I genuinely love that smosh's lore is a freeform TV drama in a way.

After a long relationship that they thought would be endgame, Anthony broke up with Ian. However, being the king that he is, Ian continued on for the sake of his children. Though not without struggles, he and his family faced constant ridicule from outsiders and they even lost their home, moving from place to place without clear direction. But fret not, soon he and his kids found a home with a lovely old married couple named Rhett and Link as well as their own kids. And for the next 4 years, the Hecox/Smosh family lived comfortably. Some of the kids moving out, new ones were adopted, and they made great friends with Rhett and Links kids.

And then something happened...

Something insane....

He and Anthony got back together! They'd been secretly rekindling their relationship for some time and eventually announced it to the kids and later the world.

Slowly Anthony is rekindling his relationship with his children and stepchildren and their family is the strongest it's ever been.

Turns out they were endgame

Also apparently they've acquired shared custody of one of Rhett and Link's kids. There was paperwork and everything.

I’d like to share a short story I stumbled onto while reading Fragile Things by Neil Gaiman.

ill never be over the fact that inquisition doesnt have any sort of prologue. in origins you get your warden’s origin plus ostagar to establish your character before the main story begins. in dragon age 2 you have the fight outside of lothering and choosing to work for the mercenaries or the smugglers in kirkwall. and then inquisition just drops you in and its like if origins just started with waking up in flemeth’s hut and the only way you learn about the deaths of cailan, duncan, the wardens, and loghain’s betrayal is through other characters. i would have loved if there was even a brief bit at the beginning where you get actually attend the conclave, establish your character outside of the world ending stakes, and have the chance to meet some of the people whose deaths you’re about to be blamed for.

once again thinking about jason as duke’s robin. he’s ~4 years younger than jason, and that’s puts him at 8-12 during Jason’s time as robin. that’s prime time to get attached to your local kid vigilante before your own life goes downhill.

and if we try to keep duke’s meeting with bruce in zero year + duke’s age (so he can remember the meeting and hold that conversation with bruce), he has to be around 8. if he starts following batman through the news at that time because of the mess that just happened, the robin he sees is probably jason. I’ve literally connected the dots

Dick Grayson, AKA Nightwing, was on a solo mission when he disappeared off the face of the earth.

He would be the first to admit; he'd been an idiot.

He'd had a fight with Bruce, and as a result wiped everything he could so that the Big Bat couldn't find him and interfere with his case.

He'd scrubbed everything with Barbara's help, gave Damian and Tim burner phones so that he could reach out to them, and fuckin bounced.

But he shouldn't have done that.

Because he'd lied to Barbara, to make absolutely certain Bruce wouldn't be able to find him before he was ready.

He'd gone somewhere for a mission on the entirely opposite side of the country.

And then he'd gotten shot with...some kind of gun.

He wasn't too sure.

But he didn't die.

After he pulled himself further into the forest, sure that he was going to finally meet his maker, the world...got bigger.

Dick shrunk, and could only watch in horror as his hands got pudgier and pudgier.

He was a baby.

He was a baby that couldn't even lift his head, and he could feel his memories starting to fade, seeming to be grabbed and shoved behind some sort of wall.

This tiny baby gets found by Forest Ranger Samantha Manson, a registered emergency foster parent.

So while the batfamily is salting the earth looking for Dick, he's being absolutely spoiled fucking rotten by the Manson Family; Daniel Manson, Tucker Manson, and Sam Manson.

Dick has...some memories. A few recollections.

But also the white-haired adult is floating again and waving the rattle-noise-maker, so those stupid thoughts can wait.

I think a lot about the fact that Leliana and Sera were young orphan girls from working class families who were adopted by human noblewomen... how Leliana took to that life like a fish to water and Sera rejected it wholesale: the material excess when others have nothing, having pride in something you didn't earn but were lucky enough to be born into. But Sera being an elf meant her life with Emmald was never going to be the same as Leliana's with Cecilie. The music and etiquette lessons that carried Leliana are harsh reminders of a life that didn't make room for someone like Sera.

They're both religious but their faith leads them to the same conclusion: no one should be excluded based on who they are and no one is without worth. They're rogues who love pranks and teasing their friends, they love ✨️ WOMEN ✨️ and are vocal about it, they're willing to sacrifice themselves and gut their enemies if it means protecting their people. They're steadfast friends and devoted lovers. Leliana learned her archery skills from Marjolaine - a nobleman's sport, a game to mirror The Game, 'I made you, Leliana. I can destroy you just as easily' - while Sera learned by the sweat of her brow, practicing until the arrow hit its mark more often than not and her arms no longer shook. There are no tutors in back alleys.

Leliana forswore her old ways for the ascetic life of a Chantry sister (before taking up arms to defeat the Blight); Sera inherited Emmald's fortune and gave it all away to orphaned children despite herself being hungry and homeless, because Sera is kind and because the knowledge of where that money came from was more painful than the joy of spending it.
