why couldn’t we have a scene of any of them looking around being like ‘hey ney isnt here oh the glass of conchita right’ followed by anne and arth going ‘??’ prompting chartette and mariam to quickly update them on who the hell ney phutapie was and the things she did leading to KYLE AND YUKINA WHO WERE THERE to be like ‘actually haha she’s not a monster she’s my/his sister’ WHICH FINALLY ends with some truths coming out LIKE CMOM anne never learned the extent of prim’s pettiness, how her hatred for anne culminated in all the harm she did to her family AND ARTH never learned about his other daughter?????

and mariam never got to know the real ney, how similar their pasts were, how they were abused and manipulated by abyss IR and how ney killed prim in the end and in one last moment of clarity expressed her wish to be a real family?????

Hi Michaela!! :DD I do have a couple of Ney headcanons, and I'm happy to share!! I haven't engaged with Ney stuff in a looong time, so if any of this is inaccurate to her character, that's why!

will try and pick up stray animals, purely because why not. if she does pick them up, she'll kind of just carry it until it struggles free.

valued mariam, but didn't much care for her. she saw mariam as her 'template', an inferior version of her whose mistakes she was to learn from

didn't mind being around allen and chartette at the castle. she found the bond between them slightly interesting from an objective point of view, since chartette told her how the two became so close.

found chartette fun. maybe not in the conventional "fun friend" sense, but she did genuinely have some enjoyment from interacting with chartette, even just to tease her or use her to start rumours.

has always felt the need to make 'mother' proud; she perceives this 'mother' as prim, when in reality, her soul misses banica and what could've been with meta.

always felt part of herself was missing. subconsciously, she felt jealous of riliane for having her twin, which only fuelled her devotion to her role as a spy.

if she were able to (aka under completely different circumstances that make no sense), i think she would take up Kyle's passion for painting. something about imitation being the sincerest form of flattery and her clinging to the closest idea of brother she has (this could also fit with my hc that allen would try painting!)

in a modern setting she'd be really good at COD but also cooking mama. idk ab this one i just think its silly and fun

This is how I'm gonna contribute to this year's ECtober. I'm doing the Seven Deadly Sins again, but instead on focusing on the worst aspects of the Sinners like last year, I'm focusing on Secondary Sinners, basically Demon contractors who are not as fully recognized as the main 7 such as Banica or Riliane, but are still just as infamous in their own unique way such as Ney or Prim. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Speaking of which; Ney Phutapie, AKA, Ney Marlon is our main star of this drawing. 

She's the Thirteenth Princess of the Kingdom of Marlon and a spy for Abyss I.R. and her mother, Queen Prim Marlon. Sent undercover to the Lucifenian Royal Palace and subsequently adopted by Mariam Phutapie, she became a maid at the palace, working to ensure Lucifenia's destruction for her mother. Ney had contributed to Gluttony in quite a fantastic way, she has already done very shady things behind the scenes by throwing Lucifenia into chaotic strife. But it only got even more crazy when she formed a contract with the Glass of Conchita's demon, which not only eroded her sanity, but gave the unique ability to control undead solders that have died from Gula to create more chaos in Beelzenia and help the Marlon Empire grow. Of course, it soon reared it's ugly head when the excessive use of the Glass had made her just as animalistic as it's Demon, even going as far as to dress up like said Demon. It also doesn't help that she's literally an incarnation of Arte who was called a Wicked Maid in "Evil Food Eater Conchita", and it definitely shows even before the Demon Contract. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All the gravestones were actually from a stock library because I stuck at inanimate objects, it was originally gonna be solid color but then I saw how good it looked when it was transparent so I just left it alone.

To Riliane and Allen, I’m really sorry. You guys were amazing half siblings, I’m sorry that you had to go through my absolute bull crap, I wish we were closer together. Thank you.

To Kyle, I really loved the portrait you drew of me. I remember ranting about it to Pollo when we were in the graveyard, because it was one of the most vivid memories I had of my past life. I hope my promise to you comes through, and I wish to find you again.

To Mariam, I’m really sorry. You were the best mother one could ask for, considering my biological one was well… thank you for taking me in through the kindness of you heart. One of the most vivid memories I had was when you were trying to protect me in the heavenly yard .. until I stabbed you. I hope you can forgive me.

and to prim? I’m disgusted. You used me, just for closure for YOUR closure. I’m sorry to, but I just can’t forgive you for that.
