no because who told otto to look at marli like that? he looks at kyra like she's made out of happiness and sunshine and trips to the beach and flowers and candy and the news you just got into your dream college and plane tickets to a tropical vacation and joy and love and everything good and wonderful in this world

ALEX RIDER is back
for its third and final season (at least on Freevee).
The third season covers the book SCORPIA.
What is going on with our intrepid teen spy?
Unleashed from The Department and with memories of the words of Yassen (Thomas Levin)
telling him that all of his answers will be found with Scorpia, Alex, Tom (Brennock O'Conner) and Kyra (Marli Siu) seek to find their answers in Malta.
Meanwhile in London, The Department is getting wrecked by Scorpia.
-I am fascinated by Otto Farrant. What does he do in between seasons?? Does he do theatre? He is surely not doing film or TV. How do you survive, mate?
He reminds me of Diego Klatenhoff from NBC's THE BLACKLIST. In the ten years the series was on Diego only did two other projects. That's it. Diego and James Spader are the only original cast members to go the entire season. Diego was just locked in.

Anna and the Apocalypse
Movies watched in 2022
Anna and the Apocalypse (2017, United Kingdom)
Director: John McPhail
Writers: Alan McDonald & Ryan McHenry (and songs by Roddy Hart & Tommy Reilly)
Mini-review:
This is such a fun concept! I have definitely never watched a Christmas-set musical about zombies before, and I have to say this genre mashup works shockingly well. The script is funny, the songs and the musical numbers are surprisingly good and all the zombie stuff is really well handled. The only flaw I could find is that it's a tad overlong and ends up dragging a bit, but I know I'll be recommending it as an original, fun and refreshing watch for the holiday season from now on.
