Burger night! I made use of some wagyu brisket trimmings tonight for burgers. They were a little light on the beef side so I grabbed a @showmebeef sirloin tip to mix in. These turned out fantastic! I seasoned the steak burgers with @meatchurch Season Salt and grilled them on our @kamadojoe Classic 2 until they reached 150 internal. My burger was made with cheddar cheese, bacon, red lettuce, mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard and Marky Mark pickles. Served with @resersfinefoods red potato salad and some cauliflower tots.
