mark doesn't so much lounge as he does completely pass out from exhaustion. he probably has a comfy pair of old shorts and a tshirt that he keeps around for the occasion.

Sooooooo. We had an encounter with a monster called The Roper. 

@undertailsoulsex‘s bard, Loraaga, made brief friends! Then we decided no it might eat our other friends, so we went to kill it.

The Roper was very angry with Loraaga. They got chomped.

The good news is we still have our wonderful bard! Most of them! It ate their leg. (we got it back).

OC Awards! 1, 7, 12, 13?

1. Best Supporting/Side Character

The winner is Mark, who is actually a side character despite how often I post about him (he's an NPC so by the nature of being in a TTRPG the main characters are automatically the player characters).

He's an OC I've had for a veeeeery long time in one form or another. The only things that've been relatively constant have been his name, appearance, and personality. Anything story or setting related has been in flux for... 10 or 11 years???

7. Outstanding Plot Fucker-Upper

The Disgraced Former Viceroy, Loraaga Dormalath! She's a major NPC in the dnd game I run-- She's one player character's twin sister, and the other player character's ex girlfriend.

Getting into how she fucked up the plot would require 1k+ words and I'm forced to type this on my phone, so LONG STORY SHORT: She had a prophecy saying that her pursuit of knowledge would separate her from her loved ones. She decided "fuck you, I'll defy that" and took her GF and her sister on a quest to gather knowledge, buuuut she was also being manipulated by a lich to pursue said knowledge and was inadvertently working to resurrect that lich. And then her GF (who is a paladin) found up and promptly broke the fuck up with her. Among other things.

12. Best Costume Design

This doesn't necessarily go to what I think my best costume design is, but more what my personal favorite is. And that goes to Heron!

I had all these lofty plans to draw a fresh turnaround of him, but I ran out of juice! So here is the one drawing of him that I have.

Big hat + flappy coat + he's the dad of the dnd party but he dresses like a total edgelord

13. Best Playlist

This honor goes to.... ARJIBI!

His playlist in its current form is actually an amalgamation of three original playlists that I made with the intent to burn onto CDs and share with the other members of my dnd party. I still have all three of them in my mp3 library (and my own copies of those discs in my car) but about 30% of the songs on those original playlists aren't on spotify so in order to share them with other people, I just mashed what I could find into one big playlist.

Say hello to Loraaga aka Splinters (because as the very first action of the game, they hit an enemy with a stick and had the stick splinter apart in their hand. Good times.) There is never a dull moment with this half-elf bard in the party!
