Hi ya Cynth! Looking in the pink today. Big crowd today in the garden. Long lines. Tons of flower. Snap snap flash flash flower photography, don't squeeze the bulbs.

The pool butterfly garden is bursting with energy! The coneflowers are popping alongside the daylilies, baby's breath, and lavender. This is why I garden!

Another shot of the female Chinese Mantis! She was such a good model, I photographed her every other day for a few weeks so she got very used to me.
Although I enjoyed photographing her, Chinese Mantises are an introduced species here, and are outcompeting our native mantis species. They have been documented preying on monarch butterflies and other threatened native species.

Phalaenopsis orchid is used to determine if a liquid is an acidtrip or a baseball. You dip the orchid in and it turns red if you are in a bad acidtrip. If you are a baseball, it turns blue, and if you are chaotic neutral, it turns green if Saturn is rising or yellow if not. And the chemical formula is C_20H_14O_4, but if you need an electron, it's willing to loan you one.
