurance that "just don't worry about it" is the best approach or someone who's better at worldbuilding-brain than I offering some kind of explanation - whether based on canon or fanon.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

fuck it, night at the museum in disney world — here are the charas favorite attractions. don't ask me how everyone and the tablet got to orlando
larry — carousel of progress. vaguely, vaguely remembers going on the original as a kid at the 1965 world's fair and nicky calls him an Old
nicky — rock 'n' roller coaster or cosmic rewind. but he's one of those guests that gets annoyed if the ride song is "everybody wants to rule the world”
teddy — hall of presidents, OBVIOUSLY. does the spider-man pointing at the other theodore roosevelt animatronic
sacajawea — jungle cruise. gets REALLY into the S.E.A. lore, but besides that, she and teddy are always the ones laughing the loudest at the skipper's puns. you also best believe she's making everyone go on living with the land, too
ahkmenrah — loves haunted mansion for the macabre. murderous, power-hungry constance hatchaway cuts a little too close to home tho, so he prob prefers to ride tower of terror. also a cosmic rewind enjoyer, but if they get any ride song EXCEPT "september", grumbles about how they wasted a virtual queue reservation for the rest of the night
jedediah — big thunder mountain railroad. gets whiplash from staring at the goat during that one turn. goes tf off if anyone suggests him or octavius go on it's a small world
octavius — spaceship earth for the Roman Representation:tm:. appreciates the distinguished, old-school "edutainment" vibes (and the soothing voice of narrator dame Judi Dench)
attila — can't sit still on traditional omnimover rides, so he's really into fantasmic and the fireworks (absolutely loses it at the part with sorcerer mickey and the maleficent dragon). basically any show with flashy "magic" effects
joan of arc — rise of the resistance. 100% has no idea what the fuck is going on for most of the ride, but once she catches the general rebellion concept, she's ALL IN. prob tries to climb out of the ride vehicle to take a swipe at kylo ren
amelia — soarin', for the flight simulation vibes. tries to get the pilot role on smugglers run every time too, and takes it waaaaay too seriously, no matter how bad the team is. also forces everyone to wait in line for four hours for flight of passage
custer — splash mountain or country bear jamboree. loves all that old-timey, yeehaw shit. you Know why
kahmunrah — the great movie ride (cause i'm ignoring the existence of runaway railway lol). absolutely tries to take over the ride with ivan, napoleon, and al, plus recruiting the misc gangsters and western bandits/bank robbers. absolutely get their asses beat by the cast members
tilly — not a big fan of rides in general, but loves the beauty and the beast live show and goes to every princess meet and greet : )
lancelot — seven dwarves mine train, because they remind him of his jester and he likes to laugh at them (it also makes him feel like he's saving snow white at the end). if they go on pirates, he also tries to white knight for red and the ladies at the auction without realizing the scene has totally changed
laa — they stick him on the peoplemover and leave him there until the night is over lmao

Well considering the hunger games was originally meant to be a stand alone, I don’t see why she can’t also turn the Ballad into a trilogy…
Yes, I understand she wants something meaningful to write about when she does but there is so much going on in the world that she could pull from.
Also, there is so much left open with Snow at the end of the books. What happened completely between him and Tigris, what other things did he implement into the games, and hell I’ll read his campaign run. We don’t even have to bring Lucy Gray back, leave her a mystery with her song flying around his mind through the last two novels.
The next one could be about his first year as a game maker, now he’s really pulling the strings from behind the scenes, and this time he’s allowed. If he’s already in control, what rules did he find to break regardless. What goes on with him and Gaul. Does he eventually overshadow her and gets rid of her or does she stay with him till she dies?
We can see Mags games, and learn more about her. Was she silenced? I believe so. Those eels at the end of the movie, since she’s the district 4 victor, could be for her games. Who would be the mentors, since it was determined using students was a bad idea but there isn’t possibly enough victors at that time. Did they use university students, the game makers themselves (🤯), or other people? Does Tigris suggest the stylists for her own prerogative, maybe to help a little in all of Coryo’s hurt?
Did they use the same arena based on that throw away line about having cameras down there next year? Or a new arena all together? Do they still keep them in the zoo, only under better conditions, or somewhere else?
Speaking of, I saw something interesting stating that Snow turned his own apartment building into the place where the tributes are taken during Katniss games, bc it has 12 floors. If this is true, how did that come about and when? What happened to the Plinths? Did they ever find out? Probably not, but I want to see this dynamic as well.
Also I want to see what his offer was when he was running for president. Who did he poison, who did he trick and manipulate, and who was on his side? Also HIS WIFE! Did it end up being Livia Cardew
No matter who it is that is something I want to see after his catastrophe with Lucy Gray cause damnnnn. Also her name, Livia Cardew…Livia Drusilla. Oddly, Coryo reminds me more of her than the actual character. It’s rumored she used poisons to subdue her and her husbands enemies, both for his and her own person gain and rise; very snow reminiscent. But what if this is also Livia. Like he originally try’s to hide it but eventually comes to help him if that make sense 🤨
Idk but anyways it could be a trilogy, she could explore the corruption of politics and power in general. Presidential candidates lie all the time, they tell you what you want to hear, they manipulate others into voting and a lot more goes on behind the scenes that were just not privileged to know. She could explore that with snow. Power being corrupting could also be snow but it’d be interesting if it was Livia his wife. Imagine she’s against him but eventually she becomes like him as well because the power becomes her cloak. Tigris and Mags could be a call back to Lucy and Snow from the first book maybe, or something of their own. I like to think that Mags knew Coral and Mizzen they could both bond on losing the ones they loved. Mags about Coral and Mizzen and Tigris about (the old) Coriolanus.

RotG (Rise of the Guardians) Fanfic Idea:
We keep on to RotG (Rise of the Guardians) with Jack Frost (mostly the movie world, not the books, as they are less known from what I know). This story idea is actually meant to be a short one-shot, the first of a whole collection of one-shots I called “The cruel thing about believing” (“Lo Cruel de Creer” in Spanish). The collection is supposed to be about adventure stories or experiences that somehow always relate Jack and the rest of the Guardians to the 300 years Jack spent in solitude.
There are a number of facts I have written elsewhere, and that in theory would apply to the entire collection (so you can know what bases to work with and which facts to implement or explain in the corresponding one-shot). And if anyone is interested, they can ask me (or not) to share that list with them as well. With all that in mind, here is the second story (idea):
❄️Jack the Grim Reaper:
Jack has been late to some Guardian meetings. Bunny starts to get annoyed by it and the others, while not annoyed, are intrigued. They all assume that Jack is just playing around (since they found out he's a child, they've changed their view of Jack, which annoys the winter spirit since, yes, he's a child, but he lived 300 years alone with almost no problems, thank you very much). Likewise, Jack takes advantage of this view of them towards him to make up excuses for his lateness (playing with Jamie or other believers, bringing snow and cold to certain areas), but eventually the excuses start to anger Bunny, who decides to follow him. The other Guardians join him and they all discover something that leads them to confront Jack in search of an explanation. Or, winter also brings death, and Jack just wants to help the unprotected children have a good time before they have to leave.
1. Sometime between being reborn and becoming a Guardian, Jack met Death, who was claiming the soul of a little girl at the time. At first Jack wanted to confront Death, demanding that Death leave the girl alone, to let her live, but then Death shows him the conditions of what that life would be like, and a remorseful Jack offers to help.
2. Death relents and grants Jack the power to harvest children's souls himself (his staff creates a glowing hologram of a Reaper's Scythe when he does so). When a child is on the verge of death, Jack becomes visible to them. Thus, for a few hours, Jack can cheer up the children (their souls) and convince them that death is not bad. After making sure the children are happy, he introduces them to Death and promises that Death will take them to a better place. “[All children go to a good place, that’s all you need to know and all I can explain, Jack Frost.”]
3. The Guardians see Jack harvesting the soul of a little girl who died in the winter. The whole time Jack harvests the soul, cheers the girl up, and hands her over to Death, they don’t make themselves known or say anything, in shock. [Death lets Jack know he’s being watched.]
4. The Guardians confront Jack for explanations and he tells the story {Point 1. and 2.}. They are still in shock but understand everything. Jack offers them the option of helping him, as he knows the children would be happier more easily if they could see the Guardians before they leave. None (except Sandy, who accepts without hesitation) accepts but they say they’ll think about it, they still need to process what happened.
5. Jack doesn’t show up to any subsequent meetings for at least 3 months: a town suffers from a particularly freezing winter. This time, no one says anything.

Auroras, The Course of Empire, and a HUGE Tiger & Bunny 2 realization
Before I begin, let me start out with a brief art history lesson about a series of 5 paintings by English-American painter Thomas Cole of the Hudson River School movement (mid-1800's). The series depicts the growth and fall of an imaginary city, each taking place at a different time of day to reflect where in its lifecycle it is. The paintings are: "The Savage State" or "Commencement of Empire" (Dawn/sunrise)
Tumblr media
The Arcadian/Pastoral State (morning)
Tumblr media
The Consummation of Empire (Sun's zenith/Day)
Tumblr media
Destruction (Waning day/twilight)
Tumblr media
and finally, Desolation (Sunset)
Tumblr media
Of course even beyond Cole, the different stages of the day/night cycle has widely been used to symbolize the circle of life: Morning/Sunrise being birth/rebirth, Day for "adulthood"/Consummation (completion), Sunset/Twilight for downfall/aging, and Night for death. The SECOND thing we need to establish is the way "Little Aurora" is constantly equated with " hope" - both literally (as in it says the words right there) and figuratively, since she represents hope for not just NEXT, but society as a whole:
Tumblr media
Now - how does this relate to Tiger & Bunny 2, you may ask? If you recall, Sunsets were a visual metaphor in Cour 1, and referenced in the ED AIDA, as well as the OP.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In Cour 2's ED, we see Kotetsu and Barnaby - each alone - standing under a night sky filled with auroras, surrounded by a broken cityscape. As the sun begins to rise over the desolation, Tiger and Barnaby cross a liminal landscape to find each other again, to face a new day together. Indeed, the ED ends with a visual recall to Cour 1, but at dawn:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
S2 ends with the destruction of the status quo. The last scene takes place at night: the hero system is no more, society is fractured between NEXT/non-NEXT, Kotetsu has lost his powers, and Kotetsu & Barnaby are no longer "Buddy heroes". Even the two symbols of "justice", Sternbild, and Tiger & Barnaby's partnership as a whole - Justice Tower and Mr. Legend's statue - are destroyed in the fray.
Tumblr media
However, as the title of Episode 20 says, The darkest hour is always before dawn. In fact, Episode 25 ends with the hope of a new beginning. The title is "Today is Not Tomorrow's Yesterday", and includes an epilogue scene where we see a snow-flecked museum that looks disturbingly like a mausoleum. The memorial plaque says "The Legend of Buddy Hero", with the starting date of when the first episode of S1 took place - the beginning of their hero partnership - and ending on the day that S2E25 happens on. Underneath that, we see "NEXT". Though this might be the end of the era of Tiger & Bunny as we know it, NEXT is the beginning of a new one.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So what does this mean for the future of the series? I posit that S2 isn't a conclusion - it's a second act that precedes a 3rd act with a drastic change of status quo - and a new beginning.
Staff have repeatedly spoken about "change" around S2, and now I think I understand what they meant. Bringing back the times of day symbolism, we can imagine that the entire story of Tiger & Bunny could be divided into 3 acts (seasons), with 3 "intermissions"(movies). They are: Intermission 1: The Beginning Movie Season 1: Day (Consummation) (this is a recent visual from S2, but I've always found the choice to frame them against a bright day unusual, compared to the historical treatment of key art):
Tumblr media
Intermission 2: The Rising Season 2: Sunset/Nightfall (Destruction & Desolation) If so, then perhaps during the live audience viewing of Episode 25, which will air on the infamous T&B day of Christmas Eve (Dec 24, 2022), we will get an announcement of the conclusion: Intermission 3: The Fall? Season 3: Sunrise/Dawn (Rebirth. "Tomorrow is not Yesterday's Today.") As many have noticed, there seemed to be several suspended story and character arcs from S2. Foreshadowed events (such as the dinner/drinks date") don't end up happening, and character journeys don't feel complete. I can go into detail on what specific story aspects feel set up for a 3rd arc, but that will be for another post. For now, I will leave you with this last Easter egg. Thank you for reading!

Is it just me or the tbosbas movie is doing a poor job at framing it's own meanings? Especially in impicturing Snow?
Like, are we as the audience supposed to believe in his romance? In his care for what's left of his family? Barely. But are we supposed to watch him rise socially while his moral downfall is happening and be in our power to judge and convict? Even less so.
He's framed at the same time to be sympathetic and unsympathetic. It could've been poetic, I think, if it wasn't so confusing. Too much.
We see him both being calculating, cold-hearted, cruel, rational - and acting emotionally, affectionately even. Although these traits do not necessarily contradict each other in a person, they do in Coriolanus Snow.
Mostly because the camera - angles, colours, sounds - frames his affectionate "good person" moments as light, warm and true. It's close-up shots and eyes and warm palettes - like his moments with Lucy, especially already in 12, or when he does the handkerchief trick, or coming to Sejanus in the arena. The picture frames this as "he's a good person deep down" even when his words are terrifying.
On the contrary, his "bad person" moves which seem to be calculated and rationally approved are framed as full of hesitation and doubt and worries. He doesn't seem to do anything purely framed as "bad" for the audience. He's either lost or regretful or anguished.
At the same time the story clearly follows the path to depicting Snow's character arc as the birth of the villain. He clearly lives to be the antagonist of THG.
So how could it be we are constantly confused about his motifs and intentions? Confused about who he really is right when he states his personality as the future dictator and murderer? How could camera work and editing make something totally awful look excusable, even likeable?
That, probably, is a good hg question.
But, still, please tell me the book had it differently. The book is not visual. It shouldn't do this. Please please please?

Frozen II justifies Jelsa
Tumblr media
okay I feel like I should explain.
First of all, the time period lines up nicely
I don’t think it’s ever explicitly stated what time the Frozen adventures take place, but given by the photograph joke at the end of the second movie, it’s set somewhere around the early 1800s.
Rise of the Guardians also never gives a date for when Jack died, but if it was 300 years before present day, that drops him roughly somewhere in the 1700s or in the colonial era.
Putting these two together, it seems neat that they come into their spirit forms at relatively the same time, and conveniently Jack is first too.
you could play around with the idea of Jack not quite getting the hang of his duties yet by the time Elsa comes along, based on the inconsistency of seasons (especially winter) that is a motif throughout both Frozen films, even at the very end of the second one
Let’s talk about the wind!
Jack’s wind and Elsa’s wind have the same personality for all intents and purposes.
Both are fun-loving, well-meaning, playful, kind, and always willing to help.
Both are also incredibly fond of their goofy little snow spirits
okay short conversation because I think I’ve made my point
Frozen II put a lot more emphasis on frost...? like boi was that just you trying to show off your artists or was that actually relevant?
The first movie really only stressed ice and snow as aspects of elsa’s power, but in the second movie, we start to see different things. we see less and less of the snow and ice; in fact, she only really busts those out when in stressful circumstances.
by contrast, she seems to default to frost more and more. everything she touches with her power is more or less laced with frost. she opens the mist around the forest with frost. her dress is covered in frost. she tames Nok and Bruni with frost.
also, in the very end of the second movie, when it’s supposedly winter in the forest, everything is frosted over. the trees, the rocks, the leaves, even the ice has frost on it.
either this is just Elsa discovering a new softer side of her power or. you know. we use this to justify the crackheads.
moving on!
The realm of the spirits is openly acknowledged and tangible to the audience, which is something vital to the story of Guardians
Though never directly mentioned in Guardians, there seems to be a vast number of magical forces throughout the world, relevant to important concepts in society (or nature) like holidays or virtues and stuff like that. The “spirits” featured in the movie mostly derive their power and essence from the belief that people put it them---regardless of whether or not people acknowledge their existence
there are spirits for lots of different little concepts floating around out there. We know at least that the Ground Hog is real because the Easter Bunny has beef with him or somethin. And I’m not sure how many others are “canon” but I think Mother Nature is around, along with plenty of nature spirits and other patrons of holidays. The main thing is that all of them are tied to human beliefs or practices.
In Frozen II, we’re presented with a very classic collection of nature spirits. Most everyone thinks of air, fire, water, and earth as being the fundamental elements of nature, so if we’re following the logic that the beliefs of people give them power then it would make sense that these four elements have powerful spirits to go with them. That Elsa happens to be their ring-leader is probably just a mildly forced convenient piece of writing, which provides her with a hotline to the balance of nature and the spirit realm both.
Things like the trolls would also make sense in the universe if they’re just a physical manifestation of nature’s magic and sentience
plus if there are magical beings just kinda drifting around the world then it seems perfectly reasonable for Jack and Elsa to meet one another---especially since she’s the bridge or however that’s supposed to work idk
Elsa isn’t exactly a winter spirit, per se, but she is a spirit by definition. She’s literally called the “fifth spirit” of nature or somethin. She’s still tangible and visible, because she was born human, but it’s very clear by the end of the second movie that’s she’s no longer quite... mortal... I wanna say. I’m going to headcanon that she’s immortal now. Otherwise she’ll have to be replaced when she dies and like that’s too much effort. I mean it’d make sense if she was “transformed” (to use Olaf’s word) into the fifth spirit.
Both Jack and Elsa strike that very specific type of winter too. We can obviously tell that winter is her favorite season, and she thrives in the chilly north where it’s always cold at least partly. Her whole aesthetic is built on the promise of winter and i think that’s a cool idea. haha. On top of that, Jack never totally struck me as the heavy snowfall kind of dude; his version of winter always seemed like the brisk flurries you get at the very start of the season. They’re made for each other, your honor. it helps that Frozen II was set in late autumn. like if that’s not a blatant message of “winter is coming!” then what is amiright. They both exude a kind of winter in its youth: something on the precipice of permanence, delicate and lively and strong all at once. Their vibes might be different, but I feel like they share the same direction of the season, if you catch me.
Anyway listen my point is just that I want them to be friends at the very least. We’re all going to pretend the age gap doesn’t exist because they are both unalive for lack of a better term and Chris Pine voiced Jack despite having a very deep manly voice that definitely wasn’t suited for a literal child. I want Elsa to be able to see Jack even though no one else can because she’s the bridge between humanity and nature and I want them to bond over wintertime and I want them to get into snowball fights and to make patterns in the frost and to chase the wind around just for funsies. I want Jack to teach Elsa to fly, which they quickly find is something she does not excel at. I want her to show him his connection to the season and his responsibility to maintaining it because he may have a good heart but he’s got no respect for rules and deadlines. I want her to convince Ana that Jack is real, so that someone else can see him too (up until that point, Elsa was talking about him like he was just Some Guy she met so Ana was going to believe her but then Elsa dropped the whole “winter spirit” bombshell and Ana thought she finally cracked so it took some convincing in the end). I want them all to have game nights on fridays. I want Ana and Kristoff’s kids to grow up always having believed in Jack. I just want Jack to have a nice lil family okay :’) one that tolerates his pranks and mischief and I want Elsa to relax and have some carefree fun moments. I want her to laugh and have crazy, harmless adventures and do goofy things just for the sake of it.
I put way too much thought into this but I saw a KRIFFTON of parallels between these two characters when I watched Frozen II so like,,, y’all get to hear about how I feel you’re welcome

*As much as Senritsu loves to indulge, she is not especially a sweettooth. In general she likes fruits, apples espcially, but too sweet tastes will be something she will not enjoy. Thats also why she would alwys prefer dark chokolate. She tends to be curious about tastes and wants to taste anythign at least once, but eventually she is a "the spicier the better"-person.
**Senritsu is dyslexic and while she has got adjusted in life by building herself a very large "Visible word safe" and got herself little helpers like mobile-phone apps that allowe her to photograph a written text that is than read to her aloud or a app on her laptop that translates her words into a written text, she still will stutter through a written text in the shape of a textmessage horribly slowly. As much as she would enjoy the beauty of a letter and the care another person had put into it, she still would have great problems (and be very frustrated over ) actually reading it.

omg ur zb1 as disney prince’s was so good i love me a good royalty type of thing!! now it has me wondering what disney princess they would be🤭 -🐰
Okay 🐰 anon asking me the logical next question, tysm 💜💜💜 we love and we are excited because some members could be the same princess as their prince ver and others are going to be totally different. So without further ado, here are my Zb1 disney princess headcanons: tired and sleep deprived ver. Same conditions from disney prince headcanons apply 🤣
Also just because I cast two different members for prince/ princess ver. in the same Disney movie does not mean it’s a ship. In most cases, they will be 2 diff movies.
Jiwoong: Cinderella
This man literally struggled through two failed groups and a lawsuit
Worked as an actor before finally achieving his dream
Like if that’s not a rags to riches story idk y’all
That aside, is definitely the type to forget something important once he reaches the peak of his life ( I’m sorry, what’s the name of our group again?)
Hao: Belle
there must be more then this provincial life - probably Hao at some point
Hao during the little prince skit giving peak Belle
Always learning, always reading
definitely no Stockholm syndrome in Hao’s fairytale
Hanbin: Elsa
Has always had powers but not confident enough to stand in the spotlight
But when he does?
It’s a slay y’all like this is the Queen
Into the Unknown? More like into Boys planet lol?
Took him awhile to reach final form like from pre debut to now but that the talents always been there
Matthew: Anna/Rapunzel
It’s just the vibe???
I can’t decide omg
Like he’s bubbly, bright and optimistic
So like wide eyed and excited to see the (outside) world
But also struggling to find his place in it?? Idk if that makes sense~
Taerae: Ariel
I’d want to keep his voice in a lil shell and just have it w me all the time lol
Collection? Oh you mean his rainbow colored closet of fashion terrorist pieces
Yes the guitar is the collection centerpiece
Y’all try to argue w me but like regardless of who Taerae’s prince is, they gon fall in love with that voice like yo
Ricky: Jasmine
A pet tiger? Like why am I not surprised~
Yes he is in fact the “sexiest” princess
Young and rich and sassy
Idk anymore the energy just fits
Gyuvin: Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)
I’m sorry this man and the way he launches himself onto his bed like a flying tuna
It’s iconic
Yes he’s very pretty we get it
The reactions he’d make when some prince jumpscare a him in the woods
Hanbin, Hoetaek and Hao as the 3 fairy godmothers
Gunwook: Tiana
Almost there as a song literally being Gunwook’s BP journey
But he gets there!!!
Gets the recognition he deserves in that finale, literally transforming from “scary” who’s gonna pull the trigger man to jelly pop maknae~
Literally embodying the hustle like man works hard and it paid off
Yujin: Snow White
Bc he’s A BABY, Taerae as his prince just isn’t it, like this hyung just wants to adopt him
Snow White is literally the youngest princess so yes Yujin maknae on top rise
Probably gets jumpscared like he’s just singing about water and a monami pencil, who’s this man with a guitar
In this case, we got the seven Yuehua hyungs to look after Yujinie
No they will not sign over the adoption papers to you Taerae but you can have visitation rights
OK this was a lot harder then I thought and I am open to feedback, diff opinions tbh idk abt some of this I’m much tired yall best believe
