hi, i’m sorry if you were following me and i just dipped lmao (not that i have like. masses of fans or anything).. i won’t go into the details but basically my ED popped out and i unfortunately found myself on ana tumblr.. i’m not recovered but i’m in a stable place in my recovery now (i think it’s been about 3 months since i started?), but for awhile i couldn’t even look at tumblr without being triggered cause of the blogs they’d recommend n everything. anyways.. if you have an ana blog on here, listen up:

DELETE IT DELETE IT DELETE IT. i don’t give a shit if you’re “not pro ana for anyone else 🥺”, you are still fucking harming people and there is no excuse for it. i also wanna say: you can recover. i know, so many people have said that, and you won’t believe me or listen to me. i get it. but just so you know? you can. i don’t care how long you’ve had your ED for, or what weight you’re at, or whether or not you have a therapist/professional help. you. can. get. better. but ONLY you can. make that choice. please. i love you.

Idk how much of this blogs past you want to dredge up/reveal, so I’ll just say I’ve been following you since before you became a recovery blog. I know you’re going through a rough time, and I wanted to tell you that you’re such an inspiration to me and I wish I had the strength to get help like you did. Anyway you’re so beautiful and brave and I know you’re going to beat those voices in your head telling you otherwise ❤️❤️

But I remember when I originally made this blog almost a year ago now and I was in a very bad place and unfortunately it was a pro-Ana blog. I don’t have nor have I ever had an eating disorder but back then I wanted to lose weight in a very disordered way. I sound like a hypocrite but I swear I don’t have one. Anyways I deleted all the pictures but kept a lot of the asks and text posts so if people did want to go back they could always look at my archive. But yea it became a recovery blog and now here we are again. Thank you so much for being there from the start and not leaving when it became recovery and then relapse.
