Stop Saying You Are "Dealing with Circumstances." The Only Thing You Are "Dealing With" is Your Mind.

Circumstances aren’t real. Circumstances don’t matter. Circumstances this. Circumstances that. You do realize they came out of you right? So you aren’t real??? Or is it just because you perceive your desire as separate from you and not presently in your reality? You are in a loving relationship with your sp right now but oh wait! Circumstances apparently matter and are stronger than you so that might not be real. You might actually be single asf reading this…. 
Is it starting to make sense? Are you starting to get how ridiculous that is? No? But that’s what y’all sound like when you keep worrying about circumstance you created as if you can’t recreate them or give them a new meaning.
The only “cirumcstance” you are “dealing” with is the one within your mind. It is the same boring story you keep telling over and over, refusing to “change” anything because claiming the old story and complaining is so much fun for you. More entertaining and easier than just shifting your mind to be the person you already are. 
Your mind is not an obstacle. You don’t need to break through programing or years of trauma to manifest something you want when everything is now. You have it now.
Circumstances are what you say they are. Circumstances are brought life when you breathe life into them. Tell them what to do and how to “change” and they will. 
Choose different and then your world will be different. Be different so you can experience a difference. How can you expect to get new results "doing" the same thing? Thinking in a way that doesn't benefit you? Clap for yourself then. You keep giving away your power. Good job I guess.

⋆  THE SCRIPTING METHOD. write down your dr in ridiculous detail. where do you live? what’s the weather like? who’s the first person you’re meeting when you get there?
⋆  THE LADY GIRL METHOD™: just fall asleep imagining your dr self tucking you into bed. that’s it. let the rest happen on its own.
𖥻 REDEFINING SUCCESS IN SHIFTING.
success isn’t about waking up in your dr on the first try. it’s about the little moments:

⋆ catching glimpses of your dr in dreams.

you are NOT persisting if you are checking 3D and waiting for you DR!

Exactly. When you keep checking 3D to see if your manifestation has happened yet, it usually indicates that you are still in a state of “waiting” or “lack.” Persistence does not mean looking to 3D for proof; it means maintaining the inner feeling that your desire is already yours, regardless of what the external world is showing you right now.
Checking 3D reinforces the idea that you do not yet have what you desire, which can delay manifestation. Instead, focus on the feeling of already having it. Live in the mental and emotional state of someone who has already achieved what they want, and let 3D naturally align with that vibration.
Remember: 3D is just a reflection. If u don’t see movement that does not mean nothing is happening. Also the idea that 3D “takes a long time” is, in fact, a limiting belief. 3D reflects your internal state at the moment you assume a new belief or state. What appears to be a “delay” is actually just the continuation of old beliefs being projected until they are completely replaced by your new state. Trust the internal process, because it is what truly creates your reality.
Some important adds:
You will still manifest if you check 3D if you are fully aware that this is a consequence of your old beliefs, and continue to maintain focus on the desired 4D.
You will still manifest if you see some positive circumstance in 3D and react to it, maintaining focus on the desired 4D!!
What I meant in the post is that if you are LOOKING for circumstances, or feeling FRUSTRATED because you are not seeing results then you are in WAITING mode, and this is what delays manifestation.

It's important to recognize that the only real obstacle standing in your way is often yourself.
We frequently find ourselves caught in a cycle of self-doubt and negative thinking, which can lead to a kind of inner torment that feels inescapable.
But why do we persist in this pattern of self-inflicted suffering?
It’s crucial to understand that our emotional landscape is complex and multifaceted. While we are undeniably more than just physical beings, existing in a realm beyond the tangible, we also inhabit this world as individuals with a rich tapestry of feelings and experiences.
As human beings, we possess the capacity to experience a wide range of emotions, including those we might label as negative, such as sadness, anger, frustration, and fear. 𐙚 IGNORE THE 3D 𐙚

No matter what the 3D shows you and what your current reality is, don't rely on it!
Your current 3D is based on the old assumptions, beliefs and thoughts of your old self. Don't react to it because it's not true, you know what is true and it's that you have your manifestation now, you are living with it in your inner world, it's already done. If you put all your attention on what you don't want in your 3D, you are putting your energy on the same old patterns and everything will repeat again and again. That's why you don't have your manifestation yet or you can't manifest! Everyone is manifesting, even though you are manifesting a miserable life, YOU ARE MANIFESTING IT! It's YOU, you have the POWER to change and manifest your true desire or to repeat the same patterns. It's up to you and no one else. You have the power, you can change things, you can change your life, you can change your perspective, you can change your assumptions, you can change your reality! But you have to recognize that you are the master manifester of your life, you are the operant power ! Don't focus on the 3D !
To avoid it you can just turn your head and know that it didn't happen, it's not because you saw it that it is real! Focus on your manifestation and KNOW that you already have it. That's all, and if it's complicated just take a deep breath, and do something that you want in the moment, maybe it's to read, scroll on social media, cook, take a walk, sleep.... Anything just something that will make you happy, follow your happiness and you will not focus on your 3D.
If you have some doubt or something else just pick a technique that works for you and do it. Maybe it's imagining, affirming, scripting... Just do that and know that you're god, you have the power to change your life and break old habits, it's only about you. Know that what you desire is already in your life, you don't search for signs in your 3D, leave your 3D, it's just a reflection of your old assumptions. So if it doesn't match your energy or your desire, don't look up, just put your attention on your 4D, on what you consume, on what you live for, on whatdesire. PERSIST in this state of mind! Keep persisting! When you DECIDE to be the mastermanifester, your world will change.
Simple as that, if it doesn't resonate with you, it's a lie !
Go with this mindset, don't give up because you got rejected, you can't change your reality by changing the outer world, your 3D, you have to change internally, your self concept or just change your beliefs on the things that you want. You manifested it, you don't have to worry, it has happened.

"WHAT IS SATS?"
SATS IS AN ABREVIATION FOR STATE AKIN TO SLEEP.
you can also call it deep relaxation, hypnotic, meditation or alpha state.
It's a state of mind just before you drift off to sleep.
"HOW TO USE SATS FOR MANIFESTATION?"
DURING SATS, YOU JUST REPEAT THE AFFIRMATION OF YOUR DESIRE IN YOUR MIND AND FOCUS ON IT.
You focus more on that affirming thought as you relax more and more, and when you are relaxed enough to the point of dozing off to sleep, your brain will take that repeated thought from your mind and consider it a fact.
you can also use visualization during SATS. just visualize yourself having your desire already with all of your five senses. When visualizing with all 5 senses, you picture in your mind your desired scene with as much detail as possible. So you're not only thinking about the picture of your desired scene, you also use the other 4 senses.
ex: picture yourself driving a specific car you want in the color you want it to be, You can imagine how it feels to you when the wind blows against your skin, or the smoothness of the leather of the car when you run your fingers over it, you can even imagine the smell of the AC, the sound of the engine, and even how the radio sounds.
This is just an example, but basically, you just pay attention to your other senses and imagine how things will sound, feel, taste, smell, etc, with your imagined desired scene. to successfully visualize 5 senses, you'd need to be able to focus on your scene long enough so that you can add all the necessary details to feel as if you are already there.
Being able to maintain a focus on your visualization is a skill that can be built over time, and being in a SATS state already helps quite a lot. It's because your mind and body are getting more and more relaxed, so you are also more likely to fall into an 'theta' state, which makes visualization a lot more easier and natural.
It sounds exhausting, but you get used to it because it will eventually feel so realistic to you. It'll feel as if the experience you picture in your mind, through all 5 senses, is happening in the physical.
You can also do it when you take naps or whenever you feel relaxed. but don't obsess over the details too much, it should be a relaxing thing for you, for you to be in the end result, and focus on the feeling of already having it now.
That is what matters: the feeling of knowing you already have the thing you want.
But I will emphasize it again - it's not enough to make the visualizations in your mind through all 5 senses.You also have to assume it as the truth as you picture it, and you also have to make that small affirmation like 'this is mine', or 'all is well' or even the famous 'thank you', in your mind when you are in the SATS state.

Manifesting my family and the family of whoever’s reading this gets a shitton of money before and for Christmas as well as for the rest of their lives.
Whatever bad thoughts attempt to stop me and you from manifesting will immediately disappear as they are simply part of an old, negative, and now extinct mindset. Those thoughts? Don’t exist. The 3D is trying to stop us from flourishing and thriving but the only failure will come to the 3D and the 4D will prevail.

Acknowledge that eating makes you gain weight because you assume it does. "But my workout worked" yeah because you assumed it would ?
Just like skincare, if you assume it works then it does. if you assume it's horrible for your skin then it is horrible.
Acknowledge that you are god.
Assume that you barely gain weight but still are completely healthy and you will !
Just apply the law -
Affirm and affirm and affirm !!! Thoughts become assumptions and assumptions become reality.
I don't care if you don't like what you see in the mirror, affirm ! "My body is so perfect it feels illegal to look at my reflection" "having the body of a goddess is not easy everyday"
Look at yourself and say "I'm so grateful for my skinny and perfect body" or whatever tf you like.
Manifesting a dream body isn't different from manifesting anything less!
Persist -
You don't have to be positive 24/7, I know it's hard but I promise you your desire was already here the moment you wanted it.
If to persist you want to drink gallons of water, do robotic affirmations, a 7271828 days challenge. Then do it it's your journey, you know yourself better, do what feels good.
