𖦹 it is okay to be you: you dont need to follow trends just to fit in, you dont need to change things you love about yourself just because someone else might not.
𖦹 you are beautiful: ´beauty is subjective´ might be true to some, but beauty is everywhere and within everyone. not only are you unique on the outside, but also on the inside. you are one of a kind, your soul is irreplaceable. appreciate your existence, stop worrying about fitting in, no one is you but you.

So after Thursday night muffin & cinnamon roll binge, I actually weighed like 204. Still need a new battery in the scale.
I feel like I am self sabotaging.
I have gotten to a point where people are noticing. Like, really really noticing and I think it makes me nervous.
But also, it makes me like...feel like I deserve to eat more.
But I am not normal person sized yet so I want to refocus and get my head back in the game.
The 'time' I thought I would have this winter never materialized. I had all these projects to do and never did acquire the energy to do them.
I am traveling this weekend and trying to do better.
Brought groceries from home. Seriously tho, I have been doing so good except when I do the CBD. So I need to cut that shit out. Or be prepared with a charcuterie board, veggie tray. Idk. It makes me feel amazing but I eat all the things.

For those who need to hear it,
You may not like it and you do not have to listen to it, it's only my opinion and my advice for you. Take some time for yourself. Make yourself happy. You don't need to have someone in your life in order for you to be happy. Just focus on you and become the best person you can be. In that process maybe someone will come into your life. Let that person find you, don't try and find them. You deserve happiness that doesn't come from another person. Love is a process. You must love yourself and take care of yourself first before you add someone else into the picture. Focus on yourself first. Please. No one deserves to be shattered when they're already cracked. Heal those cracks and fix yourself. Learn from the past and vow to protect and prevent yourself from those mistakes. Put yourself first.
