Sis turned the colourful plain mantou (馒头) from Just Dough into a Mantou Sandwich. Filling it with a slice of picnic ham, cheese, fried egg and pickled daikon in-between. Suddenly, the plain old bun doesn’t tasted boring anymore.
Y'all know the ADHD is winning bc it's 3am and im starting the Chinese course on Duolingo so I can learn to read mantou recipes in their pure unfiltered form in the hopes of one day figuring out how that one person out bread pin bones (!!!) in their bread salmon
