Receitinha Panqueca De Banana
▷Ingredientes:
- 1 ovo
- 50g de banana nanica
- 10g de farinha de aveia (ou aveia em flocos finos)
- sal a gosto
- quase uma colherzinha de café de fermento
▷Modo de preparo:
Amassa a banana > Adiciona o ovo e mistura bem > Adicione a farinha e misture bem > Adicione o sal a gosto e por último o fermento.
Na frigideira antiaderente ou untada asse de ambos os lados e faça as panquecas do tamanho que quiser!
▷Pode colocar canela se quiser.
▷Pode adicionar cacau na receita
▷Coberturas, tipo creminho de Whey, fica muito bom!!

just had a call with my therapist, first time after a month.
we’ve talked about me relapsing very fast and heavy into restricting.
an average week is :
monday: 10 kcal (gum or something)
tuesday: 667 kcal
wednesday: 29 kcal
thursday: 116 kcal
friday: 224 kcal
saturday: 119 kcal
sunday: 565 kcal
he told me the average for a 17/18 year old girl was:
2.400-2.700 kcal
like?? i can’t i magine how to eat that much EVERY DAY!
1.500 or something, ok, if i wanted to gain back to average size but 1.800+ seems crazy
i really trust him - if it was ANYONE else i would be shure they wanted to manipulate me into fattnes!

How do you guys motivate yourself after a long period of not losing weight or even gaining it perhaps? I need some TV shows, books or blogs.

Quanto ao recheio foi duas almôndegas de soja que eu sempre faço pra congelar. Eu já trouxe a receita uma vês na conta que caiu, então trarei novamente!
Pra quem quer saber, a medida é 100g de prot de soja e 10g de farinha de aveia que rende 20 bolinhas!
