I woke up in the wee hours and saw the new trailer, can’t contain my tears when I saw Smoke and Rain like my heart is so happy 🥹

I have been playing MK since I was a teen and I grew up with this brutal game, gaming has been my escape from anything back then so I knew them from the 3D era and watched the game evolve with time. Seeing them now is just a bliss, the graphics, new design that isn’t overkill and the gore just hits different.

I hope to see more of my favorites in the game for the next couple of days ✨

As someone in library school who also wants to be a reference librarian, I love a research tangent!! And hearing about it!

omg I'm so sorry I just called our profession cringe. That was not directed at you, I promise. New librarians are our future!! If you're interested in reference in public libraries, feel free to ask me questions! I've been working in public libraries in various capacities for the past ten years and have spent about half of that working either partially or fully in reference positions so I for better or worse am great at research tangents and overthinking every reference question I have ever had. (Prior to that worked in an academic library, but in a conservation lab as a student assistant so have zero real world knowledge of how academic libraries work lol.)

Biggest headcanon Santos se echó una buena siesta+ le dieron drogas para que rinda/pueda armar el operativo en el final de la primera temporada pq pasó de estar así

A armar un plan en cinco horas ( q yo calculo es el doble o al menos una hora más de lo que suele tardar, en condiciones normales y favorables)

A esperarlos como si nada a los otros (teniendo en cuenta que eran las cuatro de la tarde, estuvo con el plan hasta las nueve, después hicieron la preparación durante la noche y a la mañana los otros arrancaron con el operativo, que era de noche cuando lo llegaron a buscar), capaz tuvo unas cuantas horas para no hacer nada/supervisar/pegarse una siesta en lo que los otros seguían pq parece que mucho contacto no les dejaron tener salvo para la planificación del operativo.
