I was catching up on the Geneuary tag and then saw @golden--doodler post and remember that I drew this when I was just starting the serie.
I was so young, so pure. Wow my way of drawing the guys change a lot wtf.
Alex and Courtney were of course later additions.
Tammy is there cause this is actually from her introduction episode and cause I think she's very transphobic but don't worry she will grow up and learn from her mistakes.
Sometimes, certain scenes get stuck in my mind. I'm still thinking about the one where Peter is going undercover as a CPA. Peter and Neal discuss how Peter could've had a different job with a more luxurious lifestyle. Neal continues on about the posh life... Peter says, "Doubt we'd have ever met." There seems to be a touch of sorrow in his voice and expression. Having Neal in life is more important than anything else. Nothing else matters.
I've got the Bureau. I've got Elizabeth. I've got you. - Oh, wait. Peter didn't say the last part out loud. But he pauses, looks up at Neal, and they make eye contact. Then Peter says, "No. No regrets."
I adore how strong their bond is and how they don't need to speak to communicate their feelings. I wish they would, but they convey so much through their expressions. There's magic in the subtleties - a glance, a smile, a touch can say a lot.
