Love yourself intensely, do today what makes you happy. Tomorrow isn't promised. Don't wait on someone else to be happy, be selfish this is the one life you have to live so live it. Express yourself don't ever leave anything unsaid, you might not have the chance to. Say it latter. Don't forget sometimes it's easier to walk away say your good byes then it is to stay. Always put yourself first you owe yourself at least that much. Always listen to your heart it's the best instinct God gave us and it will never fail you.

The Art of Being Kind

Kindness and every act of kindness we show, makes a difference for us, and for other people in our lives. It may just save a life.

Being kind is something we can all do, a kind word, a meaningful gesture; a helpful deed leads to a mindset shift and lifestyle that allows us to meet the world and each other with greater empathy, understanding, patience and with tolerance.

Kindness allows us to extend our approach beyond being nice and good manners, turning that into lasting change, intentional inclusion, being compassionate and allowing us to find empowering solutions that can change our lives and other people’s lives for the better.

When you're kind you're supportive, you're less opinionated. You understand your place, your role so you don't seek to challenge. It's not our job to challenge others, or their opinions, it is up to us to act and be a support, be supportive.

Kindness is a choice, that may or may not be flexed. There is no doubt that in the world today kindness needs a lot more of our attention.
