Just two or three years ago, Dominic Harrison with his friends, Adam Warrington and Lewis Capaldi, were sitting in one of London's pubs, pouring out their regrets and wondered if they could ever sign a contract with the label.  What’s the difference between you-Dominic and you-Yungblud?

Oh ... lots of makeup [laughs]. It seems to me that I am more energetic on stage, I feel more like myself and I am able to go beyond everyday limits. It's like being in school all the time. You are watching a great artist who climbs to the top and after a while begins to resemble cotton candy, he is lost, he is still big, but no longer has the respect of others. I always want to be honest with my fans. It doesn't matter if I'm singing about love or my damn cat. That is why I released the EP "The Underrated Youth" - I felt that one of these songs must appear exactly at this moment and that is why it is one hundred percent real. If it doesn't make sense in five years, at least it will be honest for that moment in time. 

 Aren’t you already tired of singing some of your older songs?

Sometimes I do, but I learn to find new ways to keep performing these songs with excitement. We have already played "I Love You Will You Marry Me" hundreds of thousands of times, but today we play in Poland for an audience of over 1,500 people, so the energy will be different. Next time we come to Poland, we will play this song probably for six thousand people and this energy will also be different. Every day is different and it is strange. I don't think about it when I'm on stage, I'm lost in it.

 You have two younger sisters, do you miss them?

It is hard. When I moved out of the house, one of my sisters was nine years old, now she is twelve. This is one of those negative aspects of life on the road - I miss my family. I travel all the time and it is tiring, but they understand this lifestyle. Besides, they come to concerts and then I cry because my little sister has grown up since the last tour. The second sister is coming to me soon, she is big enough to spend a week on the road with me.

 You were dating Halsey and everything seemed to be going very well between you but recently you broke up.

At that time we were on two completely different paths. Halsey has her way and wants to focus on her things and I want to focus on mine. We're still friends and talk to each other. We still mean a lot to each other. But at the moment we are too much in love with our own music and our fans. Whatever I do, I want to sacrifice my heart to it one hundred percent. She is exactly the same. We're so close to the fans that we can't give each other those one hundred percent. Now we give our whole hearts to music and art. There is no quarrel between us. Everyone is expecting a crazy, controversial story, but we are not like that. We're just buddies who love music, who love their fans very much and we just do what we have to do.

I want to create a clothing brand and charity. We already work a lot with an organization dealing with mental health. My big dream is to open a large club or several smaller clubs in other countries, such as Poland or France, everywhere from America to London, Manchester, and Australia. I would call it Black Hearts Club and it would be a club where young people from a given area can come and convert their frustration into creativity. They could skateboard, create art, learn to play instruments, design clothes, get free advice if they have problems. This is my dream. If I only have enough money, I’m gonna do it.

Well it’s been a while since I posted so I thought I’d go all out on this blog. I’m going to discuss, soul connections, astrology, inner work and the 7 chakras and a little bit of tarot.

In 2018 I began going through another spiritual awakening, I stumbled across the term twin flames and I was quite taken back by it. I always grew up thinking we all had one soul mate and it was a fairytale kind of love but the deeper I dove into spirituality my beliefs began to change.

We can have several soul mates but only one twin flame. The common theory for twin flames is that the soul splits and reincarnations into two different bodies for soul evolution. A twin flame is a mirror soul, a reflection of you , the good and the bad. Your twin will shed light on everything that you need to heal and what you try to run from and eventually they will help you to ascend. There is no other connection like it. They usually come in and out your life triggering different stages of spiritual awakenings and to ensure you continue doing the work you signed up before reincarnating on Earth.

The twin flame journey isn’t easy, there are many different stages and there is usually a runner and chaser dynamic going on. One of the main lessons is to learn that twin flames will always be connected it’s only their ego that separates them from each other.

🖤A soul mate is usually a relatively easy relationship, you grow together and are able to overcome challenges, the relationship brings stability, peace and love they are usually a life partner that you settle down with.

🖤 Jupiter expands and blesses everything it touches, if aspected positively. MGK Venus in Pisces is exactly conjunct MF’s Jupiter in Pisces - this aspect would give a dreamy, fairy tale kind of love and with a dash of Jupiter for sure it would be expand their love for each other.

🖤 MGK Alma which is another term for soul is conjunct MF’s Neptune in Capricorn in her 12th house. As mentioned earlier the 12th house is known as the karmic house. Capricorn’s ruler is Saturn which also known for representing karma in astrology. Now let’s switch it round. Their Neptune conjunct Alma also falls into MF’s 7th house. Now taking in both placements, I would say this is a spiritual connection.

Fate, destiny and karma

The vertex is used in astrology to identify fated events, karma and destiny. Scorpio is considered the most interned sign of the zodiac because of the powerful energy Pluto carries.

Her Pluto is conjunct his vertex in his 5th house of fun, dating and romance. This is likely to be a life changing relationship filled with passion and. They will be strongly drawn to each other and with this conjunction also falling into MF 9th house, this union would more than likely transform her beliefs and lead her to search for spirtual guidance to make sense of their connection.

i will provide you with a quick review before i disappear back into the ether of twd avoidance

lots of spoilers under the cut. also i wrote way too much and i worked all night and haven’t slept so i didn’t bother to reread literally any of it, so it might be completely nonsensical, tho if you don’t expect that from me by this point idk whose blog you’ve been reading

hokay, first off, i’ll start by saying that i enjoyed it more than i expected to. i’ve been avoiding any sort of discussion about stuff, but my google algorithm is so fucked at this point that i still get recommended articles and stuff every now and then, so i was already pretty aware of what i was walking into, and was expecting it to be eh, but actually i prob enjoyed it more than i enjoyed the finale

(don’t get too excited tho, the finale was rly boring lmfao)

anyway

episode starts off with a tense scouting mission

it takes .005 seconds into the episode for caryl to exchange a look of longing, establishing that they are still having weird conflict and are both too fucking stubborn to do anything about it even tho they hate it desperately

i imagine that will continue for a while

rosita, kelly, carol, maggie, what’s her face with the bad hair, and lydia (i think that’s everyone?) lower down to some army bunker or something, where a bunch of walkers are taking a snooze, and the girls are very respectful of walker naptime, and do their best not to wake them up

obviously they eventually wake up, but i’ll get to that in a sec

as they’re tiptoeing through the walker tulips, there’s this split second where carol spots a machine gun, and looks at maggie with a face like, “can i plzzzz, i am mad horny for that machine gun,” but maggie tells her no. (i 110% expected her to defy orders and accidentally wake up all the walkers, but she actually behaved herself for once. well. mostly)

never fear, tho, after the girl gang collects a bunch of MREs they go back to wait for the dudes waiting up top to pull them up, and bc men ruin everything, one of the ropes break, and daryl catches it before it falls, but then a slow motion drop of blood falls on a walker’s face, and just like that, walker naptime is over, and carol uses her bow and arrow for two seconds before she is like “fuck this” and whips out the machine gun

yes, she is super hot using it

yes, daryl watches her do it

anyway, all the other girls get rescued, and carol is about to be pulled up, but bc she is a #girlboss, she first makes a beeline for one more crate full of MREs. daryl covers her while she gets the loot, and when she gets back up top they have another charged moment as carol hands him back his knife

just fuck already, jfc

cut to alexandria where everything is still not smilestimes

BUT, we do get to see uncle daryl run and hug rj and judith (and dog), and FUCKING HERSHEL JR, LIGHT OF MY LIFE is also there

istg, they could not have casted a better child, i a d o r e him

oh, and some friends of maggie’s show up too, idk

cut to a staff meeting where everyone is like, whomp whomp, we’re all gonna starve to death unless we figure out something quick

cue maggie going, “oh, i know where food is, but it requires me to tell you my tragic backstory, in case anyone didn’t watch my bottle episode”

she tells her dramatic backstory about all her friends getting slaughtered by the reapers for no apparent reason, and then she’s like “anyway, let’s go back there!”

no one thinks it’s a great idea, but a group of people decide to go anyway, including daryl and gabriel. rosita is super pissed that gabriel is going, and carol doesn’t go, probably partly bc it’s a shitty fucking idea, and also bc they have to keep caryl apart bc otherwise they’ll fix their problems ahead of schedule and they won’t be able to drag out the needless angst

daryl looks kind of annoyed that carol doesn’t volunteer to go 

bitch, i thought you wanted her to stop putting herself in the line of fire! make up your damn mind!

moving on

cut to a thunderstorm, where, if you look closely, you’ll notice daryl is wearing the STUPIDEST hat i’ve ever seen. just get an umbrella, jfc

for some reason negan is with them, bc ig he knows his way around washington dc, and no one in six years has bothered to figure out how to get around the city and/or get a map, and he is like “hey guys, maybe we shouldn’t try to walk in this fucking hurricane,” and everyone is like “FUCK YOU NEGAN, YOU’RE NOT THE BOSS OF US!!!” 

this will be a common occurrence 

but eventually daryl is even like “actually, it’s rly unpleasant out here, and my hat is mad stupid, can we go inside plz?”

so they go inside an old metro station, which is actually a rly cool cinematic choice. i rly like the idea, and they executed it rly well

speaking of executions

there are some fucking RULL CREEPY walkers. idk why they bothered me so badly, but they were what they at first assumed were corpses wrapped up in tarps, but turns out none of them had been properly put down, so they go through killing these rotted bodies that had supposedly been there since The Fall, and it’s very gross and cool

this entire time, btw, negan is like “hey, i know i’m a shitty person, but i have some rational arguments about why we shouldn’t be doing this right now,” and everyone is like, “FUCK YOU NEGAN, YOU’RE NOT THE BOSS OF US!!!” and he’s just like “god fucking damnit”

(i forgot to mention that at one point, when they’re headed into the metro station, negan is trying to warn ppl of the potential danger, and everyone is ignoring him, and he tries to talk to daryl, and daryl is like “fuck you, you think we’re BUDDIES?” and negan is like “oh, ok, so you’re gonna be like that too? fanfreakingtastic” and it’s very funny)

anyway. a fat monster zombie escapes its tarp at one point, and tries to eat some npc, and negan saves him, again is like “hey, anyone else realize that this is a FUCKING BAD PLAN?”, and everyone is like “we don’t care, you’re still shitty and we’re not listening to you, and you don’t actually care about random npc i would literally not be able to pick out in a lineup bc his face is so generic, you’re not the boss of us!!!”

it’s at this point that negan finally is like, “why am i even here? bc i know how to get around washington dc? do none of you have a map?” and i was like, “right?! that’s what i said!” 

it’s then revealed that maggie only brought negan along to murder him under the guise of “oops, he got hurt in the line of duty, it wasn’t my fault,” and daryl has this look on his face that says, “i seriously need to stop hanging out with lethal women bent on revenge bc it’s gonna give me high blood pressure,” and maggie has a badass moment where she points a gun she has for some reason at negan and is like “i have like, one shred of human compassion left inside of me, and if you keep pushing me i will fucking kill you without a second thought, so shut the hell up”

(in her defense, negan had just dropped glenn’s name to purposely antagonize her, which was rude as hell)

(for the record, i’m completely on maggie’s side here, but negan still is right that trapping themselves in a metro station is a bad call)

anyway, moving away from that briefly

i think this jump cut happens sooner, i don’t actually remember, but whatever who cares, point is, we get to the part of the show that actually matters, and that’s anything involving my love, juanita “princess” sanchez

and also eugene, yumiko, and ezekiel

they are being asked increasingly invasive questions by commonwealth ppl, some of which i wish they actually would of answered (what do they use to wipe their asses with?? surely toilet paper has long since become extinct)

zeke, who is so much more tolerable as a character now that he’s not larping as a king, has this incredibly weird and sort of sexually charged moment with a dude in an orange stormtrooper costume, where he’s like, “i bet you were an asshole cop back before The Fall, you stupid fascist, #fuckthepolice, mb literally? idk, this moment has a lot of pent up aggression that could easily translate to hate sex, it might just be the intense eye contact, but w/e, let’s just move along,” and then he has a coughing fit to remind the audience that he’s currently dying of cancer, and orange stormtrooper is like “lolz, loser, drink some water you dumb piece of shit”

cut to the wholesome foursome sitting at a picnic table in a guarded courtyard eating gruel, and yumkio, who finally has a personality, and princess are like “hey, this place fucking sucks, can we leave?” and zeke is like, “yeah, i met this orange stormtrooper who i think might be dtf and/or murder, so we should probably bounce”

but eugene is like, “but i want some hot stephanie ass, and also some bullshit excuse about how mb commonewealth will save alexandria” which, they left before things went super downhill, right? idr. it was after hilltop fell, but they don’t know alexandria got fucked either, if i recall? w/e, not important

two seconds after he says this, they talk to some people who are like “we’ve been here for four months, or maybe it’s been nine, i don’t actually remember, i’ve stopped processing the passage of time,” and the wholesome foursome takes this as a bad sign, tho that’s just the life i’ve lived as a night worker during a pandemic, so i was like #mood

but then they watch some guy get dragged away screaming to get “reprocessed” and eugene is like “ok, nvm, let’s bounce”

(my theory on what “reprocessing” is, is that they’re stuck in a room and have to watch hours and hours of customer service training videos on vhs from the 90s)

i definitely got my jump cut scenes mixed up bc i think the negan accusing maggie of a murder plot thing happened in between this scene and then the next commonwealth scene, but w/e, i’ll just finish what happens in the commonwealth arch

the wholesome foursome are trying to hatch a plan to escape, except princess, my love, is distracted watching some stormtroopers flirt, and the other three are like “wtf, dude, how can you even tell any of them apart?” and princess then tells them every stormtroopers backstory bc she is brilliant and pays rly close attention to shit, and the other three are like, “this is useful information, thank you for being an insane person”

their plan involves yumiko and eugene dressing up as stormtroopers and leading princess and zeke out of the place, which works fine actually, except on their way out they come across the Depressing Wall of Probably Mostly Dead Missing Loved Ones

they’re about to leave, when princess is like, “wait, yumiko, you’re on here, that’s weird huh?”

sure enough, yumiko  is on the wall, with a note from ig her sister 

the scene ends with yumiko going, “guys...i can’t leave...i have tragic backstory to unveil”

tragic backstory to be continued ig

back in murder metro town, npc and some other npc have stolen all the supplies, there’s a train blocking the track, and a horde of walkers are coming towards them, so things are not going fantastic

they horde is too big to take down, so they start to climb on top of the train car to get away

but dog runs away!

and daryl, being every pet owner ever, is like “gotta go get my dog, guys, try not to get killed while i’m gone, c u soon!” and he ducks under the train and disappears

#priorities

the episode ends with maggie climbing up the train car but getting grabbed by a walker and dangling off the edge, and negan is there and they have a lion king moment where maggie is like, “scar! help me!” and negan is like “long live the king, bitch” and walks away into the shadows, leaving maggie to a potential death

which, while i know isn’t actually going to happen, would be a really fucking funny move on the writers’ part

like, “look, lauren’s back! and now she’s dead, bet you didn’t expect that!”

anyway

my assumption is negan will actually end up helping her up or something, continuing his ambiguous morality bullshit that actually isn’t ambiguous bc he BEAT GLENN TO DEATH WITH A FUCKING BAT WRAPPED IN BARBED WIRE IN FRONT OF HIS PREGNANT WIFE

the maggie/negan arch is kind of dumb, but whatevs, i’ll tolerate it, as long as my boy glenn gets justice in the end

anyway, cue credits!

final assessment: good episode. i’m much more interested in commonwealth than the reapers, tho i am hoping that daryl’s personality-less ex turns out to be a monster killing machine with no conscience, that’ll be fun. princess is a gift from god. hershel jr needs his own tv show. needs more carol (and caryl)

I’m just gonna place this under a cut, because this might get a little long.

1.) “Addict” covered by Natewantstobattle and AmaLee.

This is just easy to jam to, and I have my moments of just wanting to scream out “Fuck everything!” and do what I want, just to have some pleasure or joy in my life. I think that’s a very understandable feeling for many people.

2.) “My Bloody Valentine” by Machine Gun Kelly.

I know a lot of people don’t like him, but damn, I love this song. I first got introduced to it thanks to @blizzardmuses​ (it’s the tag for our ship). It’s very catchy, and damn, I love it. I find myself humming it a lot.

3.) “Good 4 U” covered by Our Last Night.

Just the right amount of rock and the right amount of angry. I wish this song was out when I went through my messy break-up, would have helped me to just scream out my feelings.

4.) “Re:Re” covered by Natewantstobattle.

This is one of my favorite anime opening songs of all time. I just LOVE the guitar part, the song fits so well with this anime (Erased--check it out if you haven’t!), and Nate’s vocals on this-- *chef’s kiss* Just perfect!

5.) “Toss a Coin to Your Witcher” covered by Dan Vasc.

Now, I know everyone and their mother has done a cover of this song--but this one is metal. And it rocks. It’s epic. It’s amazing. Just give a listen. (I’ve seriously played hour-long uploads of this on YouTube)

6.) “Your Turn to Roll” by Laura Bailey and Ashley Johnson.

Okay, with as obsessed as I am with Critical Role, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that this is on here. This was their first (vocal) theme song, and I just love it. Gets the blood pumping, gets me excited for D&D or whatever social outing I’m going to (whether it’s dinner or a convention or trivia night).

7.) “Surface Pressure” by Jessica Darrow.

The sheer amount of how much I relate to this song is unreal. This is probably the Disney song that speaks to my heart the most, especially during the last 3 years of working at that damned courthouse.

8.) “Kings and Queens” by Ava Max.

This song just pumps me up. It’s probably one of my top favorite of contemporary pop songs right now. Just a catchy tune, the right tempo for me, I love it.

9.) “Grim Grinning Ghosts” by Thurl Ravenscroft.

Again, anyone who knows me on a personal level should not be surprised to see this song on here. The Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride at Disney World (has been since I was eight), and this is the version I grew up with on my sister’s Disneyland sing-a-long tape. Just gets me excited for Halloween and spooky Fall every time. And I just found out this version of the song was sang by one of the original singing busts from the attraction, so that’s pretty cool!

Having slipped away to the basement and his drum kit; Rook let himself settle into it as it had felt like forever since he was the one in control of what was being played. Seeing Travis be in his place over the course of the ttmd era was pulling at Rook’s emotions and it frustrated him, he felt forgotten at times, he wondered sometimes if he still had a place in EST. “Who am I if i’m not his drummer?” the words slipped out as he ran his fingers over the smooth wood of his drum sticks. 

Travis was about to step into the quiet of the makeshift performance space of Kells’ basement when he heard a small and defeated voice ring through. Something about the words stopped him from stepping through the doorway just yet. 

“Years of him hazing me and me carving out my place in this band for him to pine over his idol and forget about me.” He pressed a hand against his thigh as he pressed his tongue to the inside of his cheek in an attempt to stop the flow of emotions. “It’s supposed to be ‘everyone stands together’ after all” his head snapped upwards when he heard the floorboards creak. 

“He hasn’t forgotten about you” He spoke as the younger drummer’s head popped up. “Kells stays true to wanting to make sure you know the material.” Travis understood in a way what Rook was feeling and understood if the man was mad at him. “He cares about you, calls you his little brother” 

Rook told himself he wasn’t going to cave as Travis spoke. “It doesn’t seem like that lately, he’s so taken by you that he never shuts up about how great you are” He shook his head as the older man pulled up a spare stool. “Because he’s treated me like I am, we're family, est is a family.” Rook wasn’t sure if he wanted to hate travis or fuck him and it confused him. 

“I’m not here to fuck that up, it’s obvious you care about…” Travis was caught off guard when Rook was off the stool in seconds; kissing him, lips carrying the taste of cheap beer and not so cheap weed. 

His hand pressed against Travis’s chest as the man’s hands caught his hips. “Just shut up about him” Rook didn’t care about how it looked at this point; he lost himself in the kiss and started to pull away when Travis pulled him back in. 

He pulled the cocky brat back in and caught him in his hands; kissing Rook slowly and surely. Travis nipped at Rook’s bottom lip and looked at him. 

“Fuck I hate you” Rook mumbled the words as he felt his shoulders drop and his body relax. “I hate you for being so able to walk into Colson’s life and put him back together so easily.” He tried to fight a blush when he was pulled just above Travis crotch. 

“I bet you do” Travis raised an eyebrow as Rook blushed. “You aren’t so good at hiding your feelings.” He let a hand snake around to Rook’s ass and grinned as the drummer’s tongue grazed the shell of his lips. “How about we move this elsewhere?”

Pushing the door shut behind them; Rook nearly moaned out loud the second Travis’s lips hit his neck. Pushing back against the man’s chest he felt his resolve melt away as a hand brushed across his hips. “This doesn’t mean i don’t still hate you” he told himself as his breath caught when his head was turned and a kiss pressed to the corner of his lips. 

“Hate me all you want” Travis pushed his hand up under Rook’s shirt and brought it over the man’s head. “It doesn’t change anything.” He gave the drummer a look as the man turned to look at him. 

“I plan on doing just that” Rook pulled Travis back into another kiss and thumbed at the man’s jeans. “For the record, I’m no whore” He grinned as Travis rather gracefully dropped on the edge of the bed and snapped his fingers. 

“No, you aren’t, but where we are” Travis snapped his fingers in Rook’s direction, getting out of his jeans and blue-green eyes followed his movements. “Get over here, now” He figured he should make good use of the opportunity  and had the suspicion that Rook was submissive. 

He followed Travis’s words and came to the man. “He-” Rook paused as he realized he wasn’t doing much to prove he wasn’t. “Fair.” 

Travis let his eyes roam the younger man’s chest as Rook stepped in between his legs. “Knees” he couldn’t say he hadn’t thought about Rook sucking him off before. 

Dropping to his knees, Rook looked up at Travis and blinked as fingers ran through his hair. “Yo-” He hesitated as a thumb ran across his bottom lip. Eyes following it as he heard Travis mumble something, though he couldn’t quite place it. 

“Open” He said as the man looked back up at him, eyes curious. Travis nearly groaned as Rook did as told. Easily pushing his thumb in the drummer's mouth; he sighed as Rook’s lips wrapped around it. 

Swirling his tongue around Travis’s thumb; Rook looked upwards at Travis, grinning as the man watched him. “Gonna get off on humiliating me?” he hummed as he popped it out of his mouth momentarily before a second was added. 

Travis watched the man work and tipped his head. “If that’s what it takes to get you on my dick.” He added another finger, working them in and out of Rook’s mouth as the drummer arched. “You could use some shutting up for once.” 

Rook whined slightly as his tongue was pushed down. Moaning at Travis’s first comment. His eyes shut as the older man’s fingers were thrust deeper into his throat.

Travis pulled Rook upwards spreading his hand out across the man’s stomach. His other hand grazed Rook’s neck as two equally as tattooed hands gripped at his arm. Bringing Rook against his chest; he rolled his hips forward and fought a moan as the drummer was nearly reduced to whiny moans. “Always so fuckin’ whiny?” Travis found it endearing. 

His body arching forward but being pulled backwards against Travis was a force to be reckoned with as the older man skillfully rocked into him, holding him up with ease. Clamping a hand on the back of Travis’s neck; Rook felt an all over heat as his body tensed. “Fuckin’ shut up” between the ease the man had in humiliating and praising him was torture. 

He kissed over Rook’s neck; leaving him marked up as he felt the man tense around him. “Can’t handle a little teasing, humm?” Travis undoubtedly loved how snappy Rook was, seeing the younger man come undone on his dick was euphoric, even if he knew it may fuck him over later. He grinned and bit at the edge of the chess piece, the representation of Rook’s moniker. “Fitting as you’re another pawn in the game we call an industry.”

Rook cursed himself for falling so easily for the man as the touch of skin on skin was a welcome feeling. “You win some, you lose some.” He tutted at Travis’s comment and shivered as he was close to the edge. “I may be a pawn but I play by my own rules.” Rook questioned even that in the moment and found himself working with Travis as he rocked back on the drummer's dick.

Travis moaned against Rook’s neck as they worked together, meeting each other's pace. He ran his hand down to Rook’s dick and pumped the man slowly, dragging a finger up the shaft as he did so. “Keep telling yourself that.” 

Every fibre of his muscles knitted together as he tensed up, his body ridgid as both he and Travis came. Rook gripped at the man’s neck, more or less holding himself up as he so desperately wanted to collapse into his mattress and the warmth of the sheets. “merda, penso che potrei amarti” (shit, I think I might love you). 

“Ti scopero una volta e pensi di amarmi” (I fucked you once and you think you love me). Travis spoke as the two of them dropped onto the mattress, Rook’s expression bordering on shock as he got a response in Italian. “You sure you still don't hate me?” 

Rook was shocked when Travis answered him in Italian. “Mm. I'll get back to you on that one, but for now I still hate you.” He grinned and kissed Travis’s cheek, smiling as they lay sprawled out on his bed. “No shred of a lie though when I say you just might be the best i’ve ever had” Rook buried his head in the man’s neck and sighed out as Travis pulled him in close. 

💚 💚 💚 Next day. 

He woke up to a piece of paper, a glass of water and two advil on his bedside table. The note read “You want me to forget you? Okay, forget me, to. You tell me you hate me, baby, Yeah, I bet you do” Rook smiled as the ghost of Travis’s hands lingered along with the smell of expensive cologne. “I hate him, yeah?” He asked himself and ran a hand through his hair. “Definitely, of course I hate him.” It was more of a joke at this point but it warmed his heart just the same. 

Travis had ended up having to come back over to Colson’s after he’d left sometime last night as the rapper wanted to crack out a few tracks before noon. He looked up as he heard both Colson and Rook walking through the living room, the rapper pestering the drummer about who gave him the hickeys. 

“You don’t need to know everything about who I sleep with” Rook pursed his lips as Colson was insistent on knowing the story. “There’s no fuckin’ story to tell, it was a hook up and I don’t even know if it’ll happen again.” He told himself that part of him hoped to god it would. 

Colson was speechless as Rook snapped at him over talk of a hook up. “But you hope it will…” He could tell that much as Rook’s expression soured and twisted into something reminiscent of pain and a longing. “Rookie, you know you can talk to me about this stuff” Colson cared for his drummer and hated to see the man in pain. 

He heard Colson’s words but didn’t have the time to process them as his eyes met Travis, leaning against the counter. Rook heard what Colson had said and looked to the rapper. “I…” he was conscious of Travis watching him, his breath shook as he gathered his thoughts. “...jesus kells, kind of, yeah.” 

Hearing Rook’s staggered answer made it hard to suppress a grin, he dropped his head in an attempt to hide it. Travis looked back up once he heard Colson run upstairs after something. He looked at Rook and smiled as the drummer shook his head. “I’m free after he’s done in the studio” 

Rook cracked a giddy grin and smiled as they’d gotten themselves into a hot mess. “Your place this time.” He wanted to keep it as just their own bubble for now before people found out.
